Luckily, I found Rafael on Yelp and he responded immediately and gave me an ETA arriving right on time. Looking at this ridiculous situation, he was able to figure out how to open the door from the outside guiding my husband to the correct wiring. After freeing my husband, he was able to fix the broken cable and put the garage door back on its track all at a reasonable price especially for an emergency weekend call. We are incredibly grateful that I would not have to put toilet paper under the door waiting until Monday for another garage door repair person to finally return my call. Call him. There I was with a son that was coming home for winter break, and there wasn't a door for his bedroom. I called NUMEROUS handymen in the morning, and I received very high prices since I wanted same day service. I called Wilfredo asking how soon he would be able to install an interior door, and he stated he would be able to do it the following day. He gave me a price for the following day, and I then asked if he would be able to do it today. He squeezed me into his schedule, and installed it in the evening! He did NOT charge me extra for same day service. I am thankful that Wilfredo was nice enough to work in the evening just so that I would have the door installed before my son arrives. In fact, when he arrived I asked him if he could do a couple other things, and he went to home depot just to get those additional items. They wore those booties on their shoes so that they wouldn't trail in dirt from outdoors. They covered their working area. They also vacuumed afterwards! The workmanship was AWESOME! I've asked Wilfredo to fit me into his schedule so that he could give me an estimate for a floor in my attic. By the time he left my house, it was too dark for him to take measurements of my attic. Not only we're they here within the time they said they would be, they also texted when they were on the way. They instantly found the issue when they arrived. I have the style door where the springs are built into the bar which wasn't practical so I had them convert it to the torsion bar with springs mounted on the bar for future convenience. They had everything on the truck except a torsion bar for my door which they went and grabbed in under 45 minutes. Easiest and most friendly company I've ever worked with. They let me sit around and watch them do the entire conversion and they were out of here within 45 minutes. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
