The baristas were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. You don't see that kind of hospitality very often anymore. The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were just as impressive. We tried the Honey Cake and the Bird's Milk cake, and both were fresh, rich, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. As an Armenian, I left with an even bigger smile knowing this place is Armenian-owned. It honestly made me proud to see a local business representing our culture with so much class, warmth, and professionalism. It's a beautiful reflection of Armenian hospitality. My sister-in-law accidentally forgot to order my MIL's black coffee, and when we went back up, Giovanni took care of us with a small Americano on the house. I also came back asking for a splash of half-and-half on the side and everyone was incredibly accommodating. Never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance, even with a steady line of customers. That's how you keep people coming back.
