Had a party here this past weekend and did not have a great experience. The inside of the building…read morewas 86 degrees. They had about 4 portable fans but that did not help or make a difference. All of my guest were super uncomfortable it was embarrassing for me as a host to have everyone come to a party where it is almost 90 degrees inside. To top it off there was about 3 other parties & only ONE party host (employee) to help with all 4 parties. My party started at 4 I had guest who had arrived already & we're all waiting around for the kids game cards. We did not receive our game cards till about 420 bc the party host was super busy helping the other parties, getting anything took forever. Our party ran out of water & I asked for the water jug to be refilled & it took about 20 minutes to have refilled. I felt bad for the party host he was doing the best that he could, super unprofessional on management to not have more staff help with all of the parties they had booked. The employee that was explaining the laser tag rules was super RUDE, he asked do we have any birthdays today my 7 year old raised her hand & said me & the employee rudely goes we know it's your birthday. HOW RUDE! Why even ask that then. I was told this by multiple guests. The restroom disgusting! No soap just hand sanitizer. The laser tag room was even hotter. All of my guest came out dripping sweat that most of them didn't want to do the next round bc of how hot & uncomfortable everyone was. Super disappointing and embarrassing. The whole point of me booking a party was so that my guest would be inside and not hot during this summer heat wave. WOULD NEVER BOOK A PARTY OR COME HERE AGAIN.

There was 15 of us and we played about 5 games in a span of our 1 hour time slot. Our game master was so great, she had great vibes and was very informative with all of our questions. Either i'm old or out of shape (or a mixture of both) but i was huffing and puffing between the games and I think the timeframe per game was good. The boneless wings were perfect breading to chicken ratio, the crunch was perfect, and the flavors were great (I wasn't even very hungry so that says a lot about that). Later in the day, we got more boneless wings, because I now have a problem, and we got some pizza. That pepperoni pizza had that perfect crispy bottom, while still being fluffy, the flavors were surprisingly amazing. Also played some arcades while waiting but quite a few of the machines were completely broken or after inserting tokens would not work or malfunction. I told the staff every time and received some tokens back but they never went to check on the machine or even wrote anything down. This makes the experience for others less enjoyable if they're uncomfortable asking for a refund. The bathrooms were out of soap, and when I told the staff they didn't seem too concerned and said "oh, looks like this hand sanitizer is here instead" except the hand sanitizer was on top of the paper towel dispenser and not in reach of most people. Arcades are already dirty but the fact there was no soap just means viruses will spread much faster. They don't disinfect the laser tag equipment between uses and also there are ramps in the arena that aren't properly marked resulting in tripping hazards which caused injuries during my experience.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.
