We ordered both hot and iced Chais with soy milk. Again, there are limited choices here in the area but I think the chai is good here. Pretty flavorful. I preferred the hot better, even though it was a hot day. The ice chai melted fast and ended up watery. I would order the hot chai again.

Great spot to stop by when in Palm Desert! We were very impressed with the bagel sandwich, SO delicious and hot! The blended coffee was good texture and flavor, only thing is it lacked a stronger coffee taste which would've been good. Overall will be back when in the area!

This was an unexpected find. We were searching for Starbucks which ended up being inside the grocery store so we saw this little local shop and stopped in. The service was awesome and the turkey sandwich I had was delicious I thought about it all week. Not much of a view only parking lot and construction but the shop itself was nice . I will definitely stop here again.

Super friendly staff and gorgeous location! IW Chai was the closest coffee shop to the location we're spending our week, so I took a morning walk here and was so glad I did! The coffee cups are SO cute in pink! I got a regular latte because I'd grown tired of coffee pot coffee, and it was made quickly and the perfect temperature. The ambience is great, with a bunch of people and seating. They even have a roaster on display!

Went for a morning walk with the intention of visiting a different coffee shop when we stumbled upon IW Coffee and Chai Bar. Oh, I'm so glad we stopped in. We enjoyed a just-right white chocolate mocha made with almond milk. It wasn't too sweet or too strong. The shop was clean and comfortable. There were many food options including Gluten Free muffins readily available. My hubby ordered the blueberry GF muffin. It was moist and full of flavor! I tried the blueberry scone which had good texture and body as well. Service was excellent and they prepared our order quickly. Great find. Highly recommend.

Tiger chai is still good but a little too sweet this time around. had a very good breakfast bagel and service was fast even though there was a bit of a line. The service was not as great as last visit, the cashier seemed annoyed that people kept coming in and she was short and unfriendly taking the order. Overall good food and chai but for 3 bagel sandwiches and 2 drinks it came out to $60 it's def not worth that price. Also they lost their nice view which was a big perk for the spot, so sad, it's not a view of a solar parking lot and fence

We stopped here on the way out of town to grab a quick bite to eat and some coffee. The place already had great reviews so we were headed in with high expectations. Happy to say that We were not disappointed at all! The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness and vibe was great. Then there was the coffee and the food, yumm!! I got an iced latte with oat milk and the coffee was strong and delicious! Between all of us we ordered the egg breakfast burrito, sausage bagel and protein bowl. All items were so good. They tasted fresh and delicious ! We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

Local coffee shop in Palm dessert that I discovered when I came here for a short vacation. Amazing chai latte drinks and known for it. The staff is nice and willing to explain the difference between all the chai drinks. All in all, my new favorite coffee place in the area

We tried this adorable coffee bar during our recent visit to Palm Desert and we loved it! There was a long line, but it went very quickly and our food was served even quicker. Our party ordered some of the bagel sandwiches, avocado toast, chocolate croissant and different coffees and everything was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and there was a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. Can't wait to visit again!

A+ for service and coffee They make their coffees and teas with care. The pastry has more to be desired. I love croissant and these are mediocre. They taste more like they come from a grocery store not a french bakery. Not buttery and flaky. The muffins look great so maybe next time I try one of those. The protein bowl comes in a cup with eggs, bacon, avo and some veggies. Its a nice tasting meal to go. Not inexpensive here but I really like what he's doing here. A small cup of chia pudding with fruit was $11 I believe. Quality, clean, nice staff, and a mom and pop.

Happy kid w blended honey cinnamon and a bear claw.

This place is too busy, it's just annoying. The coffee isn't very good and the barista seem inconvenienced by taking my order.

The eclectic mismatched cups were be beautiful as was the presentation...same thing with the food! We were in town for a girls weekend and the first day 3 of us went on a whim because it was close to our resort and looked really interesting. The whimsical eclectic decor was so cute and fun, the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive on a Friday morning. We loved it so much we decided to bring our whole group back on a Saturday morning. They told us to make a reservation and recommended the table near the front. So we reserved that. It was a bit disappointing that when we arrived the next day with the large group they didn't seem to be ready for us. They wanted to put us at a different table because they had pulled a section of table out to accommodate a solo diner. But they did eventually remedy that so we could sit at the original table. Now granted they had warned that it gets busy on a Saturday but it wasn't super busy when we arrived, so a little surprising that we were seated for about an hour before we got our order taken and no one came earlier to ask us about beverages first before coming to take out food order it took a long time to get our drinks and even longer to get our food...and also surprised that no one ever acknowledged the long wait times...but we were having fun catching up since we don't all see each other often, so easily able to pass the time and everyone agreed it was worth the wait. The menu is pretty extensive literally something for everyone from sweet to savory breakfast or combination of both. Some of the highlights were the breakfast burrito, linguica and eggs, anything that had the fresh flour tortillas, really. The berry Belgian waffle & biscuits and gravy were all raved about as well. Everyone also loved the take on the black beans, looked like refried but maybe with a bit of cotija cheese mixed in as almost a light purple color. We would all definitely come again and have already recommended to friends just not on a Saturday unless you go when they open or maybe with a smaller group.

The café is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that you instantly want to stay a while instead of grabbing your drink and leaving. The baristas were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. You don't see that kind of hospitality very often anymore. The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were just as impressive. We tried the Honey Cake and the Bird's Milk cake, and both were fresh, rich, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. As an Armenian, I left with an even bigger smile knowing this place is Armenian-owned. It honestly made me proud to see a local business representing our culture with so much class, warmth, and professionalism. It's a beautiful reflection of Armenian hospitality. Cheers Coffee isn't just another coffee shop. It's the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

The funny thing? While the retail was still shuttered, the cafés and entertainment spots were already buzzing. That contrast -- empty storefronts on one side, the smell of fresh coffee on the other -- gave the whole place a quiet but inviting vibe. I walked into Xanti's and ordered two drinks: a strong macchiato (because sometimes you just need that punch) and a hot lavender matcha for balance. Total was $11.25, which felt more than fair. I tried paying with a $100 bill, but the barista politely explained they couldn't take it. No stress, no attitude -- just professional and smooth. Service really stood out here. The barista, a friendly guy with calm energy, not only took the order but noticed I'd settled into my phone at the table. A couple of minutes later, he personally brought both drinks over. That simple gesture made the experience feel way more personal than you'd expect from a mall coffee stop. As for the drinks? The macchiato was bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I needed. The lavender matcha surprised me -- creamy, floral, not too sweet, just enough to feel like a treat. Together, they struck a perfect balance: one to wake me up, one to slow me down. So yeah, it's technically "just" a coffee spot in a mall, but don't let that fool you. Between the timing, the vibe, and the barista's extra touch, it was one of those experiences that sticks.
