While the physical phone wasn't available, he resolved everything efficiently through the system, ensuring we left with clarity and confidence. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Verizon store today. This isn't the first time, either. Months ago, a representative here added unauthorized add-ons to my account that I never approved. I chalked it up to a one-time issue, but today confirmed that poor service is the norm at this location. I walked in, and the person who checked me in told me it would be at least a 15-minute wait. No big deal--I said I would quickly run across the street and be right back. But instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the employee rudely insisted on removing me from the queue, saying I needed to be in the store when my name was called. His snarky attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive, like he couldn't care less about my business. Guess what? He got his wish because I walked out and went to another store where they actually value their customers. The complete disregard for my time and the rude behavior of the staff at this location is unacceptable. Verizon, get your act together at this store, because you're losing customers left and right. We went in for a very simple transfer of service from my husbands family's plan to mine so we could be on the same plan now that he was due for an upgrade. I got a call this morning from the store that we should call to transfer the line on the phone. We got to the store and they said the line didn't transfer. We called the number before going in to get a new phone and it brought us to a link that kept bringing us nowhere. At this point we are in the store where the sales man has no clue how to help us and just walks away after telling us to call customer service. Customer service kept bringing us to this same link. Finally my father in law went to ask the manager for help as the first sales guy was completely uninterested in helping us. The manager Mike was the only helpful one but we still had to wait on hold forever on the phone with customer service as they claim the store can't transfer lines. We sat in the store during our two torturous hours there wondering what exactly is the point of the store if they can't do anything. Finally we got the line transfer sorted and there again was nobody to help us except the manager. He got us our new phones and then we waited almost 30 min for them to bring them out to us. The worst Verizon store ever. I never want to go back to another Verizon again. If I have to I'll go back to the Batavia one who at least was interested in helping you. read more

We apologized as it was a Friday night on top of all things but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. Stellar service, the manager was very cool and helpful as well as the agent helping us out named Ant (from the name tag). Let me start by saying, I usually only ever go to the Verizon store when I need a new phone (so once every few years), and I had never been to this new location since they moved down 59 to this wannabe Apple store outpost. But a problem popped up with my phone and all my attempted fixes didn't work. Thus I found myself on a weekday morning at this store. Since I don't ever go there, I have no idea of what the "flow" is supposed to be. There's a big wall with a tv on it blocking a bar-type seating area...am I supposed to go there? Some staff members were helping people at various counters...am I supposed to get in a line? I wasn't shopping for anything; I needed help, so it wasn't like I was just going to browse around. After standing around for a while a woman whose name tag stated she was the manager came over with a tablet. I started to tell her the problem but she cut me off rather grouchily and said she just wanted my phone number to sign me in. (If there's a concierge system, why not have them by the door?) She was also trying to talk to me right in front of the display of speakers (which were playing music frankly too loudly), so I told her we had to get away from the noise so I actually talk to her. She signed me in and I asked how long the wait would be. I got the "we can't really say" non-answer until I pressed (because if it was going to be like an hour, I'd come back), and she finally estimated 15 minutes, which I could deal with. I settled in at the waiting bar. Gladly 15 minutes was a fairly accurate assessment, and also the person who helped me (whose name escapes me but she had long, curly blond hair) was friendly and helpful AND after a few tries did figure out what was wrong somehow, so hurrah! It wasn't a wasted trip. So the stars are for the person who actually aided me and the fact that a solution was found before I had to leave. Stars deducted for poor layout/flow, noise and the negative impression made by the manager. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are a bunch of crooks. They GAVE me a Jet Pack for free and said it would be $20/Mo. It never really worked all that well and my job gave me one so I went to return it today. They said since it's been over 14 days that it would cost me $175 to cancel. They never told me that I only had 14 days to cancel. They acted like they didn't care either, just like too bad and weren't willing to help at all. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

We went to this Verizon location to correct a billing issue. The customer service representative messed up our situation even more. He managed to set my wife's iPad (wifi/celluar) to lost and stolen with their corporate office. He managed to take two hours of our time to fix his error and then correct the original billing error. He told us that Verizon's corporate office billing line had given us incorrect information. We mentioned the fact that he messed up the situation and took two hours to resolve that issue plus the one we came in for to his manager. His manager shrugged it off as if it didn't matter. We are probably going to cancel our contract with them when the term is up due to faulty customer service over the phone and in this store. read more

Store manager, Eddie is rude, unprofessional and doesn't honor Verizon's return policy. I wanted to return two screen protectors today that I have had nothing but problems with and replaced prior. I paid $81 for Zagg protectors that don't stick properly (store installed twice) and cracked after 16 days of purchase! My receipt has a return policy which reads, "purchases made between November 24th and December 31st may be returned or exchanged by January 14, 2017". If you need to purchase something from Verizon, pick a different location!! read more

I had been a Verizon client for 20+ years. Only cell phone service provider I ever had. Like most, I have a few phones, all with relatively large data packages, etc. I had negotiated a new plan with Verizon through their customer service department over phone. Due to a backorder issue, they had to cancel the order and I told them I would go into store and buy phones (not a great experience in of itself but it is what it is). Went into this store, they didn't have phone I had ordered so I agreed to higher price phone. When I explained that the $20 upgrade fee was waived by the provider over phone, I was told they would not honor it. They are willing to lose your 20+ years business and $800 phone sale over 20 buck activation issue. Thankfully, I was willing to walk over said issue. Go to any other store. There is a reason this one has low ratings. And there are so many other options. read more
