    !!!!DO NOT BUY FROM KIA WYATT JOHNSON!!!!! We bought a 2020 Kia Telluride from Wyatt Johnson in August 2023. It has been the most horrible experience I've ever had with a car dealership, even buy here, pay here ones. I don't ever write bad reviews but this has been just so frustrating and I wish I would've known before, so maybe someone else will read this and learn from us. We've driven probably a total of half the time we've had it because the other half of the time it's been in the shop, if not more. Started off, pretty much right after we got it (not even a month after), is noticing that something was off when it switched gears, brought it in and it took MONTHS for them to finally decide to put in a new transmission. On top of that, the rental car they gave us, the maps didn't work on the screen so that was just annoying. After we got it back we thought, wow that was annoying but maybe we just got unlucky and things happen. A couple months later we notice something else that's off and the brights on the vehicle didn't work... took it in, they determine the engine seals were leaking and the headlights had a recall so they replaced those. Less than a few weeks after that, we notice engine is STILL acting up, the new head lights they just put in, one side of the halo part of the headlight wasn't working, AND transmission oil is leaking, even though it's a brand new transmission that they just put in... We take it in AGAIN and now we've been without our car for almost two weeks, no rental car, because 'They're out and we're on a wait list.' Not sure why they can't out source and get a rental car from They finally call and say they fixed the transmission and they're waiting on parts for the engine and headlight but it's fine to drive and for us to pick up until the parts come in. This was yesterday. My husband and I got pick up the car and I drive it home, but soon after I left, I noticed the car would not go over 20 miles per hour unless I was going down hill. THANK GOD i didn't get on a highway or anything to go home. So that means they did not checking to see if the car was okay to drive. After all this, you'd think they'd have decent customer service and make this a little easier for us or just be compassionate, but nope, they literally just act like this stuff happens all the time and it's our fault for buying the car. We spent over 30k on this vehicle and you'd think we spent like $1,000 from some guy on FB. We are beyond frustrated with this car dealership and definitely will never be back for our next car and warn people we know about them. UPDATE: We were contacted by the service manager to 'make this right' so he had someone drop off a rental car and apologized a bunch and made us feel like they understood and would take care of it so i took the review down. since then, it's gone in again, this time we felt vibrating when turning and turns out the all wheel drive coupler need to be replaced and it's not covered by warranty so they expect us to pay $3k also for that. Oil is STILL leaking after our last service. We took a beach trip and had to fill the oil up with 2 qts in a matter of days, took it in and apparently we have to do a 1000 mile oil check test for them to consider paying for it even though we've gonna back and forth with them for months now and they know it's been leaking at an alarming rate. We've not even drove our car 4 or 5 months total. the rest of the time it's been in the shop with them, over half the time we've had it. Not to mention all the times my husband has to miss work to take the car to the dealership and pick it up. We taken the car there 4 or 5 times and EACH time they discover a major problem. Service Manager has now told old us that that's the gamble we took getting a car from them and there's nothing he can do. Again if understand if one or two things went wrong, you never know but this is absolutely unacceptable. If i knew what I know now I would never get a car from them ever again. !!!!!!!! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM KIA WYATT JOHNSON!!!!!! I wish I would've known how crappy they'd be so hopefully other people can learn from us.

    They are wonderful! Andreas has provided us with the perfect match of cars for both my husband and I. He's not pushy and has an rye for gaging what you need and pairing you with exactly that. The finance department is awesome and Gina was so patient with explaining everything in detail. She fought to get us the best rate and made the signing quick and painless. I'm so thankful to have found such a great dealership to call our family and know that I can rely on them when needed.

    I can't even begin to tell you the amazing experiences I've had with this company…read more Firstly, I come from an entire family of mechanics. Every time I get a service done, I call my family to see if the charges are fair and they always are. This company always calls me before they complete any work to tell me in detail what needs to be done, and how much it will be. They go above and beyond. Even warming up my car for me before I pick it up in the winter. They helped me purchase a car by telling me all the questions that I need to ask to make sure it's a good quality purchase. Every time I've had any work done the car has run fantastically. I genuinely appreciate this company so much. They've gone above and beyond to help a young woman and have never pushed anything to me that I don't need. Go to them, they're great!

Because I have a high-end type car, I found myself driving to Nashville for service, beforehand. From my first oil change at C&S, I have been a faithful customer who does not fear either their lack of knowledge or an oversell. I have probably saved hundreds PLUS I'm not driving 100 miles round-trip! Earl is a gem and knows his stuff. They handle nearly all makes of cars, but are also knowledgeable in the Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover realm, so fear or not. I also take my wife's Lexus there. This is what a first class repair/maintenance facility should be like.
