Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba and qqube
    Lindsey D.

Located in 99 ranch market. Very easy to find and bonus no lines. Card only no cash and you can order at the tablet or with the workers. I got my usual roasted oolong milk tea with an extra shot, regular ice level, boba, and qqube. Drink came out fast. It was delicious and consistent to all the other locations I have tried we love consistency! Boba was delicious chewy and sweet. My first time trying QQube and I liked it a lot I couldn't tell you what it is if I tried though. It rectangular shaped and clear color and super chewy reminds me of boba but just larger in a different shape I would get it again and try it if your are curious!

I was craving milk tea boba and Yelped a place nearby. Yelp took me here. I had the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. It hit the spot and satisfied my boba fix. They give you a surplus of boba. It was so filling that I wasn't hungry for dinner. I can't wait to come back and explore their other drink options.

I was buying some things in-store at the 99 ranch market, so I decided to stop by so I could drink some boba while I shopped. + now that Ding tea is closed I wanted to find a new spot nearby and this visit definitely accomplished that :) I got the jasmine green milk tea with mini boba, with regular ice & sweetness. The tea itself was perfect, not too sweet with the right amount of ice & the boba tasted great although next time I'll probably just get the regular boba and not the mini so the boba to liquid ratio is better. My sister did mention that her regular boba was overly chewy but I tried it and I didn't mind it. I really appreciate how quickly we got our order (maybe 5 minutes) so don't walk away too far after you order, they call your name out. the pricing is great too, you don't find a lot of places still around the $5-$6 range for boba drinks. The downside would be that since it's located in the grocery store there's no seating specifically for the boba shop but there are tables by the prepared food area you could sit at if you wanted to.

Orange grapefruit green tea. So refreshing

Wushiland located inside 99 ranch. I was feeling something refreshing. Cashier recommended orange grapefruit green tea. Totally hit the spot. I love how they ask if you not only want less sweet but also less ice. I got regular ice. 70 percent sweeetness and it was perfect. 100 percent would be ok also I think. I love how my drink has pulp. So I knew it was using real ingredients. Overall I really had a good experience and a great drink will be back

Jasmine milk tea and the plum GT

I am back! This place is so close to me. I got the Jasmine milk tea 70% sweet with mini boba ($6.75) and the plum GT 0% sweet I wish I got 100% sweet but it was still good. I like that the drink is very creamy and not watery or diluted I tasted the plum GT from my partner but there's no sugar so not for my taste buds. He likes it and gets it each time we are here We ordered from the kiosk and drink comes out in a few minutes. Quick service

I was never a Wushiland Boba fan, but this trip has changed my mind about the establishment. The barista was very friendly and helped us with deciding on what drinks to get. She offered to let us taste the different premade teas to make sure that we liked it before we got the drink we wanted to purchase. The place is interesting because it's located inside at 99 Ranch. But I wasn't mad at that because we were able to go shopping after we got our Boba drinks. I got the Earl Grey milk, tea, half sweet and light on ice in case I didn't finish the drink. It was super delicious with the right amount of sweetness. My husband got the four seasons and I got to try a sip and it's something that I will definitely get again when I'm there. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Another location of Wushiland Boba. This is a fairly new location thats inside the 99 ranch market. There are 2 doors - entrance/ exit, the boba shop is located on the right hand side. You will see it right after you enter the market. Small store but friendly staff. There a certain level of noise because it is inside a market after all. There were a few customers waiting/ordering drinks when I went in so this place can attract alot of customers especially with kids that come to the market with their parents. I also saw an old caucasian lady ordering boba too so this is a good spot to open a boba place. Waiting area can be small though and you can be waiting for your drink in an aisle of products and with people grocery shopping. Drink taste and quality wise is good, consistent with their other store. Overall, this is always a good boba shop to grab drinks at regardless of their locations but the reason why I'm giving them a 4 star is because nothing that WOWs me and makes me feel like this place is amazing. Don't get me wrong, i'm saying this is because they are consistently good that in order for me to give them a 5, i need to see something that stands out comparing to other good boba places.

Came here during the grand opening weekend and there was a bit of a wait in line to get some yummy Wushiland Boba. They had buy one get one 50% off drinks excluding toppings. The staff is so friendly here. I expect the wait here to die down a little bit in the future but I'm so glad to see Wushiland getting customers on opening weekend. I love their Yakult green tea with coconut jelly!! It's my favorite!! While I was waiting for my bobas I could shop around 99 ranch which was really nice since this is located inside 99 ranch. Grand opening weekend they even had a raffle and guaranteed prize if you spend $10+ every $10 you get a chance to win something. I won $1 off until mid August at this location. They also had $20 and potential chance to win a boba jelly cat if you're lucky!

Orange Yakult and Four Seasons Tea, both with coconut jelly
    Yau-Ru C.

So happy to find a Taiwanese chain (50嵐) conveniently located inside Ranch 99 in Tustin. Got the Four Seasons Tea with coconut jelly. The oolong tea is very fragrant and easy to drink. I went with half sugar but think it will taste best with 1/4 or no sugar so you can really taste the aromatic tea flavor. Orange Yakult was ok, a bit too sweet even at half sugar. Wish they have more non-caffeinated options for kids. Will try their other recommended tea drinks next time. So convenient to be able to grocery shop at Ranch 99 and pick up a tea drink to go when they open.

This Wushiland is located inside the 99 Ranch Market. This franchise is now becoming my favorite place for my Milk Tea with Boba. I love the consistency among all locations and how dense their drink is and not watery at all. They also have mini boba and a lots of combinations of toppings. Their Earl Grey Milk Tea is one of the best ones. I usually get it with grass jelly and mini boba at 70 perfect sweetness and it's amazing every time. Just order at the kiosk and pick it up. Simple and delicious every time!

Located on the right side of the 99 Ranch Market as you enter
    Florence Y.

Steep Thoughts: Florence's Quest for (Her) Perfect Black Milk Tea Black milk tea: 1.5/2. I usually get the black milk tea, 30% sweet, less ice. The drink is very smooth and pleasant, with a nice black tea flavor that isn't at all bitter but is a little less strong than I personally prefer. It's creamy and not watery thanks to the non-dairy creamer. Other drinks: 1/1. Nice variety of tea drinks and toppings, including yakult and ice cream tea drinks which are more unique. Ambiance: 0.5/1. This shop is located inside a 99 Ranch Market, so there aren't really any tables or seating inside, but there's a lot of space to wait for drinks (and of course to buy groceries!). Parking is generally plentiful. Service: 1/1. Order at a digital kiosk, via their app, or at the counter. Drinks come out reasonably fast. Total: 4/5

The grilled cheese was super cheesy and delicious. I especially loved the marinara/tomato sauce that it came with! But warning, it's a lot of cheese. If you are lactose intolerant, you've been warned! The breakfast sandwich and burrito were also good!! Nothing too special, but still yummy The avocado toast was tasty, but some of the ratios were a bit off. A little too much goat cheese and it was loaded with avocado (perhaps a bit too much for the bread it was on), but I did really love the addition of pickled onions and balsamic glaze. Again, I liked it but it didn't wow me. Overall, good!

Think fashionable design meets European charm for the interior atmosphere, right down to the plates. Morning Lavender offers table seating as well as booths and can accommodate large parties for events. Now for the good stuff- let's talk an Iced Mocha with extra chocolate and an Iced Chai Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The Mocha with extra chocolate was indulgent and velvety with the espresso seamlessly intertwined. A decadent treat to enjoy as the morning started to warm up into the afternoon. Just a suggestion for those who enjoy the richer side of coffee and espresso. A dash of a bit more cream would've added that refined richness. The star of the morning was definitely the Iced Chia Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The description of cold cream hardly captures and embodies what this Banana Cold Foam really is. Think lusciously thick banana smoothie topping off your drink. Impossibly creamy and bursting with ripe banana. Crowning the drink sat a slice of banana bathed on one side in a caramelized sauce similar to crème brûlée. Crunchy peanuts generously scattered on top, making an irresistible contrast in texture. This drink was truly an exceptional culinary experience. I will be back again and again for the Banana Cold Foam.
