I am the type of person who will get my nails done terribly, wont say a word and never go back.. but I have seen Nicole 3 times now and she is amazing! She takes her time and really makes sure everything is neat and perfect which I love! I can truly say I leave more than happy every time and I will continue to come back :)

I had my nails done on April 25th for my daughter's wedding after not having them done in years. I was recommended to Vivi by my friend. Two weeks later, still not a chip and still super shiny. A beautiful job and wonderful spa experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

Absolutely wonderful experience, very clean. I made an appointment in advance for a gel powder manicure ($45). It came out great! They had many nice colors to choose from. My nail tech was so thorough with each step. She did 3 coats of the gel powder, shaped them up nicely to perfection a few times and went over it with top coat 3 times. Love the color and shine! She also washed her hands and gave me a brief back massage (something we've all been missing). As for COVID precautions- best experience I've had at a nail salon within the past few months. They check your temperature and give you sanitizer upon entering. The nail techs and staff are all wear masks, customers are required to wear them as well. There are shields between you and the techs in both the mani and pedi sections. My tech washed her hands before starting my nails and again before the massage. I asked to wash my hands after my nails were dry too. Will definitely be back!

They charged me over $100 for this :/

Absolutely awful, I was going here for so long and putting up with crooked nails, being gaslit when I mentioned it and told my nail beds were "crooked" but now at my new place I am so happy. They charged me over $100 for a regular mani-pedi and had said I asked for something else when I had been going for years and it smudged and looked like a child did it and I insisted they look at what I got, I was so anxious I paid and left and would never ever go back again. Sad, they had a good parking lot in front and give good massages but not worth an expensive bad manicure.

Nails with the worst gel cover.

Had the worst experience right before my trip. Made gel and it came off the next day. Tried to come back to fix three nails multiple times but reception kept saying that they are too busy. Come tomorrow, and tomorrow they were super busy again. I tried to come three times, but ones they heard that I have 3 nails to fix they immediately became busy. So I had to buy the same color polish and "fix" it somehow myself. And they charged me more cause it wasn't powder gel. So meaning, I had to pay more for the old gel or the bad job. I don't know which one is the reason of the gel falling apart. I don't know why everyone goes to this place. Probably cause there is no more better option in massapequa.

Best nail salon ever! I go here all the time, literally. My nail girl is Vivi but they're all very nice and talented! All of these nails were done here. The cleanest, nicest and best nail salon I've ever been to!!!

I went for a mani-pedi with my mom and sister and I was so happy with my results. I've been to the UES location and I just HAD to visit the Massapequa location and it was wonderful. Once again, they fulfilled my expectations and were able to recreate my inspiration pic!

I've been going here since it opened. I've tried other salons in the area but the quality here is really the best. They can do any design you want. I've had some incredible nail art done here. I recently moved to Long Beach and have tried salons in the area but nothing compares, so I drive a half-hour to I Memory to get my nails done once a month. I recently went to get my nails done and they are closed due to construction... I've tried two other places since then and have been so disappointed. We miss you! Come back soon. _____ After reading some of these reviews, I wanted to add - Check your privilege! The fact that people commented they're upset that the nail techs speak in a different language, in the "melting pot" of the US, is bewildering (and racist*). Secondly, these women/men work for below minimum wage because they earn tips. So that's $5/hr plus the chump change you throw them after they've spent an hour scrubbing calluses off your feet. Show some decency. Tip 20%+ or don't come! People said they didn't tip because they're unhappy with the paint job... you're tacky!

So happy iMemory is back open. I tried no less than 5 other local nail salons while they were remodeling and none of them could even compare to the service, quality and attention to detail that you receive at iMemory. The new salon is gorgeous. Very light, bright and modern. They have made nice investments into the design and products. They bought 12 brand new pedicure chairs and each manicure station has a plexiglass partition between you and your nail tech PLUS they have little cubby holes for the UV lights underneath each manicure station. So no more having to swap hands around or find space to put the UV light on the table. They really do make you feel like family here and definitely give you extra special treatment and care and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Yuki and her sister celine are so sweet as are the staff. Jason is my go-to for my nails. He always asks how I'm doing and how my kids are. Amazing massage and attention to detail and nail shape. They are also running a special now on the spa pedicures where if you also get a gel mani you receive either a free 10 or 15 min back massage. This is in addition to the usual free regular manicure.

It's great to go back to I memory! This is my first powder dipped polish since Covid started and I feel terrific! No more hiding my nails! The renovated salon is bright and clean and comfortable with lucite protectors As usual my ma I cure was perfect!

I recently started going to I memory (first time 3 weeks ago with the flower nails). I can't say it enough, of all the nail salons on Long Island, this is the cleanest & most creative one I've ever been too. I've never gotten so many compliments on my nails before. I did the powder gel as a base and color gel for the designs. The first time I went my nails lasted a full 3 weeks. I've exclusively been seeing Vivi for my nails. Vivi is very thorough and makes sure everything from the shape to the design & even the cuticles are completely symmetrical. The amount of work Vivi puts in both times I've seen her is sooooo appreciated. The services do not feel rushed and you can tell she loves what she does. I've referred a few people to her since my first visit and cannot wait to keep coming back! Thank you Vivi ! You are the best!!!

Very expensive!!!!!! Which is why I gave them 3 stars. To get a callus remover included in a pedicure it's $58. The pedicure was absolutely nothing special. Otherwise, it's $10 added for callus remover. They charge you $1 if you include tip on a credit card (I never carry cash), & I've never had that extra fee at any other nail salon. their powder gel is $45. The picture included is an ombré, so it was a little more. I will no longer get a pedicure there if I go for my nails.. which is the only reason why I will go back. My nails come out the most beautiful here! I guess I will just bring a book and talk with my friend while we soak our nails instead of getting the pedicure before a new powder gel fill in. They say they increased prices because their product prices have gone up, but no other nail salon charges this much.... their saving grace is they really do beautiful nails. I've also had better covid precautions at other salons. There's no dividers when your getting a manicure or pedicure. Just a flimsy (now bottoms are rolling up from being old I assume) plastic covering infront of you when you're getting a pedicure. Nothing between you and other customers. I felt more vulnerable here compared to other salons.

I came here because I had a Groupon (spa pedicure and SNS powder manicure) that I bought a while…read moreago, and never got around to using. Now I'm glad that I finally did, I will definitely come back! The salon was clean and not crowded, which was good, because there were only two staffers working, Kelly and Doris. Kelly, the owner, did the pedicure, and WOW. I was a little nervous going in because I haven't had a pedicure in years, since I am extremely ticklish and usually people touching my feet is torture. But Kelly made me feel totally comfortable--I didn't giggle or flinch once--and did a callus removal treatment that was like magic. She went out of her way to match the standard nail polish color to the SNS powder exactly, which I appreciate, having chosen a rather unusual shade of lavender. Doris did the SNS manicure as there was another customer who needed something specialized from Kelly. Doris did a really good job, too. My nails look nice and natural even with the powder and unusual color. The last time I had SNS powder elsewhere, it came out bumpy and thick. Doris was able to get perfectly even layers. She even did so on the one nail which was damaged and made it look healthy, albeit shorter. I got my finger caught in a door a few weeks ago and am growing it out. So anything shy of extensions on that one nail would look much shorter than the others, but I don't mind that. All in all, this has been the best salon experience I've had to date. Wow!
