I first moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago. I wasn't quite sure of the condition of my pool equipment, and hired Chen to come and check it out. He was prompt and did a great job. Later on I had him replace my pool pumps and my filter canister. He did excellent work and had very fair pricing. I felt very fortunate to have found such a great pool repair service. Last year, I had him replace an automatic pool filler. The filler got stuck and nearly overflowed my pool. I contacted Chen, he assured me that his work had a warranty, and that he would replace the filler. He did, however, it took him six weeks to do so, and in that time, the filler stuck again. Had I not been home to catch it, my backyard would have been flooded. He eventually did come out and replace the filler, but like I said, it took over six weeks to do so. Last January 2022, I noticed a leak in my pool. Chen referred me to a leak detection company, and they came out and did their thing and told me where the leak was and was needed to be fixed. I reached out to Chen about doing the repair, and he assured me it was something he could take care of. However, for some reason Chen has decided to ignore my call and texts regarding this matter. In November I reached out again to him, he replied that he would order the parts and be by to complete the repair at the end of that week. To my disappointment, he never came by, and has never returned any phone calls or texts. Not quite sure what has happened...Chen had previously been very good to respond. As I mentioned, he does very good work and has very fair prices, but for some reason has now chosen to completely ignore all of my texts and phone calls. And lest you think I am behind on payment or something, I have paid Chen promptly - literally the same day he has sent me an invoice. It's very disappointing to have received such good service in the past to now be completely ignored. read more

this company lied about no access and didnt clean our pool for 2 weeks. - i wor k from home - they never rang the doorbell for access. their problem.. a bungee cord to keep the 1st door from banging. a bungee cord. they had the access code to the gate. i complained to the company that hired them for service -- their response.. break into our backyard in the middle of the night and steal items and pour coffee into our jacuzzi. we have them on video tape disabling our alarm. do not use this service. we belive they have put chemicals into our pools because we complained about them not doing their job. do not use this service. they hire lazy men lwho sit in their work cars and eat instead of working. we have filed a police report on this company! read more

Chen came out to take a look and explained to me in detail why it was so and what needed to be done. He was very upfront and honest.
