The young man using them did not use gently and it was very painful. Then I pointed out that I had an area on my big toe that needed filed down. He again used the sharp sponge which did little good. He tried massaging my feet but put extreme pressure which was also painful. My nails look nice but I will never go here again. I haven't had a pedicure in several years but the price of $45 plus a tip is way too much especially for a painful pedicure.

My son is autistic and he is a good conversationalist but there is no way I feel comfortable or safe, letting an establishment like that cut my son's hair. I found out about this place through Groupon. I just needed a trim. I don't remember the woman's…read morename that cut my hair but it was just an OK experience; I would not pay full price at this salon or go back. She first washed my hair. When she was towel drying my hair, it felt as if she was pulling at my hair. The trim was really quick and she never even double checked that everything was even, which I thought was strange. Usually, at different salons, they would pull the front pieces out to make sure that they are even and also go around the bottom of the hair with scissors to make sure everything is even. There were a few pieces in the bangs that weren't even so I went home to fix that. She did ask my several times though on if everything was okay and I did have her trim the bangs a bit shorter and such. When she blow dried my hair, she didn't even use a brush but instead, just used her hand. The blowdryer was really got and it was hurting my right ear so I kept moving my head so it wouldn't hurt as much. Maybe this experience was due to me having a Groupon...I'm not sure. I know that there are many stylists there and they are not the same, but I wouldn't come back regardless.
