I really like this company. We booked a luxury stretch SUV from SoCal Limos for my sister's surprise engagement party, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. From the moment the vehicle pulled up, it was clear we were in for something special--spotless interior, ambient lighting, stocked bar, and a playlist we were able to sync ourselves. Our driver was outstanding. He was early, super friendly, and navigated the LA traffic like a pro, keeping us on schedule the entire evening. We cruised from Long Beach up to Griffith Observatory for sunset photos, then to dinner in Hollywood, and finally a rooftop lounge in DTLA. The whole night felt effortless and VIP-level. The coordination with the office was seamless--Kenny walked me through the booking and even helped arrange a custom banner for the couple inside the limo. The surprise went off without a hitch, and everyone is still talking about how epic the night was. I wish I could give 5 stars. Our service was great, but definitely not perfect. I rented a 33 pax bus from Majestic Limo/ SoCal Limo for the Ducks/ Kings game at Dodgers Stadium. Our group met at the BJ's at the Outlets of Orange, and I wanted a 3:30 pickup. Michael was our driver, and he called at 2:50 saying he was on his way for a 3:30 pickup. He was prompt, but lacked that extra something to make him a great driver. We had a wheelchair person, and he didn't attempt to assist in any way. Perhaps its company policy not to help? Regardless, I was lucky I had some strong men to help one of the passengers get to the front seat. While we were getting the wheelchair person on the bus, Michael was running an imprint of my credit card, and having me fill out paperwork. As I am typing this, I realized I never got a copy of the paperwork I signed. We left promptly at 3:30 pm, and took the oddest route to Dodgers Stadium... the 22 to the 405 to the 605 to 105 to the 5! I would have assumed based on the GPS on my phone he'd take the 405 to the 110, and get off near Chinatown. Regardless, we got to Dodgers Stadium, and the Ducks won (yay). Upon leaving the stadium, I knew it would be a nightmare, but Michael did great in getting us out. Now, you would think he's at the stadium for 3 hours, he'd listen to the traffic at some point? There was a major mutli car accident on the 110 freeway going north, and that affected both directions. That delayed us about 20 minutes. Then, it seems he was determined to get us to the 22 freeway, and tried getting to the 405... when it would have been easier to take the 110 to the 10 to the 5 south home... or even the 110 to the 91. No, we got stuck in road closures, and detoured around Cal State Long Beach, all the way to Los Alamitos/ Stanton! At this point it would have been easier to take us to Little Saigon. FINALLY We got back to the Block of Orange at midnight, but I also had to pay an overage of an hour and 41 minutes. OK, I knew that there MAY have been a possibility we'd be late coming home (my contract said 10:30 drop off, but we didn't leave Dodgers Stadium until 10), but even with the late departure, and if we avoided the accident, we could have been back in the OC by 11:15. Michael was an excellent driver, even though he lacked personality. He reminded me of driving with Grandpa... he drove, and you just sat in the back seat and stayed quiet. It would have been much better if he knew his way around LA better, and even if he didn't have a fancy phone, he could have listened to the radio for traffic. At the restaurant, we saw some other Ducks fans who was at the game, and they were surprised we just pulled up. They also attended the game and had enough time to get a late night snack and was leaving the restaurant. I'll gladly recommend So Cal Limo. Excellent prices, but I wouldn't recommend Michael if its a complicated drive from OC to LA. read more

The bus was HORRIBLE, nothing like the pictured buses on your website. I hope your future customers insist on photos of the bus prior to making a reservation with you to avoid this. read more

I ordered a Party Bus from SoCal Limos for a friend's 60th Birthday. She and all 20 guests had a blast. We partied from south Orange County to the Forum in Inglewood to see the Doobie Brothers and Chicago. I was able to tour the bus the day before and get all my questions answered by Jeff. Steve our driver was very attentive to our needs. He was very professional. And he took a great picture of us in front of the forum. He Let us know where he was going to be after the concert. He showed up early and was decked out in some the best country attire I've ever seen. He definitely fit right in and we loved it! He also played us a great country playlist on the way there, and another great playlist of more top 40 type hits for us to dance to on the way home. The bus came stocked with ice in each little cooler section with some waters as well. SUCH a great experience from start to finish and we didn't want it to end. She told me that they unfortunately don't send their buses up to Big Bear/mountains. They do flat land only. What can I say about this company! From the second I called in and spoke with Suzy I felt like I was her most important customer. I ordered the 30 Passenger party bus for a corporate night out on the town with our employees and this bus did not disappoint. Our driver was early, courteous, and awesome. Their rates are also very affordable. The bus driver was professional and helped prevent us from paying fees (some of our guests were a bit rowdy, had a bit too much to drink and became sick). I had a wonderful expirence with Socal Limos and Buses. I used them to transport guests of a corporate event from Downtown Los Angeles to a private home in the Malibu hills. The drivers were on time, knew where they were going, and the buses were clean. This was a tricky order becuase I had 2 different sized buses and 2 different pick up and return times.
