beware of food portions.....they are BIG. great price for such big portions. and the food is very good. we ordered 3 meats 3 sides for the two of us. we brought half of the meal home and ate it as dinner. fries are yummy, ribs are very good. and the service is excellent. i'd definitely go back. read more

Really really good BBQ and a nice but not spectacular boneless prime rib (it was a bit too lean). The corn fritters and coleslaw were very very good. The beans were good but not great and the rice only okay. The half St Louis half baby back was a fun combo and I would probably order that again. If we are ever in Klamath Falls we would definitely eat here. The pies are supposed to be yummy but we were too full. Leftover ribs made a super lunch the next day. read more

For such a highly rated restaurant, I would think keeping drinks filled, or even-semi filled, would be a task they exceled at but not so. We never saw our waitress again after the food was brought, I had to track down another waitress to get a coffee refill and someone else to later get water. The food was just ok, but barely warm. The food could be kind of good - but the kitchen was MESSED UP. Maybe an off night - but there on a Thursday evening not terribly late. On entering, the staff was confused and looking panicked. Three different staffers asked if I'd been helped, then ran off- this shows that there is no particular organization regarding how to handle customers entering. Eventually one of them returned and escorted me to a table - now one of several which was empty. My server was very attentive, got my drinks and took my order effectively. Returned with drinks, and the food followed in a reasonable time. Here is where the problems presented themselves. I ordered a Tri-Tip / Ribs combo with steamed vegetables and coleslaw - which is what the server brought. The vegetables were cold. Not cold as if left on the counter too long, but cold as in refrigerator cold. ??? I flagged down the server, who quickly got onto replacing them. The coleslaw was warm - room temperature - which is not a great thing for coleslaw. It had obviously been sitting un-refrigerated for quite a while. The tri-tip was warm, but looked like it had been sliced and then sat for quite a while in a warmer. It was hard and tough. The ribs were room temperature. They were tender and good tasting, but they really shouldn't be room temperature. It just shows more inattention in the kitchen. The server returned with now steaming-hot 'steamed vegetables,' but they were clearly mostly cooked some time before and microwaved for serving. They were flabby - all of the water was leaking from them, and although they looked to be fresh (not frozen) veggies, they were flat. I didn't really feel like sending back my entire meal - but I should have. I had seen the remnants of a couple of pies in the display case when I had entered, and although I might have enjoyed some, I didn't want to risk more failure. When I left, there was one lonely piece of pie in the case. I suppose that means that pie is good there, but when they run out an hour before closing time, there's something going wrong with the management. So, Wubba's. Your food could be pretty good, but you've got problems in the kitchen. Get your act together and serve up a better meal! read more

Every SINGLE time without fail...when we eat here, the food is consistently and wonderfully great! We have never had a bad meal here. On top of that....our drinks never run dry and the employees make you feel as if you are part of their family. We love it!!!! read more

We came in to eat again, yesterday afternoon ( 7-17-15) and the manager and our waitress were so friendly. They both carried on conversations with us, and they make you feel so welcome. Stopped here after a long drive from the bay area in CA to the Crater Lake. This is definitely a go-to place if you need to be recharged with real yummy food. We ordered fried okra--best ever! The portions are ginormous! We ordered the combo for two people (in which you choose two meat and two sides). My hubby loves the baby back ribs so much ( he is a major fan of baby back ribs), and he kept talking about how amazing the ribs were ever since. The ribs were cooked just right: tender, juicy, and I have to mention that they use the right amount of sauce----the flavor of the pork was not overwhelmed by the BBQ sauce. The sausages are little bit salty (IMHO); however, they tasted amazingly delicious when we saved them for lunch the next day. Seasoned fries----so good (I am a major fan of fries) and I have to stress that they were seasoned just right, not too salty (as the majority of the restaurants in this country does). when you walk into Wubba's your seated right away. its a cool Restaurant with art all over the walls, and a good size bar attached to it. my stomach started grumbling as soon as we stepped into the parking lot, because you can smell wubba's BBQ a block away from the establishment.
