Walked in to get a pedicure...I have referred this place many times to many people and have always had great service, until last night. Picked my color and sat down in a chair, they are aware of my latex allergy, and they always have the non latex gloves but they had run out, which is ok and then they continue to do it with their hands. After me and another worker told her about my allergy she got up not saying a word and went to empty the trash and ignore me and the other worker completely. Shay, the worker was telling the other worker HELLO!! Are you not going to do hers? Are you not going to speak to her? Shay was doing someone else's pedicure and that lady said that same worker was rude to her when she came in too and continued to be rude with her. I was like ok I guess I'm leaving. Shay set me an appt with her for this evening. Manager not at front of the house and never came out of back room. This is unacceptable. read more

the only reason i come back is because of the young black girl (shay). i can tell shes passionate about her work. some of the other workers are rude and have nasty attitudes. ive seen first hand how one of them approached shay. just imagine what she goes through on a regular basis. unfortunately, you have to leave a star. i wouldnt dare give them anything. shay gets 100/10 read more

I just want to say I'm not the type to complain I've been coming here almost a year and spend good money here and tip well. Shay has become my favorite she's about the only one who is empathetic and understanding about your needs or when it comes to fixing things, however my last visit she wasn't there and I spent almost 3 hours & almost $200 getting a pedicure and gel w/ overlay. The whole time I was in the chair for my pedi they had my hands soaking in the acetone which started to burn so I pulled them out periodically but the workers were getting mad because I pulled them out.. so I put them back in. They soaked for over an hour and when it was time to do my hands she proceeded to pull my old overlay off with a nail tip for acrylics, which had me wincing and saying ouch then she broke one of my nails I've been growing out for the past 3 months, I was upset and I did cry. Two days after getting my nails done my hands started peeling and cracking all of my skin is coming off. While getting my pedi they were filing my old gel off and got my toe which made me bleed and she just pressed on it didn't clean it or anything just pressed on it and continued to file once it stopped. I'm writing this review because I went in to tell them about my hands and how they told me my nail broke due to me "not soaking" when obviously by the looks of my hands I soaked way too long. So here's my pictures because all I got was an "I'm sorry here's a cuticle oil" no I want my hands back to how they were. No accommodation whatsoever. Not to mention being mocked when I walked in and said "hi how are you guys" so I won't be coming back. I'm tired of paying this much and being treated this way. read more

I just left this place and had a gel fill. The woman that did my nails had zero personality and did a sloppy job. Won't return and do not recommend. If I'm going to pay 45 dollars for a fill it won't be here. read more

Do Not go to this salon!! my sister and I had an appointment, everything was going well until more customers came in then, my nails ( I wanted dip not gel ) we're getting done half way... I got dip (2 coats supposed to be 4) then the man said "I put gel on so don't crack" well needless to say he did after I said no gel! Its now the 3rd day and this crap is peeling off and looks like I have NEVER had this happen with any other salon esp paying $120 read more

This place is a joke. I paid $78 for a fill/pedi. 3 days later my shellac fingernail polish began to peel off. I went back and picked a different color because the nail polish was defective. Do you know they charged me $20 for a service that did not hold. I've been going there for 4yrs no problem and even defined them from bad reviews. This blows me away. Spent 80.00 dollars getting my nails and feet done...the work is far below that of a professional. I had paint on my toes and hands...acrylic not filed evenly...Do Not Go HERE! Do not go there on Sunday nail tech are so discombobulated that they really do not know what to do. This has been 2nd time that I experienced bad customer service and bad nail and toe job that I literally was going walk out. The staff that was there 1/30/22 the man nail tech was so ruff with my nails and filing I told him to be careful that nail was sore and filling was burning my nail bed. Lisa or Lil Man y'all need somebody there that know some English instead of doing whatever they think. You get 0 on 1-30-22 y'all waste my damn time I need to be reimbursed was there almost 4 hour. read more

I've come here a few times and the staff here are always friendly and kind. Getting dip here is cheaper than other places I've tried and it tends to last a bit longer. Pricing isn't bad at all. I've been to other places that are over priced. read more

Decided to try this new salon. All of the staff is friendly. The place was clean with modern decor. I went for a manicure/pedicure. I started with the pedicure. Overall good experience and happy with the results. To be honest they would have got a 5 star if my manicure could have been finished. Unfortunately I was there so long and had dinner guests waiting at home. They kept getting walk ins and would get them started, so you have to wait while they do that. I had 3 different people work on me over the 2 hours and left sitting there several times. If they improve on this, they will do very well! I suggest they tell the new people walking in what the wait time will be and they need to wait until you are completely done with the current customers you are working on. read more

I went in for a full set. The guy got an attitude because I asked him to use hand sanitizer before he did my nails after he finished another customer then checked her out. They make customers wash their hands but the staff don't wash their hands between customers. They do not sanitize stations between customers NOT following COVID-19 protocols. Would not recommend this nail shop. There are several other places that you can go to instead of paying for bad service and bad attitude. read more

I went here for a pedi. The guy did an okay job. The polish had a ridge along the edge and the edges weren't clean(polish on my skin). They used stones which I am not fond of for about 2 minutes it seemed. I felt the prices were high for what I got. The store was clean and decorated nicely. The staff talked amongst each other in a different language and had a hard time communicating with me. I might go here again but only if I had no other choice. read more

This place over charges! I came here on a Sunday for a pedicure. I waited over an hour with my feet in cold water WITH NO TOWEL just in case I wanted to put my feet up. Then when the lady finally comes to me we have a stare down like who has the biggest attitude and almost tears my toes off. I'll never go back here. read more

lets just say i paid 125$ for shellac toe polish and a fullset with gel and french tip, when the quality or these nails are awful. they are thick, the french tip is shaky and not properly proportional per nail, and even the enviro is unprofessional. very disappointed with this service read more

I went to try this place out and the lady got mad because I told her she made one of my nails crooked. I told her she could just redo the one nail, but she cut all of them off and told me she couldn't do it. I will never go back to this place again. read more
