This is the third time we've been here and the first time I've left a review…read more We were excited to visit again because we don't often make it to the Orem area. When we arrived and sat down, we were greeted by Joe telling us that "House rules, you're not allowed to order the same item". Lol. Love that guy! We both ordered Denver omelets, one without onions, extra mushrooms, French toast, and grits and one without mushrooms, hash browns, and pancakes. First off, the pancakes were amazing! They're light, had crispy edges, and had a wonderful flavor. But the best thing was it was in the shape of little donuts, which was a nice surprise. Our entrees came but were somehow got switched. We didn't realize it at first but both were still good. Unfortunately, my wife put Chalula on hers and I put Tobasco on mine and we don't like each other's choice of condiments. The other unfortunate thing was that I had an eggshell in my omelet. Even though we had these misfortunes you can't hide the flavor of these dishes and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. My grits were too sweet today. If it's too sweet for me, it must've been really sweet. The only other criticism I saw was that they were filling the syrup bottles from large Log Cabin jugs. They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Still a great experience and they are still one of the best breakfast places on the state.

This warm, friendly welcome set the tone for the whole experience. Joe stopped by and told us the "rules". Everyone orders something different and we all share. My daughters both ordered waffles but one got it in a combo so she could follow the rules. I got the breakfast burrito with Texas sausage & bacon. My husband got the eggs & diced ham with a side of biscuits and gravy. My son got the French Dip because you can order breakfast or lunch at 10 am. Everyone ate a good portion if not all of their food. It was good. We will definitely be back. For the food but more for the service!

There's something not quite right about this Kneaders location. Our delivery order was wrong last…read moretime (and nearly every time), so we decided to pick up this time. We ordered in the app and our order wasn't ready when we arrived. No biggie. Then she said they were out of one pastry we had ordered and to choose another; okay. Then she said they were out of the cookies we selected, but the app suggested those cookies as an add-on. Odd. Got a refund on those. Checked our order on the way out and the turkey sandwich had the correct ingredients, but very little turkey. I ordered two extra sides of turkey to go home and add on there. Also needed to add extra mayo at home, as there was barely any. Everyone was really nice and helpful, but I think maybe someone needs to show this location what Kneaders food should look (and taste) like.

The girl that took my order was nice enough. The Provo location is small but cute. But when I got my sandwich to-go (very quickly I will say), when I first bit into the first half of the sandwich, it was incredibly disappointing. No avocado at all, a small little slice of lettuce and tiny piece of tomato, and barely any sauce spread only in the middle. It was a veggie avocado. Thats all there is to it! I put that half of the sandwich off to the side and bit into the second half and immediately tasted onion. I panicked and spit it out and the whole sandwich went straight in the garbage. For heavens sake! You're paying $11 something for a sandwich with only vegetables on it and they can't get that right?! The fact that they either put onions on and ignored the instructions, or had onions on and took them off, shows a completely disregard for their customers safety and well being. Not to mention the safety of my pregnancy. I can tell you I will not be going back.

Everything we ordered was fantastic, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Here is a quick breakdown of what we tried: Black Sesame Latte & Matcha Ube Latte: Both iced lattes were so delicious and, best of all, not overly sweet. A huge bonus for us was that they were able to make both with oat milk! Bungeoppang: These were warm, crispy on the outside, and incredibly tasty. Yuzu Cheesecake: This was by far the favorite of the visit. It was light, refreshing, and honestly probably one of the top five cheesecakes I've ever had in my life. Beyond the incredible menu, the ambiance and service are top-tier. The interior decor is incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax. On top of that, the mother/daughter owners were so sweet and knowledgeable about their offerings, making us feel right at home. If you're craving authentic, high-quality Korean drinks and pastries, The Tea Barn is an absolute must-visit!
