If you can get the carrot cake or deep fried oreos.... DO IT! Both are ridiculous. I have had a few of the different burgers here and they were good. The wings are excellent in that they are adequately sauced and a bit larger than your average wing. Every time I have tried to get a drink from the Kool-aid bar more than half of the machines aren't ready, so it's been a lot of fruit punch... But that doesn't stop me from coming here. Food is amazing. Diversity of offerings is unparalleled. Its got 5 distinct restaurants under one roof so everyone should be able to find something they're craving. I got a burger with pastrami, bacon and swiss. My wife loves the catfish and fried shrimp. They cut their shrimp in a very unique way and its cool. They ask how youd like your burger cooked and i say medium everytime. It is well done everytime! but its a testiment to the flavor that I dont care. Good afternoon, I ordered the fried catfish and a side of Mac and Cheese. Instead I got tilapia, and was totally taken back by the fact that I was charged $5.00 for what appeared to be boxed Mac and Cheese. I do not even eat that at home. I asked the cashier if they made their Mac and Cheese and she told me yes. I was not expecting a boxed brand, if you are not going to prepare it homemade, the least you can do is sell a Mac and Cheese made with real cheese and not a powered packet. I tried to call and speak with a manager before going to reviews, but they do not even have a phone in the store that can accept calls. My order was not worth the what I paid, nor the calories if I had eaten. read more

I really don't know why I keep going back to this place, other than its right around the corner from my workplace. I have been there multiple times and I swear every time it gets worse and worse! This place claims its it fancy fast food with their descriptions on the menu, but they are not - False advertising!! I have ordered the burger in the past...ITS GROSS!! Burger King is way better....and that is saying a lot. I have also gotten the Fire Sliders (which were ok), however it was supposed to come on a pretzel bun, NOT SO MUCH! Just a regular ol' cheap hamburger bun. I recently went in (today) with a co worker and thought ok, lets keep it simple; I ordered a Chicago Style hot dog. I mean I know I shouldn't expect much for a hot dog, and your right...I came out disgusting. It had sliced banana peppers instead of sport peppers, no relish, little mustard and onions all over the place. I also ordered the salad. If I go here, this is what i get most of the time because you really cant mess up a build your own salad. Well guess again. I get back to my office and the ranch is very sour! I tried calling the number listed to let them know so they can take off the the salad bar, yet it is only a message line. So safe to say, I think this is my last time there. A wide variety of food. They warn you through signage that this is no place for a diet, and it isn't. With that being said the food is good and the portions are on the plus size. Friendly environment and the people working there are always hustling to get your food to you. Plenty of seating including a few spots outside in case that interests you. read more

The food was awesome. You go in and there's so much to choose fun that it can be overwhelming at first but anything you get will be good. The cooks seem to well skilled and diversified to handle such different foods. Their salad bar/ burger dressing stand has great fresh options. I love that I get to finish off my already awesome burger with whatever I want! So why the 4/5 stars? Well the girl that was up in the front taking orders is not very personable you can tell she wants to leave and when we walked in she was on her cell phone giggling and we had to wait for her to finish her last view of whatever. And then we go to find somewhere to sit and every single table that was available was super dirty with food crumbs and oil stains of the previous people. Meanwhile the girl in the front is just standing around on her phone or talking with the guys from the back. As a business owners perspective, down time = prep time so if it's slow my people better be cleaning tables and sweeping. Friend and I went one time and the guys are way too laid back, not professional. When you pay for your order on the terminal there is a taped sign that says " don't f*#k it up? The second time we went, my friend ordered her bowl, we waited approx 20 min, finally some guy asked what our number was and he went to the pok u counter and guy laid back in chair on his cell phone and she was told her food had been sitting there.... yikes poor customer service and never will get our huge offices orders and or my money again and it's a shame, food not bad. read more

There drink selection included soda and slushies. The food was good, I had a cheesesteak. It was good, could of been seasoned better to taste, my girl hand son had a burgers, they were also good and well cooked. Taste like a burger king style burger. My other son had there chicken strips. They are amazing, the taste and the juiciness of the strip are amazing. Should of got those for sure. There fries are good and kinda look like chips, but with the fry consistency.
