April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

My wife, our son, and I recently signed up for a family membership here, paying a premium $350 a month. As a below-the-elbow amputee, my options at any gym are highly restricted. I have to bring my own adaptive equipment to use the machines, which severely limits what I can physically do on the floor. I showed up around 5:30 PM and, understandably during peak hours, the few upper-body machines I could use were occupied. I decided to pivot and do lower body instead. I went to use a squat rack that was completely empty. However, staff stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to use it because a small CrossFit class was taking place in that section. Even though the specific platform I needed was entirely unoccupied, they refused to let me use it due to a rigid blanket policy. Denying an amputee access to an unused machine when my options are already so limited is ridiculous. I went to the front desk manager hoping for some common sense, but they were completely dismissive and unaccommodating. I'm not looking for special handouts, just basic logic and respect from a facility charging premium prices. Because of this complete lack of customer service and absolute refusal to apply common sense, I immediately canceled my personal portion of the membership. If you have any sort of physical limitation, do not expect this gym or its management to accommodate you.

It's always clean and well maintained and never overly crowded when I'm there (I go in usually right at 5pm'ish and think it's because there are still people on the road getting off work). I would suggest maybe getting 1 more stationary upright bike as there is currently only 1 and it can be a pain when someone is on it for 45 minutes and I want to get on for 10 mins to warm up my cardio, but other than that I have ZERO complaints....I have not gone to another AF in the area but really don't care too as this facility satisfies all my needs.... On a side note, I think it's cool they have a vending machine that is tied to your key fob and if you need water or protein or even ear buds, you can use your key fob and they will charge it to your monthly fee. BEWARE!!! Hired this trainer to train my teenager. I paid for 12 sessions, he only showed up for 6…read moresessions. Before hiring him, I told him I needed someone who could come to our place to workout with my son since my son doesn't have transportation, I told him that was a must. He agreed to come to our place for the workouts, so I paid him to secure a spot for my son. Days later, he tells me he doesn't have transportation and asks if I can take my son to his place for the workouts. I thought I made myself very clear about the transportation part of this agreement, but apparently, I wasn't clear enough. On the day the first workout was scheduled, he cancelled, we rescheduled for the next day, he cancelled again, this ended up becoming a pattern. Three weeks later, he texts me to tell me he can no longer train my son and asks me to request a refund for the three remaining sessions he owes me, however, he owes me for six sessions. When I went to respond to him that he owes me for six sessions, he had already blocked my number. Very disappointed to be taken advantage of by this person!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They have more power racks that I could imagine, new weights, new machines, new everything. Staff are beyond helpful and nice. I used my insurance to sign up here and it took just a couple minutes. It wasn't busy by other gym standards. Got on every machine that I wanted to easily. What I don't like, their lack of ab machines. I could only see one. And that was fairly popular so got on it late. Past that. Great new little gym here. Will be coming back this week, for sure!

The…read morestaff is always very friendly, the place is almost spotless no matter when you go, and the atmosphere is top notch. The locker rooms are always clean too (huge bonus). Whether you're a newbie in the gym, getting back into it, or an athlete, they've got facilities and equipment for you. They have some equipment that you just can't find in most gyms that elevates the whole experience. The owners do a great job of making sure they have the latest and greatest AND all the classic pieces you need. They have a bunch of cool extras too- like gym merch, meals and pre/intra/post workout drinks to purchase, and even supplement samples. Overall, a great place to workout. I recommend to everyone.

Before I signed up we went over my goals and struggles in detail. I was told what to expect and what will be expected from me. CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. From the day one every time I walk through their door I am being greeted by name. Coaches follow up on my progress, and always encourage me to push myself.
