The waitress told us that she usually picks some bacon off when she gets the burger because of its quality. We were stunned that she implied that this poor standard is their default. My fiancé's combo platter included a mozzarella stick that had been completely "blown out" in the fryer, leaving just empty, hollow shells of breading with no cheese inside.
