A huge thanks to Anthony and Tiffany for coordinating all the logistics, Anthony in particular was so helpful from start to finish, always available, responded immediately to any question, and just made the whole process incredibly easy. An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one. After receiving several quotes, I decided on this one company because they offered the best customer service, made it clear that all my pest issues would be handled, and had unbelievably affordable pricing. A time was agreed upon for a technician to come by our home within twenty-four hours to begin spraying a pesticide mix and to set off a bug bomb fogger. The technician arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, walked the entire property, and immediately got to work. The tech was on my property for less than 2 hours and crawled under the house to spray every single inch. He also sprayed our two yards, porch, patio, driveway, and around the garage. The technician also repaired all basement screens and other areas where bugs can return. While the tech was making these repairs, spiders, termites, and water bugs were seen crawling out from under the house onto my driveway and simply dying on the spot. This went on for the next hour. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from this company's employee (sorry, I do not recall his name). He was UNBELIEVABLE, friendly, hard-working, and highly committed to resolving this very stressful issue for my family and me. I am glad to report that since I had this treatment performed at our home, I have yet to see a single insect or any other critters anywhere near it.
