Waited for 20 minutes, guy was finished with my nails after 15 minutes, and had my purse chucked on my lap because it was on another nail artists chair. Never go!

Got a Mani-Pedi with my mom, and the pedicure portion was good. Although the manicure portion was underwhelming. My mother had a lady who took an hour (basic manicure non-gell), and the coats were uneven and not smooth. My pedicure was good. They did a good job trimming up my cuticles and everything. Although when it came to my manicure, it was rushed, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone, and when he came, he rushed it, resulting in a messy look. There were splotchyness and waves on the nail polish, along with drips, leaving me with what is seen in the photos. Overall, I'd only get a pedicure from here after this experience.

    Acrylic fill with gel

Wowww!!! I came in my first time and I got a fill in acrylic gel and the guy who did my nails was amazing. He was done within 30 minutes and I've never gotten my nails done quicker before. This place is perfection and it's so peaceful and cute inside.

    Overall quality was terrible

They did an awful job, they cut my dtr and made her bleed, the design they put on the nails looked like an elementary schooler drew it, they dropped the brush and continued to use it putting hair in the nail polish, their work spaces were dirty, they did not put fresh towels down between clients, and did not clean tools between clients. I called to try and resolve the concerns, left a message and also submitted a request online and did not get a response. See pink Valentine's nails in the photos.

I absolutely love this spa. They seem to always be able to accommodate a last-minute booking, which…read moreis such a luxury to me. My schedule can be random, and it's not easy to find people to fit me in. I have received several facials and a lash lift & tint here. I have brought friends and family to have their own. The estheticians are friendly and diligent. I never feel rushed. In fact, I genuinely feel like they are taking their time. They make 60 minutes feel so long, and in a good way. I leave feeling hydrated, relaxed, and recharged. When you check in, you are asked about how frequently you'd like to talk during your facial, which is so thoughtful. If you can get overstimulated and want a quiet treatment, this spa will absolutely respect and accommodate that. Maybe not their intention, but I find that very inclusive. They also advertise "black girl sunscreen" which is really great. I never see that advertised anywhere and I'm glad they are selling it. I am not familiar with the ingredient list as I'm not the target audience for that product, but once again, the inclusion is awesome. Speaking of that, their tiered service structure allows newer estheticians to get experience while also catering to different budgets. There is a real attention to detail, dedication to inclusivity, and excellent customer-service here. I don't know why it took so long for me to leave a review, but I leave a detailed one in case people are looking for some specifics. Give it a try- they offer promotional pricing for first time clients.

I decided to go out of my comfort zone and book a wax appointment with one of your estheticians,…read moreGrace. I thought that this would be an experience I had prepared myself for by watching videos and taking steps to make everyone comfortable, but I guess that was not executed. From the start of me walking into the room, I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. I get people can have a bad day, but today this was nothing short of a bad one. To start, there was barely any conversation. The most that was exchanged were looks. I didn't know if they were neutral or hateful. I took my pants off and got into the chair. I looked to my side to see previous clients' waxing strips on the table next to me. When Grace saw this, she scoffed and quickly threw them away, which was appreciated. During the wax, there was much force implied. I understand you need to rip off the strips with a little force, but I genuinely have been red down there ever since (this was 5 days ago), which is why I am leaving this review. Like I said earlier in this, I watched videos to prepare, and now I have bumps they didn't talk about in the videos, and I am becoming extremely concerned. From this concern, I went to the doctor, and they told me I had contact dermatitis! This is interesting because this was not something I added onto my treatment, Grace. I am VERY disappointed, and I just wanted to feel sexy again. I have my honeymoon coming up very soon, and I have to deal with my dermatitis first. The amount of tears I have cried over this will not amount to how much I spent. I hope you take this and put it into consideration. ( I would post a picture but I don't want to be humiliated more)
