Worst customer service. Walked in with a box of shoes to exchange, which the security and workers clearly saw as I walked in, and they didn't have the size I needed so they recommended me to go to the other WSS in river park (customer service was great there btw) and as I was leaving, the lady at the front began to yell at me and even cussed at me as if I was stealing the shoes THAT I WALKED IN WITH and the security proceeded to check my shoes and receipt like I was some sort of criminal. All in front of other customers and my little brother. Never again. read more

Someone told me that WSS had a decent selection of toddler shoes and they were 100% right. I was able to locate shoes that I haven't seen in other stores. Vans, converse, Nike, Adidas, Jordan's, slip on shoes, sandals, boots and light up fun shoes. They also have a lot of sizes available. Very happy with the customer service here as well. The gentleman saw I was with my toddler alone so he was helpful in grabbing all the shoes I wanted him to try on. This location didn't have my toddlers shoe size but they did offer an alternative. The gentlemen suggested I purchase the shoes and just pick up at another location down the street. The store has a private parking lot across from a busier section in Oxnard. This location is clean and friendly. I will be returning! read more

Bought some Doc Martens from the 60% off section for my sister and they didn't fit her and I went to do a return and Rosario refused to refund me my money bc the shoes were used? I bought them like that that's why they were discounted. I will definitely be making a complaint against her. read more

Went to the WSS store in Mesa AZ off country club. Absolutely worst customer service I've seen. Extremely rude. I rode my motorcycle from work to go buy a pairs of shoes. Have my work uniform on, stuff in my backpack from work, came in said hello to acknowledge myself there. Dude at front door told me to stop and I had to leave my backpack in the floor by the front door. I'm 51 years old, wearing dress shoes, slacks and a work shirt. I'm not there to steal anything. Guy said I couldn't shop if I didn't leave my back pack. Said ok and left. As I was leaving he was rude and said Bye loudly. No customers in the store. I'll be getting on google review and the local HOA boards to let everyone know. Went to Skechers and got two pairs of shoes. read more

I love this store,I am addicted to chucks! I would not buy shoes anywhere else. They have great prices and awesome selections. They also have great deals on clearance! They have coupons such as $15 off $65 and $25 off $99. If you check in on Yelp you get $10 off $50! Staff on the floor are always helpful but most cashiers are a bit rude. read more

Dishonest cashiers. Accidently gave 20 bucks more than what the price was and the cashier pocketed that. He knows who he is. Check your employees they are very dishonest. First time here. Not too many selections for women's shoes. They mostly had tennis shoes. I did find my steel toe work boots as they do have quite the selection of non skid shoes and work boots. Prices are reasonable. So if you're looking for work boots/shoes come here...other than that skip it and go to DSW, Nordstrom's Rack, SAS, etc. read more

Great customer service. Although they didn't have any "dress" shoes for sizes 12-4 for girls the selection in athletic, boots, and men, women, and boys was quite extensive. They offer a 20% military discount also! read more

Worst costumer service. Lady behind the register looks like she's pissed off at the world. If you don't like your job you should quit. I purchased a pair of shoes and were charged the wrong price. I was charged 10$ more than I was suppost to be. The cashier told me it was a "mistake" and its not false advertising even if their stickers shows the shoes are a certain price. Not only did the shoe where you pick your size said the correct price the ones advertising them on the end of the isle did too. So 2 of the same shoes showing 29.99 and was still charged 39.99 and was basically told "we make a mistake, tough luck and we won't honor the price listed on the shoes" Such b.s. they must be charging more and pocketing cash just my 2 cents read more

Not happy with this store, or their company's customer service in general. 14 days ago I visited this location in search for some white shoes for my son. Unfortunately they didn't have his size available in stores, so they kindly told me they can order a pair for me in his size and pick it up in store. I was told it would take 3-4 days. Great! If only it was true. After 9 days, I still had not received any shipping confirmation or email stating I can pick up. I called customer service to find out information about my order, but the operator always said "please call again later" because they had technical difficulties or system just wasn't working. I called about 20 times throughout the day, and same outcome. That's when I then tried their "Live Chat" customer service, and they told me to call the number, which again didn't work. Since they were no help, I then emailed them regarding my situation, and again they also told me to call the customer service number, which was useless. I emailed a second time, explaining how the phone number does not help and they completely disregarded what I had to say, and still emailed me back saying to call the customer service number. I again called, but still no help. At this point I called the store. I called the location of which I purchased the shoes, spoke to the manager and asked about my order. The manager said she'd call me back with information about my order. Keep in mind, I called in the morning, and they close until 9pm and I got no call back. At this point I was extremely disappointed, and went to the store personally the next day. After waiting 30 minutes, all they said was that the shoe they were going to send me was a display and was extremely dirty, so that they didn't send it to me. Why was I not told? And the shoe is in stock online, so why can't they just send one as if I had purchased it online on my own? The most it can take online 7-10 days to arrive. Regardless of all, they said they'd send what I ordered as soon as they find a clean pair. This all just doesn't make sense. It's been 14 days now. Still no sign that my order has shipped. I don't recommend ever ordering something in store from them, period. And their prices overall aren't even that great, you're better off going to the Camarillo Outlets, but I came in to the WSS because it's next to where I live. Big mistake. Ill edit later to let you know how long exactly it took for the shoes to arrive, if they even arrive. And I already paid for them! Also, don't try calling their customer service number if it's regarding an in store order because they won't answer or won't help at all. Edit: at 19 days of waiting, I get an email that my order was canceled and I will no longer receive what I have ordered and that I should go to store to pick up my money. This whole wait process was completely un called for, and very unacceptable. I didn't get this email until 19 days after my purchase. Yet the item shows in stock online. If you're trying to sell, don't play with your customers like that. read more
