My windshield has a small chip it's probably less than a size of a quarter. I understand most business owners in the industry will not make much profit from this service however I don't expect the service to be free. In this industry most business owners are providing mobile service however they also might have a place of business. I called to inquire if this particular business has a place of business so I can drive to their business location and pay to get the chip on my window fixed. The business owner said he is a mobile service he asked then asked me what is it that I needed assistance with. I told him and he said he had to replace my window which is not true, I told him I would call him back after consult with my dad and he then proceeded to say "our warehouse closes at 11am and currently it is 10:57 so" i will gladly pay for a service needed however I will not support business owners providing terrible customer service nonetheless support a business who is willing to deceive their customer in order to gain more from the service provided and put their business at a reputational risk. read more
