I used this service for airport transportation for a group of us that went to Hawaii last month. I was in charge of arranging shuttle service to and from airport. This service was recommended to me by my son. Very professional! Nice touch of elegance to have drivers in a suit and tie. Drivers were very courteous. Interacted very well without being overchatty. Everyone in our group was pleased, so Xecutive Shuttle & Transport made me shine on my choice of service. Drivers did not make us feel uncomfortable on the road. Two real plusses: 1) Very communicative all the way, so you knew each step of the way where they were at prior to arriving for your pickup. When driver was stuck in airport circle traffic (totally out of their control), he kept updating his eta with a text to my cell phone; 2) Driver knew shortcuts to maneuver away from heavy traffic to airport, even though it was congestion time. Great logistics. I will definitely call this service again on my next travel needs! No hidden charges, no games. p.s. If they deserve it, please don't be afraid to tip them beyond minimum. read more

Uh oh. I clicked my bookmark as I have for 10 years, but was redirected to "Plush". Since the reservation system looked exactly the same, I went for it. BUT...since my previous 5 star review was based on a no shenanigans decently priced tips-and-fees-included model I must revise my rating. Plush now has above average prices with the fees added on top. I will not give it one star because I apparently missed the statement at the bottom about adding fees later and that's my bad. But still had to cancel because the pricing is just not competitive enough anymore. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I debated on whether to write a review, but think others should know what could happen to them. In March 2021 I reached out to Giovanni to request a quote for a Sprinter van to pick up at 4 different locations and drop off at LAX, and then pick up from LAX a week later and drop off at the 4 locations. After Gio answered all of my questions I called and booked the service for June 9th and 15th. The next day there was fraudulent charge on the credit card I used to book, but it never occurred to me at the time that it could be related. Towards the end of May I received notification that our flight times had changed and the members in my party preferred to be picked up together, so we only needed 2 stops before LAX, not 4. I called and had the confirmation updated to reflect these changes. Previously Gio had said reducing the stops would slightly reduce the price, and instead my price went up. I didn't notice the increase from the original quote until June 2nd, and I reached out to Gio at that time. He apologized and sent corrected confirmations with the original priciing. I would have been fine paying the increase if Gio hadn't been willing to change it, and had offered an explanation as to why it increased. I received an automated confirmation on June 8th reminding me of our pickups beginning at 5 a.m. the next morning. At 9:30 p.m. on June 8th I received a call from a woman at Gio's dispatch telling me they have an issue with one of their sprinter vans and they can't pick us up at 5 a.m. I insisted there had to be an alternative since it was less than 8 hours before we were supposed to be picked up, and she said they had no other vehicles available. The woman provided me with the phone number of a company that supposedly could help me arrange for a ride, but the person on the other end barely spoke English and sounded like I'd awakened him. We tried calling Gio and his phone would ring once and then go to voicemail every time we called. I'm not sure whether Gio was able to book something easier and at a better rate since I'm sure my discount was quite steep considering I booked at a time when nobody was traveling and businesses were taking what business they could get, or whether there was a legitimate issue. Regardless, this company should have been the one panicking and trying to arrange for transportation for our party a mere 8 hours before we needed to be picked up, not me. If Gio had communicated with me or his staff had worked to make the situation right, I'd probably be writing a 5-star review, but I'm not. Just be careful and maybe have a backup plan if you book with Gio and the pricing seems to good or the service you're requesting is a little complicated. Also, don't let all the positive reviews fool you. There are a couple of listings for this company on Yelp, and not all have only 5-stars like this listing does. read more

I had to arrange a ride to LAX from Orange County for myself and a co-worker on a limited budget. I called a few places to get price quotes but I did not feel comfortable using any of the businesses I talked to. I called Xecutive Shuttle by chance to see what their price would be and I was very surprised when they were able to beat the price of a local competitor. I spoke with Gio and he was very professional and courteous. I explained that I would need to be picked up from my residence and then another co-worker would need to be picked up in another city and taken to the airport. He was more than happy to accommodate our needs of a double pickup. He arrived promptly with a very beautiful and clean BMW, WOW, I felt like a queen! We then picked up my coworker and made it to LAX with no problems whatsoever. On our return flight our plane had scheduling problems and we had to switch arrival time. I called Gio to let him know that our flight had been changed and he said no problem and just to send him the updated information. When the plane landed the drive (Dee) promptly called me to let me know she was her and asked what door number I was at so she could pick us up. She was also very professional and courteous. Honestly, there's just no other choice when it comes to luxury car service, in my opinion! My (adult) daughter and I took a short mother-daughter trip just before Christmas and wanted something other than a shuttle or taxi for transport to and from the airport and our resort near Disneyland. We had a terrible travel day with 15 hrs of delays. We were traveling with an infant and toddler, so needless to say the day was more than stressful. The only reliable transportation we had the entire day was from Xecutive. Booking online was a breeze and they even offer car seats for kids at no extra cost. I called to ask about discounted rates and was told by Giovanni that I could get a $50 rate over the phone, or 10% discount using the special rate code located on the bottom of the webpage. (My reservation was for two adults and one child who needed a booster seat.) I chose to make my reservation on-line and after completing all the required info, I processed the request. However, it did not show the discount. I sent an e-mail to Giovanni who promptly (within a few hours) replied and made the adjustment to the flat $50 rate for both trips from John Wayne airport to one of the Disney hotels. The pick-up was smooth. Our driver Donovan was at the airport just as we landed. I called him back with our location after getting our luggage and we were at our hotel with 25 minutes. Donovan was not overly talkative, but when asked or engaged in small chat he responded. He has been driving in Orange County for 10 years, and prior to that in DC. Our return was scheduled for an evening pick-up that was changed to a noon-time pick up. I phoned Giovanni and left a voice mail requesting the change, as well as an e-mail. He called me back about an hour later. There was no issue with an early pick-up. Our return driver was Demetria (sorry if it is spelled wrong). She called us at about 10:30am saying she was waiting for us at the hotel. I told her the correct time was noon and we would be there then. No problem at all. We were a few minutes early, and got back to the airport again within 25 minutes. The two Chevy Suburbans we were in were clean, comfortable and had a booster seat for our son.
