First of all, the positives: - The staff at the front was…read morevery friendly - It's easy to get an appointment - The complimentary Malibu Barbie drink was very tasty - The shop is very clean The negatives: - The reason it's easy to get an appointment (at least on Sunday when we went) is because they only take walk-ins on Sundays - The old fashioned was very over poured - The system for marking what you want is so bad that the staff doesn't even want to use it so they just have you put in the first item and then they edit the ticket on the back end - I got a detox pedicure (Or at least that's what I wanted and asked for) and my wife got a gloss signature pedicure with gel and a French tip manicure with gel - Both of us got manhandled pretty significantly during our pedicures - The product wasn't adequately rinsed off - They cut my wife's cuticles and left her fingers bloody - There's barely any tip to the French tip - Nails were left at uneven lengths - The polish application wasn't even or neat - At checkout, the customer facing screen has the resolution so far off that you can't see what is being itemized - My wife asked for a gel manicure with an overlay. They had no idea how to do that. They asked if she wanted acrylics or gel. This is a service other places offer and they should know what this is - The polish is already chipping within a matter of hours - The guy who did my wife's nails seemed put out and gave a sigh of annoyance because she wanted her French tips to match her toes instead of just plain white tips.

This time I am told "your appointment was cancelled by us". As much as I could understand from the manager speaking thru his mask, something about he realized last nite they could not accommodate and cancelled me. I said why didn't you call me, all I got was I'm sorry - Not let's work you in - Not can we make you another appointment ...Nothing! I won't be back. They need to get their system together !!! I went back one more time and my pointer finger got infected causing a lot of pain. I ended up coming back and having my nails taken off. Went to my dr and I had a staph infection. They put me on an antibiotic that cleared up the staph. It then went into a fungus. Today I had to have the nail taken off. I wouldn't recommend anybody take a risk for a chance of infection. It's been a rough road. They do create your own box for your own files but they use the same electric file on everyone, I spent prob $100 including the 15 to have them removed then all the Dr visits. Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.
