It was a little chaotic with the number of people there, and the awkward table setup. It would've been better having that backroom, but there was a comedy show or something happening that night in there, so we made do with the long high tables put together in the middle of the restaurant. Service has always been good here overall in terms of friendliness, but a couple of times when things ran a bit slow. Also, beer pitchers were cheap too. Conclusion: So, the lack of AC (when working too) pissed me off, was totally unacceptable, but at least they acted quickly to turn on. This could've been a health issue especially for sensitive groups. However, considering the food was great & cashier was very nice, and also, I didn't want to give a 2-star as I don't want the Rockville location to close too (after Hanover closed).
