I am so happy I FINALLY stopped by Wulf Burger. I got the Vegan Classic Burger Combo on the green bun and it was amazing! I appreciate that you can order your food from a kiosk and customize your burger to your liking. You get a text straight to your phone when your order is ready, which is nice if you want to walk around to the shops while you wait or wait inside at a table. The staff was really nice as well. When I took that first bite into the burger, it reminded me of a buttery burger you would get from Culver's, with the Big Mac sauce on top. The fact that they had a good, melty, vegan cheese gave it extra points. My only thing was the sitting area could have been a little more clean around the floors. I got the regular cheeseburger with mac & cheese on it and bacon fries. It was good. The sauces were interesting. Nothing crazy about it that made me stand out and say wow it's a really good burger. The atmosphere was weird so they have one of those machine machines that you pick up to order you like press basically a big iPad and type into order Nobody was in there when we went, which was like a Saturday night at like 630 so it was empty they play like weird EDM music and it's got this like futuristic feel to the restaurant. Came here for a burger and fries and have been excited about this place for awhile. Honestly, there was no air flow, the music was blasting EDM, and the burger was kinda blah. Dissatisfying after spending $16. The actual burger was good, I think the red bun has a weird flavor to it and also it needs lettuce and tomato- it's just missing something. The fries were good, I think it should come with a sauce instead of charging you. They also have a since saying 0 calorie/sugar in the Mexicane cola but it's 40g of sugar and 165 calories. I saw this place had opened up and placed a pick-up order to try it. The website was a little confusing and I accidentally placed the order for the Frisco location. When I realized my mistake right after, I called them and they were very nice about it. I ended up being able to show my receipt to the Dallas location and they still made my order. If you're ordering ahead online though, watch out for this. The inside of the restaurant is contemporary and futuristic looking. Very nice and was clean. I got the cheeseburger with a red bun and fries. And wow , it exceeded my expectations for sure. The bun wasn't just gimmicky as I'd feared, it was actually good quality bread and tasty. The Mockingbird location had just opened and I went for lunch with some coworkers. You place the order yourself on an electronic teller, easy enough. I got just a burger with a red bun and some sweet potato fries. The burger itself tasted just as if I'd made it at home, so that's a real win for me. It was a bit greasy and it had two patties but no veggies. The crinkle cut fries were dry and soggy, might be just because of the style, but I was not a fan. The red bun is supposedly dyed with beet juice and if that's true, there is no beet earthy taste to it. Really it just tastes like any other bun so not really sure what the big hype is, maybe just the novelty but it's nothing special. The setup was modern and clean. The setup of Wulf Burger is pretty simple they have a kiosk where you place your order and then you pick up your order from the window. They simply send a text message to your phone when your order is ready. The menu is not too complicated very simple. I believe that really allows them to make some quality burgers. My sister and I went half and half on a wulf burger and their vegan wulf Burger. Both of the burgers were really delicious and the vegan burger tastes a lot like the original. Everything was also fairly price nothing too high I do wish it was a little bit cheaper but that's fine. My sister was impressed it's probably the best vegan burger she's had. Gabriela was the server who brought up our food and she was sweet. The decor inside of the restaurant was pretty nice great for some photo ops. Don't be alarmed by the red/green buns. They add a unique experience but they do not introduce any wild flavors. I had the worst burger I ever ate. Wasn't worth my $18.00 burger no fries and the employee was the top most disappointing unconcerning the burger wasn't anything like I have ordered nor in the photo. Unfortunately I normally check my purchase before I leave this time I did not because I had my mother in the car waiting and I wish that I had it was just a plain burger plain Bun and it wasn't even the beet bun and I ask for. When I ride home I open my meal and I was so disgusted and angry I wanted to take it back but my mother told me not to because she knew how angry I was after spending my money and wasting my gas for traveling.
