    great deal for an upgrade... BUT sold me the wrong phone case and closed early. We'll see how well returning customers are taken care of.

Purchased an OPEN BOX…read moreEXCELLENT condition TV 1st - DROVE AN HR AWAY FOR PU & waited OVER 1.5 HR for them to NOT be able to find the tv ! 2nd - gave us a TV in bubble wrap with NO tv stand legs - no remote- then with no back cover. Guy stated he had to wrap the tv up himself bc it wasn't ready. *red flag* - this does not sound like an excellent condition tv 3rd - went back to complain and speak with a manager now. She acted very friendly and gave a little refund back for the missing parts and a "free" 30 dollar gift card . And I say this bc it most definitely was NOT , free ! 4th!!!!- when unwrapping , I noticed some scratches/dents & when plugged in , whole thing was broken. Trash asf! 5th!!!!!- went to exchange it at a closer loc and was told I had to pay the difference for the new condition priced tv. decided to return it and this is when I realized I was scammed out of that $30 "free" GC. My original amount paid , and refunds, do not match the original price I paid. I am short $30. & the gas used !

No power brick. No packaging. I asked them to give me the open box "fair" price which was a $10 difference. She then tells me it will be another 30 minutes to update in the system. Couldn't even just credit the account with the difference. Called corporate for the credit and they were useless as well. Absolutely deplorable experience. Useless customer service.

    This is the worst experience Ive ever had at an ATT Company store. I took the time to make an…read moreappointment online for 2p today. I arrived 5-10 minutes early. The sign in kiosk at the front door didnt work and there was no note on the screen indicating it was out of order. The staff didnt seem very busy. There were few customers in the store. I went to the back service counter but no one was manning it. While I waited a young woman came out with a rattail comb sticking up in her hair!!! She glanc3d at me but kept walking. Finally a man came from behind the door and said 'someone' would be with me soon. I indicated that I had a 2p appointment and attempted to show him my confirmation received on my phone. He brushed past me and said he didnt need to see it. After sitting a while I asked if it would be ok for me to look at the new phones on display. He said ok. After about 10 minutes I sat back down in the waiting area. No one ever offered service to me even though I was there to get a new phone. Frustrated, I finally left and cancelled my appointment. I'd waited long enough even though I had an appointment. It was unfriendly, disorganized, and aloof. I wont be going back to this location even though we've been customers for many years. A smile and a better attitude would have been nice.

    A few weeks ago I found this location while walking through fox valley mall, and I figured I try to…read moresee how they were. I looked up reviews and they seemed to be legit and had good reviews by numerous people. So I decided to go in there to get my phone fixed, which was cracked on the bottom back as well as the back camera lense only, my phone was working properly without no issues as well as taking pictures priors to trying to get it fixed (which I've taken many since the phone cracked and they were all great quality and focuses without any issues) and I have proof of that on my camera. I spoke to Ray, he stated he would charge me X amount and I trusted that he and anyone working with my phone would know what they were doing. I went back after a little over an hour to pick up my phone and the guy at the counter said he was almost done and needed 5 more minutes to come back, so I did. After returning he showed me a back sticky behind my phone with rubber bands (covered the entire screen including the camera) and stated to not take it off until after 30 mins. So I paid, took my phone and again trusted everything was done correctly. That evening I started to take pictures and noticed the pictures were coming out somewhat with a white cloud around it, not focused correctly and not able to take clear pictures. I went back Friday and I spoke to Ray about it and he said it was my camera and tried to blame my phone for it not working properly, which prior to them touching it all was working without any issues. We went back and forth, to the point that I had to speak to management (who then said he would call back and never did) I stayed at the store trying to see what my options were and o get this corrected and looked into, finally Ray saw me and called me over and said he "felt bad" and would work around it with me and fix it if I covered the shipment cost of the camera. He said 20-30 bucks, so I figured why not, even thought it's not my fault. Ray called me back once the camera pieces arrived and I took it to him to get the new camera in the phone. He fixed it and I started to take pictures and all seemed well, no issues with the camera, it was taking clear pictures. So I paid, thanked him and went home. That same evening I tried to open my phone with the Face ID and it was not active, so I figured I had to just restart it all over again. I tried numerous times and was not successful (prior to this, my Face ID was working fine and not once had I had any issues with it) I went to fix and more again the next day, Ray was there and I told him the issue and all he said was it's an Apple issues, thought prior to this I had never once had any issues whatsoever. I took it to an Apple store and they told me something is wrong with the censor and that can't be fixed all they can't do is replace the entire phone which will cost $399, they said it was nothing that was done on their end. The only people who touched it was fix and more and due to the whatever they did, causes my phone to not work properly! They didn't even have to do anything with my front camera yet they messed it up, when prior to me taking it to them, all was functioning even with the cracked screen!!! I'm not placing a complaint with the fox valley mall management because I find this to be poor customer service as well as poor quality on their end and not doing the business correctly! I'm beyond upset that fix and more has people working in their business and they obviously don't know what they are doing. I personally wouldn't trust this company with any technology whatsoever. They might be able to fix a crack phone, but when it comes to anything else, I wouldn't go there for anything else! They screwed up a phone that was working without any issues and now I have a phone that is not even a year old and not working properly thanks to their incompetent employees!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE IVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR NOW A FEW WEEKS. I've spend time driving back and forth to places to get this corrected and now I have to wait and hope something can be done!!!

    I sent my daughter in law to this place for phone repair. She dropped my Galaxy S5 in the morning…read more My phone charging port went bad. They gave her an estimated cost to repair. I went with this place because they gave her best case and worse case senario. Other cell phone stores just gave her worse case senario deal. They repaired my phone and even got it back same day. It ended up costing my only $148.50. Way less than what other stores quoted. This store was very polite and gave me what issues I may run in to. It's works perfect no issues. Saved me from having to buy a new phone. Will use again for future cell phone repairs. Gave a five star rating becuase I'm happy and my daughter in law said she didn't feel pressured or taken advantage off. That goes a long way for me.

While I believe the prices are a bit high, the quality of the work was satisfactory. The next time I went in there, I was trying to get my phone unlocked. I explained to them it had not been paid off, but I was promised that it could still be unlocked. I prepaid which was a HUGE mistake on my part. I was told a card had to be ordered and would take 1-2 weeks. Time went by, and I stopped in several times. Long story short, my phone is still not unlocked and I'm out my $100. The owner kept putting me off and asking for more time, which i gave him, because what else could I do? He kept offering alternative solutions to unlocking my phone, because obviously whatever he was currently trying wasn't working. I asked for my money back after about two months of this, and he asked for my receipt. I explained I had filled out a receipt with my information but had paid in cash and not received a receipt from the cash register. He went on about how I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I went back another day when another employee was working (an employee that liked me) and went through the recept book and found both copies of mine (white and pink). He had never given me mine (I obviously took mine). I filed a complaint with the mall about Cellphonia, but I was told, while they can talk to the owner and encourage him to refund me, they cannot force him to do anything. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was meeting a friend at Chinese Kitchen (which is just above Dr Gadget and DELICIOUS btw). Lo and behold I drive up and see a sign "we fix cellphones." I thought "no way!" I strolled on in. Chris had a smile on his face and said "Hello how can I help you?" I told him the situation. He let me know he was about to close up, but he knew the phone model really well. He thought he could fix it in a half an hour. I gave him my number and told him I was having dinner at Chinese Kitchen. I kept looking at my phone so I wouldn't miss his call. A half hour went by - nothing. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! Instead of just leaving because he couldn't get in touch with me- he came up to let me know it was done. WOW! I don't mean to make such a big deal about that, but it seems in this day and age most people aren't willing to go above and beyond. Well, Chris did! Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. I plan on bringing my Apple Watch to get my battery replaced as soon as I get back out that way.
