We love food trucks and applaud the operators particularly in these difficult times. At Clyde Warren Park, the Greek food truck had a long line and we decided to provide some business to this guy down at the other end. The worst food truck food I've ever eaten. I got the teriyaki chicken with white rice dunplings and egg rolls for 27 dollars. It's frozen microwave food quality. The rice was stale and dry. The teriyaki was over cooked and flavorless. The eggrolls are actually very tiny spring rolls with chemical after taste. The dumplings were good but again something you would get at the frozen isle at Kroger. It was monsterously over priced and very low quality. Honesty shockingly bad. I really hate giving bad reviews but it's only going to help improve a business. I hesitated to get Chinese food cause I'm from New York and they have really good Chinese there. But I was missing it and it's been a while so I went for it. I'm sorry to say but I got the chicken teriyaki and it really needs a lot of help. The chicken was super dry and hard. As if it was leftover and definitely not fresh at all. The entire dish felt like maple syrup was poured into the sauce. It just tasted all weird. I couldn't eat it. These folks saved our event! The food was great, fresh and made-to-order. They had to serve more than 1.5 times the people we anticipated, and they did it with grace and aplomb! Food was pretty good, especially Banh mi and the vermicelli. They bring us asian vibe which not many asian places can give because most of those asian restaurants are americanized tbh. 3 most favorites: Banh Mi with girlled chicken or porked (with special vietnamese butter), Colorful vietnamese vermicelli with excellent fish sauce, very tasty and not strong smell at all, and last but not least is the vietnamese yogurt which is excellent, if you haven't tried the vietnamese yogurt, give it a try. The service was good as well, they were very helpful explaining what is inside the food, great job! Overall it is all worth it. I would rate 9 out of 10 if possible lol. read more
