I got my hair cut by Henry yesterday at this location. The location and establishment itself is pretty decent quality and felt really clean. However the haircut experience left me feeling like there is a lot of room for improvement. (1) Henry was over 10 minutes late to my haircut, no problem but didn't get the feeling he felt sorry at all (2) the cut felt rushed and even when blowing hair it just flies everywhere including in my eyes. (3) the haircut was over in under 20 minutes. I was out exactly at 2:30pm even though the cut itself started around 2:12pm (4) while Henry was consistent with the style I asked for the cut was not short enough (asked for a 1 on the side and back) and overall lots of uneven hair spots. By far the worst barber experiences I've ever had. I gave many opportunities to both Henry and Bryan, both never doing anything I kindly ask for. First Henry yelled at me and tried to argue like a child saying this picture I showed (I have it attached) is a hard line taper. Gave me a completely different haircut. As for Bryan, I've given him many chances in hope that each mess-up was a misunderstanding, but I can't make excuses for this guy anymore, I show pictures and explain nicely. He never blends, always gives me something different each time when I ask for the same cut when I come in. This time was horrible and I really recommend you go somewhere else. I come in as a walk in and let the barber know that I want a medium taper , in the back and sides , and that I would like to keep my long hair . I told him , " I like my hair long so less than half an inch please ." As soon as he starts cutting I see all my hair fall off!! So I tell him ,again ,that I would like my hair long on top since he decided to cut my hair short on the sides . When he gets to my hair on top guess what happens? DO NOT go here if you're looking for any type of fade. I asked Harris for a mid fade and he said he could do it. Dude had ZERO blending ability. They have a bunch of pictures of hairstyles/examples to pick from so I assumed he would have the skillset to blend a fade like the pictures they're using for reference.I was very very wrong. Again if you're looking for any type of fade or taper please go to a barbershop where they are familiar with this hairstyle. They really shouldn't agree to take on cuts that they cant execute.
