Just like the retail stores you get a very nice dark blue sketchers cloth style backpack with 3/4" or 1" drawstring/straps so not the usual free string type drawstring/straps. They don't play fair with a sneaker community and are influence by shady resellers to unload their stock before it officially drops and everyone stuck with a pending charge on their card until they figure out what happened and eventually get a refund. I don't how it happened but I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes for the bargain price of $43 (and change.) Apparently, I came in at a good time: they were having a mad BOGO free sale. I would normally find myself on the fence when I see nice things priced so low, but I was told they were trying to clear their inventory for new products next year, hence, the price cuts. Jackie was helpful and nice and patient. 2 of the 4 I bought weren't available in the store in my size, "but we can order them for you ready for pick up in about a week or two, if you don't mind the wait..."
