If you're looking for a reliable place to get your nails done then this is for you. I come here strictly for the nails, so if you're someone who is expecting great customer service, getting pampered, a luxurious environment, etc. I suggest that you go elsewhere. However, for an unbeatable price of $20 for a set of acrylics I don't have any complaints! And I got to say that they do as good of a job (if not better) than the pricier nail salons in the Dallas, Plano, Frisco area. As far as nail techs go, no ones really stood out to me until I got Lindsay! She put a lot of attention into my nails and they turned out fantastic. So if you're in the neighborhood I would definitely stop by, just make sure to book an appointment in advance because they fill up quickly!

I did not get the nails that I wanted. My nails are very bumpy and and not shaved around correctly. I asked the Lukas to fix them when he was on my 3rd nail but he was very upset and asked me why didn't I ask earlier? and he did not fix them. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Me and my friend went here to make an appointment because they are pretty bad at answering the phone, I had tried calling for about a week now w/no answer. However, when we went in two people had just canceled and we were able to get in! It was absolutely great! They were well equipped for COVID-19 precautions; masks, washing hands before and after, glass shields separating you etc. My acrylic set with a design and coffin shape was $30 & my friend who got a simple acrylic no design was $25! My nails turned out beautiful and lasted so long. I cannot wait to go back again.

This place the og for prices since middle school but now it's just been going down hill I've given this place a couple of chances and here's my opinion the og people do such an Amazing job and are the best and so quick but this one new girl absolutely hurt me with the drill it hurt so bad after the appointment I'm not lying she took 3 hours doing then I'm not lying the tips were crooked i tried to correct her she did listen but not a great experience .. I gave them another chance new owner my nails were bad such shakey lines so uneven and didn't even look similar to each other then I took my sis the same day showed the pic not the correct shape or style very disappointing I had to go home and do them myself not only that the owner said they don't do acrylics anymore nice interior and customer service but not good work I don't have any pics of this new set only how I fixed it it would be unfair to share ones I already touched lmk if it's changed

I got coffin, ombre solar nails with 6 jewels for $28. //What you should not come here for// a leisurely/luxurious experience, or even a regular manicure. I repeat, do NOT come here for anything besides a full set with nail art and do not come here unless you have a 2-3 hour window of free time! -------------------------------------------------------- The "X" is for "Xcellent" nail art. Your set will look fly AF walking out of here. You can bring a picture off instagram (the salon's handle is xxcelentnails407) and they WILL do it for you. This is a refreshing change from what most salons do, which is to either say they can't do something fairly simple (like Coffin shaping or leopard print design) OR they will say they can do it but 2 hours and 50 bucks later your nails look a hot mess. The "X" could also stand for not to "Xpect" luxury or even normal nail salon services. No cuticle care. Zero. None. Get your manicure somewhere else. You will not have your hands dipped in parrafin or massaged with lotion here. You will not be offered a glass of white wine. They do not offer waxing. They do not accept tips on credit card. For the best experience, you need to know exactly what you want before you walk in, ideally have a picture of the nails/designs you want. You will be herded like cattle. If you made an appointment with Kat or Jimmy, you will wait 30 mins to over an hour to sit in their chair, still warm and covered in the acrylic dust from the last customer, for no longer than 20 minutes. Appointments do not guarantee a short wait time by any means. Even so, I would not recommend being a walk in customer. The salon needs a good cleaning. There was hair and dust on the floor, splatters on the wall, and hella dust in the fan on Jimmy's desk. So I'm actually glad they didn't try to do a manicure on my hands, as I would not trust their tools at all. I would NEVER get a pedicure here, and I was sure to wash my hands well and apply tons of hand sanitizer after my service. As I said above, this place is good for one thing and one thing only. If they would step up their cleaning game and try not to overbook poor Kat and Jimmy, they could become truly eXcellent.

X nails or Excellent Nails is like a diamond in a rough nail spot. They offer good deals and have great and competing experience pricing as well as being fast and efficient at getting you in and out in a timely manner. I got a full set and literally was in and out in less than 30min it was crazy. I have spent hours at a nail salon just getting my hands done. Not here in and out. Here's something's to know before you decide to go there: 1. No such thing as Walk-ins. You definitely need an appointment 2. Don't expect a lot of small talk because they get you in and out 3. They do such a fast job but I wish they would take there time to focus on what they are doing to make sure the nails are not only great looking but durable and not weak 4. Very affordable 5. Small store! And not very roomy waiting section 6. They don't do Dip nails 7. What you show them is what you really get! ....would I go back.? Yeah I would and I have! Hey what can I say they are affordable and they give you the nails you see on Pinterest.

This is most definitely my favorite nail spot! They can do almost any artwork you bring in for them to do. My nails never break when I go here and I always get mine long. The prices are more than fair--unbeatable even. Setting up an appointment can be a bit frustrating due to the wait to even go in and sometimes they don't even pick up but I assume it's because they're always so busy. The staff can be a little rude but I don't come to make friends I come for the beautiful sets!

I've been to this place a couple times just because it was cheep for acrylics. This time I went I got acrylics, and a pedicure. When the lady was doing my nails she used the little thing to even out my nails & to take off my cuticles. But she got a little rough & too close to my skin. She continued to do my nails and after she was finished with the acrylic & color, she did more of the evening out of my nail. She again got way to close to my skin. & I am bleeding on almost every finger. She made slits in my skin because she got too close to my skin. A different lady that did my toes, made me bleed also on one toe. & the scrub they put on your legs, she didn't get all the way off. My leg were still greasy & nasty feeling after.

I must say today must've been a good day for them. After all the reviews I was very skeptical but since my Lil Cousin was treating me and this is her favorite spot I decided to be open minded and just try it. They well more respectful than I originally heard about. Lindsey did my nail and I must say I was very impressed with her. She made sure I was very comfortable and did a great job with my nails and toes. So this experience was a good one.

This is the ONLY place that I will let touch my nails. They are the best at shaping my nails exactly how I want and if I show them a picture of what I want they always are able to recreate it for me. The prices are amazing as well. The only thing that sucks about this place is trying to get ahold of someone to book my appointment. Phones are often straight to voicemail or it takes me days to reach someone, making it difficult for me to get in to get my nails redone.
