The service and selection here is really good but do not ever have a problem with ur iPhone because they legit will have you on hold for three hours bouncing you around from agent to agent. I bundled my iPhone with Comcast thinking I would have one bill for my cable Internet home security and cell phone but that's not how it works the Comcast cable is still separated from the iPhone bill. Yesterday, when I came to enroll a new phone line the worker Giac Ly ( Jack ) he was extremely helpful, guiding me every single step into the process, with respect. But today when I came back, I needed support on activating my new phone in which I purchased in the Xfinity store; the service guy, Thai seemed as if he did not want to help at all. His impression was uninterested, there was an extremely bad impression. I asked him to help me to activate my new phone line and he told me to do it at home by myself, even though I said I'd give all of my information such as my account number, and transfer pin to help me out to transfer, he still declined and told me to do it by myself at home. I'm speaking on Xfinity when you talk to them over the phone when you go in store they are great but then again they still can't help you with certain things. but when you call them, they are ridiculous, disrespectful clueless, and I've been with them for seven years almost and I that they will rob, cheat, raise your prices without even telling you and you have to call to find out. I have had constant problems reaching the details of my account. I want to ascertain if I have any double subscription payments. To reach the "Details" I had to relog in 3 times, then Xfinity's web site merely relisted the over $350 home billing as two or three items, detailing only taxes, local station fees etc. It did not list the services charged for the other 80% of the bill. Those are the ones that can be changed and, of course, go to Xfinity. Going to chat after two questions led to a note that my WiFi system, an Xfinity system, had failed and to log back. It would not. Xfinity has the worst customer internet pages and general service that I have ever encountered-including their mobile telephone service. If you have any alternative, my advice is to take it. read more

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. If dealing with the X-finity phone tree wasn't frustrating enough, try dealing with the in person salespeople at this location. The rep I dealt with today had as much personality as a dead fish. He was abrasive and wouldn't look up my equipment that I was being overcharged on. I had a technician install a new DVR last month but the technician never took the old box off my account, so I've been paying for equipment that I do not have. I never got to asking why my new monthly rate has increased over $40. I guess it's time to switch back to DirecTV. X-finity for as high as your rates are, do better. read more

For over a year our service randomly drops out. So when we call we get routed to some off-shore phone bank. Afterwards we find that one of subscribed services is now gone or the bandwidth of our Internet feed was downgraded. So we went into the store, to hopefully speak to someone in the continental US. When we asked them to restore our 24/7 security cam recordings they said our monthly bill would increase. All around, Xfinity is horrible. Time to look at ATT fiber and dump all TV programming and switch to the Ring security monitoring! read more

My war with the Xfinity store continues. I had to return to the Monterey Road location for the THIRD time. I had replaced my cable box the prior visit, and they gave me the wrong remote. So here I was again to exchange my cable box. I had an appointment for 2:30 pm. I checked in with the young dude with a grey hoodie in the front. I told him I had an appointment, to which he mumbled something and told me to have a seat. I waited for over 30 minutes, and I had to ask another employee to look at their list and see if my name was on there; it was not. That means the first employee didn't even check me in when I clearly stated I had an appointment. If I did not ask, I would have been sitting there the entire day. The new employee then tells the grey hoodie guy and sends him to help me immediately; wonderful. He then gives me a new cable box. I open it, and it is the wrong remote again. I told the employee it was the wrong remote and asked if he can get me the correct one. He said, "let me check in the back." As he went to walk away, his scanner fell off the counter, and he turned around and punched the scanner, which then bounced back and hit his computer screen. Not only does Xfinity waste your time and money, but they also destroy their own technology. The employee returns from "the back" and says they are out of the proper remotes for my box and tells me I'm basically out of luck. So let's get this straight. The Monterey Road Xfinity store is out of remotes for the smaller boxes, so they are packaging them with the remote for the bigger boxes, which don't work. Genius idea. I ended the conversation by asking the employee, "What should I do? Should I go to another Xfinity store?" To which he replied, "I dunno, yeah, that should work, I guess." His confidence in Xfinity was abysmal. After that, I was out of there as quickly as possible and headed to the Saratoga location. The Xfinity store in Saratoga was professional, friendly, and I was out of there with my issue fixed in less than a couple of minutes. Shouts out to the Saratoga location. I had to return a Modem that I did not order. I got so lucky when LUZ was my service rep. I explained that I was online last weekend trying to get my bill lowered. She went right in to my acct and saw that nothing I did was correct after 3hrs online w/xfinity. She had no hesitation in correcting my bill, explaining everything to me. She refunded me for the Modem and shipping cost and got my bill right to the amount I had wanted. She was very pleasant with me and empathetic with what I had gone through w/their online service which SUCKS!!! Unfortunately the next day my TV was not working and I had to call tech to get it working again, (what a hassle) to say the least. I will always go to the store instead and hopefully I will ask for LUZ to help me. Thank you LUZ for all your help!!! read more

Almost impossible to speak to a real person. The Ai is infuriating and will eventually hang up on you. I use the internet for busy/work not entertainment. So when there is an issue and the bot simply won't let you speak to a person. It just hangs up if you don't choose it suggestion. Our internet data consumption (according to xfinity) jumped 5-10x in November, and we were not doing anything different. Our routers are reporting usage much less than what xfinity is claiming. Multiple calls have not resolved the issue, definitely leaving - not prepared to spend 100 dollars a month for allegedly excessive data usage. read more

How ironic. An internet provider that provide free WiFi for customers at their store, but is nonexistent. I could not understand why I couldn't use their WiFi at all. Even connecting to my LTE did nothing for me while I was inside the store, so I had to step outside to confirm my appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was also rude and dismissive. I came with my sister to transfer ownership of our internet account to me and the guy automatically assumes we were swapping names for promo deals on our internet. What the heck? Even I know that's not how it works... But thanks for assuming that's why we're transferring ownership! Anyways, without making an appointment today, I don't know how long I would've had to wait for a simple ownership swap. I see a bunch of people sitting around waiting and associates standing around doing nothing. The associate who assisted my sister and I in transferring names was super efficient. Within a matter of 6 minutes from checking in, we got our names transferred and business done before my 6:15pm appointment. If it weren't for her help and the appointment, I would've given this place 1 star. TLDR; make an appointment and try a different internet provider if you can. read more

I have been a customer of Xfinity for about 10 yrs, then they raised up the bill on Mobile and internet so I switched to AT&T . I quit in dec2023 but they kept billing me for Dec, Jan, Feb and I kept telling them I stopped service already..... Now they sent me to collection and they can't even explain the bill to me. and they told me they let customer use service first, then bill later..But I look up their policy on billing that the 1st bill be what ever customer owes them from 1st day they turn on service, plus connecting fee and the prorated amount to the billing day, and the next month service...So you can see the 1st month bill is high. They bill a month ahead not a month behind like they told me here. But now, they tell me if they bill me in Dec that is the amount for previous month....So I don't know what to beleive..I am glad I switched to AT@ T since the service is good plus lower fee...After I quit, Xfinity called me to come back with lower price but I am tired of the way they treat their customers...How a big company runs a business like this I don't understand. read more

Came in for promotion found online. The promotion had this modern looking router which look like something Tesla would create; also got the xFi complete why not right; deals look good. When I pick up my wifi kit it's this old shrink wrapped router from 2007 and guess what xFi complete means unlimited data and does not include the wifi extender on the promotion image which also describes it. Smh. The guys at this location have mannerisms to the clients as if they are giving charity. As a matter of fact; short responses not fully explaining anything. Total false advertisement. I was going to buy my own extender for a whopping 125.00 but guess what? All of them are opened and supposedly they come like that. Recycled rotated hardware? Will update once I test the wifi. I've been an xfinity customer for years. We have been seeing an uptick on hours long internet outages for at least twice a month without prior warning. I have had Xfinity for quite a few years. The set up process was pretty good, and their customer chat service is also relatively good. However, overtime I have had to go in for some issues for some reason that I couldn't have had repaired over the phone or online. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lady that kind of made me feel like a number. She wasn't super genuine or the most friendly person. She took down my information and we had to wait for about 45 minutes to see a representative. Once we met up with a representative, he tried really really hard to upset me on a lot of things I really didn't want. My initial issue was that someone somehow made it to where I discontinued my service with Xfinity and I came in to confirm that I lived in that address and to renew my services. The gentleman tried pushing other features I really didn't want, and eventually came about trying to get me to get a phone service plan. Overall; I understand the upsetting, I get it, but take a hint when I deny you on everything that I don't want anything else. read more

1. I am currently using Xfinity service, went to the Xfinity store to extend my wifi, and he said he would send me the new modem and the extension pod, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks. Call Xfinity, the rep said it's false info, they don't send out extension pods, just the modem only. Ok, understood. Don't you think you need to train your employees? 2. Trying to schedule an installation and set up. Xfinity tried to charge me $100, and I said no, they lowered it to $70, I said no, I had never been charged for an installation fee before, so they finally scheduled me without charging but it took 2-3 hours to resolve this ridiculous charge. It's inflation I understand, but do you want to lose a customer? it's inflation again! 3. A guy came down to my house and refused to drill in the specific area I preferred him to do.
