Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba and qqube
    Lindsey D.

Located in 99 ranch market. Very easy to find and bonus no lines. Card only no cash and you can order at the tablet or with the workers. I got my usual roasted oolong milk tea with an extra shot, regular ice level, boba, and qqube. Drink came out fast. It was delicious and consistent to all the other locations I have tried we love consistency! Boba was delicious chewy and sweet. My first time trying QQube and I liked it a lot I couldn't tell you what it is if I tried though. It rectangular shaped and clear color and super chewy reminds me of boba but just larger in a different shape I would get it again and try it if your are curious!

I was craving milk tea boba and Yelped a place nearby. Yelp took me here. I had the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. It hit the spot and satisfied my boba fix. They give you a surplus of boba. It was so filling that I wasn't hungry for dinner. I can't wait to come back and explore their other drink options.

Orange grapefruit green tea. So refreshing

Wushiland located inside 99 ranch. I was feeling something refreshing. Cashier recommended orange grapefruit green tea. Totally hit the spot. I love how they ask if you not only want less sweet but also less ice. I got regular ice. 70 percent sweeetness and it was perfect. 100 percent would be ok also I think. I love how my drink has pulp. So I knew it was using real ingredients. Overall I really had a good experience and a great drink will be back

Jasmine milk tea and the plum GT
    Tammy N.

I am back! This place is so close to me. I got the Jasmine milk tea 70% sweet with mini boba ($6.75) and the plum GT 0% sweet I wish I got 100% sweet but it was still good. I like that the drink is very creamy and not watery or diluted I tasted the plum GT from my partner but there's no sugar so not for my taste buds. He likes it and gets it each time we are here We ordered from the kiosk and drink comes out in a few minutes. Quick service

I was never a Wushiland Boba fan, but this trip has changed my mind about the establishment. The barista was very friendly and helped us with deciding on what drinks to get. She offered to let us taste the different premade teas to make sure that we liked it before we got the drink we wanted to purchase. The place is interesting because it's located inside at 99 Ranch. But I wasn't mad at that because we were able to go shopping after we got our Boba drinks. I got the Earl Grey milk, tea, half sweet and light on ice in case I didn't finish the drink. It was super delicious with the right amount of sweetness. My husband got the four seasons and I got to try a sip and it's something that I will definitely get again when I'm there. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Came here during the grand opening weekend and there was a bit of a wait in line to get some yummy Wushiland Boba. They had buy one get one 50% off drinks excluding toppings. The staff is so friendly here. I expect the wait here to die down a little bit in the future but I'm so glad to see Wushiland getting customers on opening weekend. I love their Yakult green tea with coconut jelly!! It's my favorite!! While I was waiting for my bobas I could shop around 99 ranch which was really nice since this is located inside 99 ranch. Grand opening weekend they even had a raffle and guaranteed prize if you spend $10+ every $10 you get a chance to win something. I won $1 off until mid August at this location. They also had $20 and potential chance to win a boba jelly cat if you're lucky!

Another location of Wushiland Boba. This is a fairly new location thats inside the 99 ranch market. There are 2 doors - entrance/ exit, the boba shop is located on the right hand side. You will see it right after you enter the market. Small store but friendly staff. There a certain level of noise because it is inside a market after all. There were a few customers waiting/ordering drinks when I went in so this place can attract alot of customers especially with kids that come to the market with their parents. I also saw an old caucasian lady ordering boba too so this is a good spot to open a boba place. Waiting area can be small though and you can be waiting for your drink in an aisle of products and with people grocery shopping. Drink taste and quality wise is good, consistent with their other store. Overall, this is always a good boba shop to grab drinks at regardless of their locations but the reason why I'm giving them a 4 star is because nothing that WOWs me and makes me feel like this place is amazing. Don't get me wrong, i'm saying this is because they are consistently good that in order for me to give them a 5, i need to see something that stands out comparing to other good boba places.

Orange Yakult and Four Seasons Tea, both with coconut jelly
    Yau-Ru C.

So happy to find a Taiwanese chain (50嵐) conveniently located inside Ranch 99 in Tustin. Got the Four Seasons Tea with coconut jelly. The oolong tea is very fragrant and easy to drink. I went with half sugar but think it will taste best with 1/4 or no sugar so you can really taste the aromatic tea flavor. Orange Yakult was ok, a bit too sweet even at half sugar. Wish they have more non-caffeinated options for kids. Will try their other recommended tea drinks next time. So convenient to be able to grocery shop at Ranch 99 and pick up a tea drink to go when they open.

    Couple of Milk Teas

This Wushiland is located inside the 99 Ranch Market. This franchise is now becoming my favorite place for my Milk Tea with Boba. I love the consistency among all locations and how dense their drink is and not watery at all. They also have mini boba and a lots of combinations of toppings. Their Earl Grey Milk Tea is one of the best ones. I usually get it with grass jelly and mini boba at 70 perfect sweetness and it's amazing every time. Just order at the kiosk and pick it up. Simple and delicious every time!

Located on the right side of the 99 Ranch Market as you enter
    Florence Y.

Steep Thoughts: Florence's Quest for (Her) Perfect Black Milk Tea Black milk tea: 1.5/2. I usually get the black milk tea, 30% sweet, less ice. The drink is very smooth and pleasant, with a nice black tea flavor that isn't at all bitter but is a little less strong than I personally prefer. It's creamy and not watery thanks to the non-dairy creamer. Other drinks: 1/1. Nice variety of tea drinks and toppings, including yakult and ice cream tea drinks which are more unique. Ambiance: 0.5/1. This shop is located inside a 99 Ranch Market, so there aren't really any tables or seating inside, but there's a lot of space to wait for drinks (and of course to buy groceries!). Parking is generally plentiful. Service: 1/1. Order at a digital kiosk, via their app, or at the counter. Drinks come out reasonably fast. Total: 4/5

Lost in the sauce (boba). Skip the long line at OMOMO and opt for the kiosk ordering at Wushiland where you can select extra boba for no extra cost and get half of your cup filled with chewy chewys. No seriously, by the time I got my drink, my friend hadn't even made it halfway through the line at OMOMO. The worker here was very nice and let me sample a tea before I ordered. She also clarified if the extra boba note was intentional to which I feigned ignorance and told her "yes more boba please".

Some white american kids laughed outside for probably 10 minutes straight and kept mocking me and asking "is she okay???????" and laughing while also repeatedly knocking on my fitting room door and pretending to be staff, "is everything okay??" in high pitched voices. Note that this happened for awhile after I fell hard to the floor. This is a VERY SMALL boutique with like 4 fitting rooms and i was the ONLY one using a room. Anyways staffing did not do anything. Service was average. Expect to wait about 10 minutes with average customer volume as they spend more time of curating each drink. 4/5 largely based on coffee as I feel the customer experience can be improved. One piece of feedback is that the menu should be reorganized. There are espresso drinks on several of the menu panels but then one space specifically that is titled espresso drinks which would imply the others don't have espresso. For example, the house specialties are listed on a completely separate panel as the espresso drinks, would've like to order one of those had I known they were offered. Essentially you have to read the whole menu with the way it's currently organized you can't just search for tea or coffee sections or you'll likely miss something Importantly you can't study or work here. They intentionally don't have wifi or outlets available to foster a different customer experience. Many of the clientele were reading or knitting which was pleasant. While I support this, it's not made know to customers by signs or anything - you would have to look on Yelp beforehand to know. In addition, I've been to other Kean branches that offered wifi so unless this is a new policy or the branches are owned independently it's important to make customers aware they can't expect the internet at this location in particular. I was caught off guard and had to leave immediately as I needed wifi at the time which was unfortunate. Seats about 25 inside, patio also available. Bathroom under lock and key. Parking is in l shopping center, no issues.

The self service, pre-made lunch bentos, sandos and sushi area is fine, but once you need assistance from a worker, it starts getting ridic. How so? You speak to whomever is attempting to assist you OVER and UNDER a twenty-four year old counter area that holds the pastries and/or through a tiny hole in the cabinets. You can hardly make eye contact with the person, because all the pastry is in between where you are standing and where they are standing. Some people are tall, some short, but regardless, there is NO WAY to have a conversation with them. They are trying to see what exactly you are possibly pointing to in the case, but as noted, you're talking thru a case of pastry. This is also true at the Fountain Valley location, where they only have a very small counter to check out with many people standing in line trying to have someone collect their order from the back. Maybe also ask WHY there is never any KINAKO donuts? I was there at 11 am and I got THE LAST ONE! If these are so popular, why don't you make enough to sell throughout the day? Every other time I've been here, you were already SOLD OUT! SMH HAS ANYONE HERE SEEN THE SELF SERVICE process at 85 degrees? All their pastry is individually wrapped and you calmly walk through the SELF SERVICE pastry area with a tray and tongs to help yourself. If you'd like to pass the person in front of you, it's easy and doable because there is plenty of room and it doesn't make anyone feel like you are taking "cuts". Once you get to the end, the cashier totals up your tray and puts it in a bag or box for you. Done & Done. Let me reiterate that your pastry and food are all above par and I know you've been in business since 2002 and let me commend you for 24 years of service, but it's time to CHANGE IT UP to a more user friendly process. It's not appealing to anyone in this busy day and age that there is a line out the door, ONLY BECAUSE THE PROCESS INSIDE NEEDS HELP! It's also more sanitary that the pastry and breads are wrapped ahead of time as I saw a fly inside the case today. Ugh.
