I drink sunright a lot including at this location. The people are always so nice and I appreciate the screens to order so I can do all my customizations. That way, I can also see all the descriptions of the drinks. I like their mochi drinks a lot and like that they have seasonal limited drinks like the pistachio series they're doing right now. I also like the different types of jellies. It's nice that you can change the cane sugar to honey at no additional cost. This place does get busy but the staff does a good job keeping up. Parking is tough because Diamond Jamboree is always super busy. read more

Sunright in my opinion is the least favorable Boba shop inside of diamond jamboree. And before you say all Boba shops are created equal, I don't disagree, which is why the service price point and quality of their drinks is what set them apart from one another. This location solely uses self ordering on the tablets, even though there are actual employees at the counter. The interior does not have any seating so it's a grabbing go situation. The ambience is not the greatest, it's a bit cold, not in temperature but in interaction. Also, given that they use this self ordering tablet system, they constantly miss drinks which causes really long wait times. I ordered a blended Matcha and they definitely forgot my drink after about 20 minutes. I had to ask one of the employees at the counter to which they responded, it's being made right now but they clearly forgot lol Also, after waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drink, it wasn't fully blended, so there were tons of large chunks of ice at the bottom, just making it difficult to drink and the overall experience an annoying one read more

Finding a spot is a pain the a--. Highly recommend carpooling or get dropped off. Ambiance/Environment: This is probably my least favorite location bc it's extremely small. It's a quick grab n go location. There's no indoor seating, but there is some outdoor seating. It's always packed every weekend. Service: We didn't interact with anyone. You'd place your order through the kiosks. Throughput takes a bit longer than usual since it's always busy. The great thing is that they text you when your order is ready, so you can explore the plaza while you wait. Drinks: I always get something different when I visit. Their milk teas and fruit teas are more on the sweeter end. I recommend adjusting the sweetness level. Their coffee is okay. Their matcha is a hit or miss. The boba texture tastes as expected. The warm, chewy tapioca pearls were drenched in caramel-like brown sugar syrup, creating that mesmerizing marbled swirl against the cold, creamy milk (or in my case, oat milk). It's a simple, cozy drink that I frequently order. Highly recommend! THE PARKING. As I mentioned earlier, the surface lot parking can be chaotic at times. There is a parking structure behind the shopping plaza, but I don't know if there's a fee and I've read other reviews about the structure being jammed up during peak hours. As a bins addict I wanted to try a different boba tea place that we don't have where I lived. Since this location is near to the restaurant we just ate at, My order took pretty long. Especially since there weren't many people around. Come to find out there was a huge DoorDash type order they had to do. There were at least 5 people working in the back. No one actually greeted me. I just ordered at the kiosk, and only time someone said anything to me while I was waiting, a young man asked if I had a question. I said I was just waiting. I posted a photo that give you if you check in on Yelp, and give a review. Once the place was empty I finally got my drink. It was tasty and to my liking. The boba was made right. Tasted fresh. My order was so slow, that my friends waiting for me were able to shop at four different stores near this place. I was craving match and pistachio, stopped by the bakery next door but they had no drinks with pistachio then noticed a big Dubai chocolate poster on Sunright's wall. I couldn't have asked for anything better than that! Rushed in, asked the host for his best recommendations as they had multiple pistachio drinks. I've always appreciated the way they have iPads here to order. It just makes it a super seamless process. This place is always so good but as of recently, I think it tastes better. Sunright is hands-down one of my favorite boba spots! My go-to order is the Mango Milk Tea. It never fails as it's refreshing, perfectly balanced, and has real mango bits that give it that fresh, fruity bite. I typically get it with 100% sweetness but on days where I feel like I need to diet I do 50% sweet. On days when I'm in the mood for something even sweeter, I love getting the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea or the Oreo Brûlée, both are rich and totally worth the calories. I actually prefer this location over the Jeffrey location, even though it's smaller. Somehow the drinks here just taste better, creamier, fresher, and more consistent. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and even if there's a small line, it moves pretty quickly or you can use the kiosk to order. Sunright Tea Studio is located on the ground level of the Diamond Jamboree shopping center. When you walk in, there is no register or ordering counter. All orders are placed via the wall mounted two kiosks to the right. The kiosk was straightforward and pretty easy to use. The shop is small, but there is a bench against the left wall where you can sit to wait for your drinks. There are some umbrella covered tables out front that are shared by the surrounding businesses. They seem to have the drink making streamlined very well. Even though there were a few orders ahead of us on a busy Sunday afternoon, our drinks were ready in only a few minutes. I ordered a lemon jasmine tea with 25% sweetness and 25% ice with brown sugar boba. I love sour drinks and the ordering kiosk indicated that the lower the sweetness, the higher the sourness. However, my drink was not sour at all and didn't have a whole lot of flavor. Next time, I would definitely try 50% or 75% sweetness or try a different drink. The brown sugar boba was good, and they were so big that some of them kept getting stuck in the straw. My girlfriend ordered the grapefruit jasmine tea with 50% sweetness and 50% ice with honey boba. She liked hers a lot better and said that it had a good grapefruit flavor. All of the honey boba we have had before have been a golden color. These were a clear color, tasted good, and were also large. Both drinks had a fresh slice of fruit which was a nice addition. The drinks were reasonably priced. This is like 3rd chance now. Ceylon Mt $5.5 tea flavor is barely there. i taste honey and milk but normally anywhere else Ceylon is like a solid tea slap in the face, its usually bold. Normally am a fan of panda when its offered for the clear boba. was like 1 minute from pay to ready so thats awesome. Unfortunately, the boba? ugh i remember why i didnt come back to sunright or at least this one at Jamboree Irvine, the boba sucks once again, super super mushy and but so gummy it like needs extensive chewing to break down. I like em fresh firm and i feel like thats hard to find in socal these days. The MT taste? meh, underwhelming, barely any tea flavor, mostly just sweet milky water flavor. I think id go for 85degrees next door, equivalent size milk tea for $4.70 (without boba) but hey way better tea flavor (get it hot, no mods, youll see) im really not a fan of the ipad ordering, its 2 in a tiny corner so u know rubbing butts with other strangers kind of situation. And its just missing interaction with someone that can more explain/recommend things. And the ipad still asks for a tip, may i ask to whom is the exceptional service tip going to? Inside, theres a bench that fits maybe 4 normal human sized butts, the corner always has like stuff stacked. but really you cant hang out inside, pickup & gotta go outside to the shared tables and drink. Its convenient location with hmart for my kgroceries and 85 degrees for my weekly milk bread. Alot of restaurants in the first or second story so this is like a eat or play come out thirsty ooh boba kinda thing. All the families and kids hang out in the plaza so kinda struggling for space. Also parking really not fun the lot or the parking structure behind that gets constant drizzle from the factory behind. The lot loooks big but with allll the tiny shops and restaurants sharing, its not alot for the weekend crush. read more
