Came here on a friend's recommendation and was in the area. Theres 2 screens at the front to take your order with the menu and drink descriptions. I chose to go with the Mango Dew since it was more of a smoothie and it was a hot day. It had a mango based smoothie with passionfruit, one of my favorite combos. The drink with tax ended up being around $8 and it was ready in about a few minutes. After getting it, I loved the flavor and could not stop drinking it. My only complaint was that even though there was only 3 tables occupied, all the other tables were dirty so we didn't feel comfortable sitting while waiting. I think that says a lot since there were more dirty tables than clean ones. It also made it difficult to tell if someone was sitting at a table or not, or just in the bathroom. I don't believe it was too busy considering there was only one person's order prior to us ordering as well. read more

Never had 3CAT before, so we decided to give it a try! We ordered the Cheesy Strawberry Peach and Mochi Mango. The Cheesy Strawberry Peach was really good, although I didn't taste much of the peach. I also added boba, but unfortunately, the texture was pretty mushy. The Mochi Mango wasn't overly sweet, which I really liked, and it had a fresh mango flavor. Both drinks were enjoyable overall, and I'd definitely order them again. We ordered through the kiosk, and our drinks were made pretty quickly. Cam around 1 on a Saturday with no line. I got an Icy Peach and my boyfriend got a rice frost. We waited about 7 minutes to get our drinks. This is my 2-3rd time coming to this 3cat and they're usually pretty decent every time. The icy peach was super good. I went 75% sweetness but probably could go even lower if I order this again. The peaches added a nice crunch and the iciness was super refreshing on a hot day. My boyfriend rice frost was a bit on the mushy side (the rice) and was not as icy as he would've liked it to be. Ordered via QR code at door or can order via kiosk inside. The site in which I ordered my app gave me an expected time it was ready after ordering and also had an updated status when ready. Got a Mochi Mango and it was so yummy. I regretted not getting another one as I shared it with my son and hubby. Lesson learned. My son pretty much drank the whole thing. You can never go wrong with 3CAT! My favorite is mochi mango. I should try other flavors but every time I'm back, I always go for the mochi mango. Two delicious combination that goes so well together. It gets pretty crowded here so I'm really glad they have the kiosk to place your order first. It's also a nice hang out place but kinda wish the AC was stronger when it's crowded. read more

3cat overall has become one of my favorite boba chains! I get their mochi barley burst, 25% sweet, less or no ice every single time. The mochi is the smoothest and best part of their drinks, good flavor and a nice little chew without being overly chewy. The tea flavor is strong, and the barley boba is divine. Incredibly flavorful and refreshing drink! The other drinks with mochi are also great, like their mango. You generally self order, but it works well because all the staff has a great rhythm of making drinks and bringing them out fast, even when the place is packed. Highly recommend tasting around their menu! Not everything is my favorite or something I would choose, but I think it's all high quality at least. read more

Still a super solid Boba spot at the district in Tustin, which says a lot with how quickly businesses move in and out of this shopping plaza. Love that they continue to rotate seasonal drinks, it's a convenient spot to get Boba if you're in the area and know where to park, and I do think that they have some of the better fancy blended drink drinks across other Boba shops! The employees are always pleasant. Service is decently fast, and there's a good amount of indoor seating. read more

I looove their mochi drinks! The mochi tastes smooth like pudding but has a lovely little chew. I've tried a bunch of drinks, but their mochi ones are my fave. My favorite drink is definitely the mochi mango. It's sooo fruity and creamy! I also love the Mochi Matcha. Mochi Oreo is pretty good too. I tried their Panna too in the Hazelnut Chocolate Panna which was good! But I must say, the mochi drinks are better. It's usually busy, but 3CAT is a well-oiled machine. The line for the kiosk was a little slow, so I ordered online. I love that they have a TV screen to tell you what orders they're working on. And when I ordered online, they gave me an accurate ETA and texted me when the drinks were ready. For how busy they were, the wait really wasn't that long. Oh 3CAT, why do you have to be so good?! The avomango sweet dew is my absolute favorite! I love the mango and grapefruit at the bottom. They pair really well with the avocado smoothie to give some brightness and slight tartness to this already delicious drink. I usually end up buying two when I come here hehe My friend and her daughter enjoyed their drinks as well. There's some seating inside, along with plenty of lounge seats outside. Tried out their best seller, Avomango and it was refreshing. Wish it had more mango and I think I'd prefer regular honey boba. Interested in trying their other flavors. Service was a bit lacking as it was my first time and no one bothered to look my way or greet me when I was right in front of them at the counter. 3CAT is the epitome of an outstanding Boba Shop in the asian food mecca of Orange County in the heart of The District at Tustin Legacy. Need I say more? Clean modern space with ample seating and several ordering kiosks, plus a separate display showing the orders ready and pending with the estimated time to completion! Super efficient and friendly staff too. I should note that despite efficiently juggling a regular stream of customers on a late Friday afternoon, we noticed 1 dedicated staff member single handedly and quite professionally making an order of what had to be at least 50 boba drinks... cool, calm and collected no less! 3CAT with the new cute bags is definitely a highlight of my trip out in that area. The service was more so automated with the kiosk for ordering, but we were able to find a seat to wait for our drink in the meantime. The barley burst is too addictive. I love the flavors and quality of the barely burst drink and it's a nice difference from the typical sweetness of other drinks / places. read more

First time trying 3cat and it was so good! Loved the variety of drinks and that you can customize each one. For example, I didn't want grapefruit in my drink, and I was able to remove it. We ordered our drinks ahead of time online, and they were made quickly and accurately. There's only a few seats inside the shop, but loved the cute cat decorations. Free parking outside but it gets busy since it's a big plaza. Highly recommend trying their drinks! read more

I initially came for the Mochi Mango Smoothie but I got swayed on their menu of their Avomango Sweet Dew labeled as "1 seller". The drink was good, I wish I tasted more coconut though. The mangoes were a little tart mixed with the grapefruit gave that slight bitterness. I think I did make the mistake of mixing my drink though, because all the flavors all went away and it basically was pure avocado :( It wasn't too crowded and my drink was able to come out pretty quick. My total came out to be $7.70. Definitely am coming back to try their other drinks especially the mango ones. read more

If you like mochi as a topping, I'd say 3CAT does it best. There is usually always a line here, but you can usually order on snackpass too to avoid the line. I got the Floral black tea latte with mochi, mochi mango and osmanthus oolong latte. The Floral black tea is like the name suggests, Floral taste but it does complement the black tea well. Their mango drinks are always good, strong and fresh mango flavor! It was my first time getting their osmanthus too and I was pleasantly surprised at the tea taste you get, highly recommend if you like osmanthus! There's not too much seating indoors but it's by the District plaza so plenty of outdoor seating available. Since they are popular, do expect a wait if you come on a weekend. read more

For some reason, whenever I'm at the District in Tustin, I crave a smoothie, so I wandered into this place hoping they'd have one. I knew this place is somewhat popular, but the space seemed cramped with people crowding around the kiosk and register area as all the tables and chairs were taken. Even so, I ordered a peachy strawberry glow smoothie with boba via kiosk. It came out relatively quickly and definitely tasted refreshing. It seems to me they use fresh strawberries, so that was a big plus. If they could figure a better situation for people waiting for their drinks, I'd give this place 5 stars. read more

3Cat my favorite go-to fruit smoothie place I mostly go to their Rowland Heights location, because Tustin is almost always packed. I usually order my drink with no sugar btw. I tried their seasonal drinks for BOGO this time: Peachy Strawberry Glow (8.2/10) - As a strawberry and peach fan, I was expecting more from this drink. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The strawberry isn't ripe enough, so it tastes a bit sour in the drink and it covers up the sweet peach flavor. Cheesy Peach (9.8/10) - Even with no sugar here it is still perfectly sweet for me. The white peach definitely adds the flavor to the tea base and they complement each other well. I also love the peach chunks at the bottom of the drink. read more

Love 3CAT! The long line here is a good indication of their drink quality. I haven't tried the regular milk tea/tea offerings here but I can vouch for some of their fun drinks option. My favorites are the rice frost (not pictured), avomango, and the green grape-pear drink. Some of them could be an acquired taste (i.e: rice frost drink, with chestnut boba) but their creative combinations are so fun to explore. There are some seatings inside and plenty more outside. It could be a little bit of a wait (depending on when you go) but it is quite worth it for me. read more

We heard about this place from a relative so my sister and I decided to give it a try. You order through digital screens, but when we went, there was only one working so the line does get long after a while. The interior of the place is very cute though and it's cat-themed. This is the 3cat handcrafted beverage location in Tustin. I've been to the other locations in Arcadia and I'm a huge fan of their drinks. All the drinks are all really good so I feel like you can't go wrong I'd order through the kiosk they were doing some sort of promotional discount for some holiday drink drinks I had put in my number so they could text me when I'm done and they made it really efficient. I was in the need until you find a restroom and there's one right across the way and was able to go there and then once I came back, my drink was ready Everything was delicious and there are a few tables inside we can sit and relax, but there's a lot more outside if you find any open tables and chairs Everything is fairly efficient here. Definitely a cute place! My friend wanted to stop here since she got gifted a gift card and wanted to treat us, which was super nice. The plaza it's located in is adorable and nicely decorated. There was even a huge chessboard. I loved the seating area outside; it's large, comfy, and a great place to sit and chill, but you can also chill in the store, too, but it definitely gets super crowded though. There were a few kiosks, so everything moved along pretty smoothly. The drinks were good! I adjusted the sweetness, and it was just perfect. I got the seasonal peach drink, and it was amazing. Selection wise, you'll have a decent list and choice to choose from on their two tablets. They are quite automated and order announcements are all electronic. You have a QC person to ensure drinks are delivered properly which is quite nice and streamlined. Service behind this process is friendly and quick. Been wanting to try this place for so long and finally have! My friend and I arrived around 1:45pm on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't busy so they made our drinks very fast. We ordered the mochi barley burst and the mochi matcha. I had the mochi matcha and it was good! I love the rice mochi in the drink. Great boba spot! Located in the middle of the District, this boba joint provides delightful refreshments and a wide selection to choose from. They have slushies, milk teas, fruit teas, etc. The shop's ambiance is akin to your typical boab shop, nothing out of the ordinary there. The ordering system is via tablet and you can customize to your liking including sweetness, ice level and additional toppings. We got the mango Mochi and avomango sweet dew, the two most popular drinks. They were both great! Jam packed full of toppings and real mango bits, both drinks were nice and sweet but not too heavy. Personally, I likes the avomango sweet dew more because it became more consistent in texture after a bit of mixing. Recommend for those in this plaza looking for a pleasant refreshment! read more

Another boba place?(!!!!) This one is interesting with pear jelly and barley popping boba, and their milk teas were perfect. My cousin and I were quite pleased with both of our drinks, and I will definitely be back, when in the area. (The District has bad parking, but it has lots of good places, including Whole Foods and HomeGoods!) We ordered via Uber Eats, so I'm unsure of the service and ambiance, but a boba place about cats? Had the service been better, 3CAT would have been a 5 star. I never have issues with the drinks and I think they offer unique options. I like every drink I've ever had from here and like to stop by when I'm in the area. My issue is with the customer service. Whenever I am there for an online order, staff ignore guests trying to pick up, even though they're right in front of them. They also don't greet you or say anything really. Between waiting 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me (while trying to get their attention) , and having a conversation with myself to get my drink, the whole place feels very unwelcoming. read more

Def one of my go to boba spots in OC. This is located in the district in Tustin. Parking does get pretty packed sometimes, especially on weekends but there is a good amount so I wouldn't worry too much about finding a spot Golden amber milk tea with barley popping boba: 5/5 I really liked this drink and especially the barley popping boba. The Barley Burst had a great popping boba texture, but it wasn't the usual thin film boba--this one had a crystal-like texture and the perfect balance of juice to boba. I opted for the cheese cream instead of the regular whip, and the flavor after mixing everything was incredible. One feature that stood out was the ordering screen showing an estimated wait time, a small but really helpful. My drink still took about 5 -10 to come out. As for the Sunlit Mango Glow, it had a nice blend of mango and passionfruit, with a rich sweetness and a bright, slightly tangy finish. You could taste the fresh mango, which added a nice touch. Overall, it was a good drink, refreshing and enjoyable on a hot day. But not something I'd go out of my way for. Their boba has a consistently soft and chewy texture that pairs well with any drink. Even their tall, clear cups are good quality and sturdy, with heat-sealed plastic film lids to prevent any spilling. The presentation of the drinks is visually appealing as well. What's also great is that they offer nice carryout bags if you have multiple drinks to hold.
