    Horrible customer service by Rosario or Rocio the Store Manager she was pretty much useless with helping me and terrible attitude.

    My wife and I went in to check out some running shoes and the fit expert I had was kind and…read morewelcoming but the other guy that my wife had was super condescending and rude. He asked "are you actually interested in buying shoes or are you just doing this for fun". What in the actual sales pitch is that? That was almost enough for us to walk right out of the store. (FYI we were very interested in buying multiple pairs but not after that comment we only bought one from my sales person). He started talking about the shoe inserts and my wife told him she already had custom ones from her podiatrist. That's when he acted EXTRA annoyed. My fit expert swore I needed to buy a size 9.5 even though I've always had a 10. Then my wife's insisted she also needed a 9.5 and she's always had an 8.5 or 9. They were both disagreeing on how much toe space we needed. One telling my wife she needed more and mine telling me I needed less. So against my better judgment I listened to my fit expert and got the 9.5 After I got home and started wearing the around and with a tiny bit of feet swelling and warmth my toes were jamming at the end of the shoe. I returned my pair and bought them at REI. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Please please please stop letting your fit "experts" greet people with "are you actually going to buy shoes or what"

    Can't give Tilly's a one star review to be fair. This is only the second time I've had a bad…read moreexperience with them, the first not being enough to write a review about in my opinion (we'll just chalk that one up to someone having a bad day at work). This experience on the other hand does upset me enough to write one though. As a "regular" at Tilly's (my kids all like their stuff, I have 3 girls) I always spend a lot more than I'd like, even when I feel some of the things I pay for aren't worth it. You'd think after paying such ridiculous prices for some of their merchandise you'd at least have some kind of peace of mind on merchandise having a half decent exchange policy. Mind you I said exchange policy and not refund policy, I'm not one complaining that I want my money back after not liking something I already used. I simply would like what I paid for, simple as that. I tried reaching out to Tilly's and I did speak to someone (I won't say their name because I'm sure they didn't make the policy) But they did tell me I could not exchange it and that they could do nothing to help me. I don't remember them telling me anything to that effect though when they took the money I paid. It is extremely frustrating that customer service is just not a priority anymore. I can understand that has a lot to due with all the people that take advantage and try to work the system, but when someone is just trying to get what they pay for it shouldn't be such a problem. Extremely frustrated to say the least...
