Here's my excuse. I forgot the Cowboys had the night game and I was kid sitting. The child wants boneless wings and buffalo wild wings not far and on doordash. Who knew? Im not a bdubs fan. They got rid of the mini corndogs. Always have inferior beer. Now here was a chance for me to get B-Dubs without having to go and waste money on beer and all that. So I ordered a kids meal with potato wedges. Paid extra for some cheese on top of the wedges and two sides of the queso whatever sauce just in case there wasn't enough cheese. That's all I ordered and nothing else. I take that back I forgot about the cheesecake.I just noticed they even forgot caramel on the cheesecake!! So on doordash is ready to be here within an hour. I can watch the game! The order gets there and the receipt is correct but the items in the bag don't match. No potato wedges no cheese no extra cheese for the kid. No potato wedges no cheese no extra cheese for the kid. Said it twice on purpose. I called and talked to the manager Demetrius who was very nice but there was no resolution unless I want to come up there and get the items I paid for. I opened the dispute on doordash for the items not received and I was given an immediate refund. My suggestion is to go pick up your order. If they can get an order with two things incorrect just imagine what they're going to do to your family dinner. Now Im going to miss the second half. read more

Disappointing visit - Poor quality control and service We visited because we had a $10 Welcome to the Neighborhood coupon. We came in on a quiet Monday and were seated immediately, but that was the only highlight. We were ignored for 15 minutes until we had to go to the counter to ask for service. The food was a major letdown. I ordered the Triple Bacon Burger, and the bacon was so dehydrated it actually hurt my teeth to bite into. It was like biting into wood. The waitress told us that she usually picks some bacon off when she gets the burger because of its quality. We were stunned that she implied that this poor standard is their default. My fiancé's combo platter included a mozzarella stick that had been completely "blown out" in the fryer, leaving just empty, hollow shells of breading with no cheese inside. That showed a disappointing lack of quality control. To their credit, they did eventually bring out a to-go order of mozzarella sticks for us after hearing us discuss it. We packed up the rest of our food in the to-go order of moz sticks, paid in cash and left to avoid waiting any longer. Really disappointing for a BWW location. read more

Our family of 4 visited today, asked for a booth, we got one right next to a window, bad idea, sitting next to the window was uncomfortably hot. Tried the Mountain Dew beer combination and it did not come out nearly cold enough. 3 of our 4 meals came out together but our 4th did not arrive until the 3 other meals were nearly 1/2 eaten. Took my mother to watch a football game. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 beers and 1 chicken wrap. After 55 minutes I asked about it. The snarky bartender checked and said they were backed up. The whole bar was served and new guests were being served. The bar area was 70% cleared out. The bartender then put a new order in and I said: "can I speak to your manager?" She said yes. 20 minutes go by and no manager and the food shows up. I asked for it to go and my bill. I had to ask for the food again after 5 more minutes. The bartender tells me it's his job and her job to do so. Still no manager. I pay my bill and they took off the wrap cause they could see how upset I was. No apologies no manager no good service. Worst experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings in the entire country! I've never had to ask for the manager. But this location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Just look at the comments below. My experience is not a one off. Their take-out staff may as well be replaced by an ipad that rudely informs you of your "promise time," and then tells you "it'll be another few minutes" any time you inquire about your order. My promise time was 730, I did not get my order until 825. When I asked for the manager, because NONE of the staff were capable of communicating just how long the wait may be, she took 20 minutes to come out herself. She informed me, "no one showed up to work today." I did see her frying up appetizers herself. Was the food good once I got it? No, I ordered wings and a wrap and somehow the kitchen took 30 minutes to make a wrap. And all the rest of my order sat and waited on the counter, cooling off. When this was all brought to the manager's attention, I was told my order would be amended. That did not happen. It's been a week and no changes have been made to the total I paid for this lackluster order of fried food. Waiting with me this night were at least 5 other people waiting for their take out orders, and a stream of doordash delivery drivers that cancelled the orders due to the wait. we eat at the bw3 in bowling green, oh. quite often, and it's always a good experience. we were near the one in maumee today and stopped for lunch. it was nearly empty, but we waited a few minutes to be seated. our server took our order and we waited 20 or more minutes before we asked our server what was taking so long. she said she'd check. 5 minutes later she told us it would be right out. our food came about 5 minutes later, and we asked our server for plates and silverware, and she told us that she waits til people order to see what they'll need. she went to another table to get their order drink, and a couple minutes later she brought silverware and a couple plates, with only 1 plate had a paper on it and both were very wet. at that point we decided to go somewhere else. we won't be returning. read more

I know hired help is hard to find nowadays. However, our food took 45 minutes, at least, to come out of the kitchen. When we got it, we all could tell it had been sitting for a while. Most of the items weren't hot. My wings were overcooked and dry. The other dishes for the four of us were decent, but were warm. I got a side salad and my wife wanted a fork herself. We told the server that we needed silverware and more napkins for the amount of fingerfood we had. After at least 5 minutes, we asked another server for those items, and we had them in less that 20 seconds. The $5 side salad was sliced iceberg lettuce, 4 half-slices of unripe tomato and a few shreds of parm cheese. Certainly not a delicacy. My wife's water glass had lipstick on it as well. Jill said oh your appetizer still is not out we said no she said I'm very sorry let me look into it so she brings it out the Onion rings were super thick and slimy were very hard to keep down the nachos were amazing but the wings came out first and they were drenched in sauce and were more on the cold side I mean hey bring the wings out first they should be hot but I think they were more worried about the sauce the lemon pepper sauce was to much very salty not sure about this trip this time $45 with a discount I don't think it was even worth $45 maybe like $25-30 but idk definitely going to be a while till we come back to this location read more

BW needs to close their pickup Service until they can figure out how to do it. Ordered online and the first clue appeared, food would take 70 minutes to be ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the given time , found 10+ people waiting outside asking each other what to do. An orderly group keeping social distances moved into the restaurant only to be given a beeper and told to wait outside. No employee ever came outside to talk with the people gathering (20+) now. Now out more than 90 minutes from ordering. They need to send someone to the Olive Garden to find out how. Will not be back until long after pandemic over. He stopped and said, "I didn't know they say you in my section," and it just went downhill from there. We ordered everything at once but came out sporadically. Our server was absolutely amazing but this institution's philosophical beliefs are old fashioned and sexist. My food was delivered with hair in it, absolutely outrageous. What a calamity, im scarred from this experience and I have been diagnosed with salmonella sulfate in my throat and I am dying. Overall the hair I discovered in my small sized honey barbeque chicken (boneless) has left me and my acquaintances absolutely mortified. The hair appeared male. Yet again loose policies limiting women's hair in hair nets when it is our birthright as women to have long voluminous hair in the workplace. I have been to numerous BWW, and most are poor to middle of the road at service and food quality. This BWW is what one expects when visiting a sports bar! Service is excellent, especially in this post-apocapandemic we are in. They follow all health and safety guidelines while delivering amazing customer service. I grabbed a beer while waiting for a carry out order. The bartender was amazing and friendly, and the host made sure that the carry out was brought right to my table. Restaurants that offer reward programs should support them. On 4-28-21, I took my daughter's family to eat. The bill was about $90. I scanned the barcode on the receipt when I was there. I checked the app a couple days later and all I was credited with was two 10 point check-in's for that day. Thru the app, I wrote to them, giving all the info on the receipt. They never responded. I Got a chicken wrap with no tomato and when we picked it up it had tomatoes diced so tiny it was next to impossible to pick them off. I tried to order the macaroni and cheese and it said they were out but let me order the kids menu macaroni and cheese (later found out it's the exact same recipe). All of our food was ice cold like it just barely came out of the refrigerator or it had been sitting a while. First of all the restaurant had run out of cups (that's what we were told). Apparently my hubby ordered the last burger there, because they also ran out of them. The refills? Total joke. Hubby had to go get his own several times. Kids didn't get refills on their pop. It wasn't just our server. Another person brought in appetizers, he was also totally unprofessional. First of all, I understand that this is a chicken place so I don't expect too much as a vegetarian. My daughter wanted to go here for her 18th birthday, so that's the only reason I went to this awful, overpriced place. Service was good, but that's about it. They got my sister-in-law's order wrong and gave her the wrong sauce, but the manager came over and made things right for her at least. This is the only reason why 2 stars versus 1. I was trying to figure out what to order. I asked my server if I got one of the salads without chicken, would it be cheaper (the meat of course being probably the most expensive part of an almost $12 salad). She said actually that $12 was the price without chicken. How friggin much is it WITH chicken??? That's ridiculous! Besides that, the menu is very misleading for this salad. There's one price and the description starts with chicken. They wouldn't give me a lesser price for the other options without meat, such as the spinach flatbread. Then I saw they had a black bean burger. Yeah, cool until she tells me they cook the burger with meat right next to it. They could've microwaved it and I would've been fine, but please for the love of God realize that a vegetarian doesn't want her veggie burger to taste like meat. So I didn't get that. For the hugely inflated price of $9.99, I got the "garden crasher" with hummus, veggies, and pita chips. It was okay, but that 1/4 cup of hummus was not worth the money. I came home and ate some leftovers. Shouldn't have to do that after spending $70 (pre tip) for my family of four. One more thing just as a side note - there's a sign in the front, something about bar and dining areas. Dear BW3, it's AREAS, no apostrophe (not area's).
