The concept is very neat and we were very much looking forward to this on our trip. This place has the potential to be very cool, however, the presentation was lacking. First, you are on a guided tour, room by room. You're not able to move along and explore on your own. The room we spent the most time in was one where you color a picture and they scan it in to a system that allows you to see it "come to life". This was most popular with the kids in our tour group, but of course, the adults were done much quicker. The spaces were all pretty small and so keeping up with the screens was a bit dizzying. We got through the whole thing in about 45 minutes. All in all, it was not worth the price and is basically walking through around ten rooms, with screens that are not great quality, and then a small gift shop. Would not do this again.

This to me is false advertising we went and were rushed through the attraction.

Well let's put it this way, it is not worth the hype they make it out to be. On top of that false advertising on the website stating you can take as long as you want with no time limit. Ahhh wrong we were rushed through each room not much interaction stuff at all but two things. I personally would NOT recommend this place considering what we paid for two plus a military discount $50.00 and some change.

Banjo the best banjo playing turtle there ever was!

This was a fun adventure. Took 2 13yr olds that loved everything, even coloring their own fish. Great experience.

We parked across the street in their free parking area, which had plenty of available spots at that hour. The walk over was less than a mile and very manageable. Although the weather wasn't ideal--light rain and chilly temperatures--it didn't take away from the experience. We started by walking around and taking everything in. There are so many cute shops, unique stores, and plenty of great photo opportunities throughout the area. We did a little shopping, sampled some food, and purchased tickets to ride the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, which was a highlight. Before heading out, we made one last stop at Ole Smoky Moonshine, which is always a fun experience. Even though the weather didn't fully cooperate, we still had a great time and really enjoyed our visit. The Island has a fun, lively atmosphere and offers something for everyone--we'd definitely go back!

With that being said, we found it a bit of a tourist trap and pricey, but that was to be expected for the area and kind of place this is. There are tons of alcohol tasting places and food places through out here. We did do a stop and tasting at Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine, which was unique enough since I am from the west coast visiting, and fun. I still think if you want more authentic tastings and food, to go to downtown Gatlinburg instead (it's all similar enough though). We also did a wine tasting here and all the wines were so sweet for my palette. I did enjoy the shops and pursuing around this beautiful area. A great spot to get some steps in. Many places also offer free samples of food to (like the candy store) so don't be afraid to go in and try.

I was disappointed we weren't informed of this before purchasing. Our dinner at Clifftop restaurant was sub-par. I'm leaving this review at 4 stars since I know many people rave about the sky walk (we weren't able to see this so I'm unsure) and the kids play area was super fun. My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging. It's beautiful here. So many beautiful views. Entertainment, and lots of nice places to sit and relax. We even had a chance to see a black bear.

There are several options, as far…read moreas different companies, to take a chair lift or gondola up one of the mountains, and each go to their own different mountain. And at the top of each the company that owns them has their little attractions area. I had searched online, but was not able to find much about Anakeesta being ADA friendly. After having visited, I can assure you it is not very ADA friendly at all. For reference point for any longer period of walking I need a walker, but I can go short distances with a cane. The "crystal" gondolas (basically meaning all glass except the roof) can hold up to six people. While you can board the gondolas with a walker or stroller, it will be a tight fit, but it is accomplishable. Otherwise access to the mountain is through a bus kind of situation. Once at the top of the mountain activities are limited if you are using a walker or wheelchair or have children in a stroller. The tree top walk has stairs at many points and while you may be able to switch to a cane, it is a very long course and you will likely not have the energy to complete it if you really rely on a wheelchair or walker. The overlook tower is only stairs. Thankfully, there are some decent places where you can sit and at least enjoy the view while your party goes and does all the different activities. However, I feel that for the inaccessibility, they should offer a discounted ticket for disabled as you're not going to be able to use any of the activities. That being said it is a pretty view but you'll pay a lot just for that view and there are equally great views at many unpaid or cheaper attractions.

Try to make it one of the first or the last experience of your day as it will be super crowded anytime of year as it is an indoor venue and it seems many people want to experience it more than once the cost is reasonable they also offer military discount so be sure to ask for any discount whether it's senior or military and they will apply it to your ticket. Overall skyfly Soar America is a 5 out of 5 for any attraction of his kind finally please forgive me if I have any misspelled items as this is the first time I'm using a dictation app as it's easier to write my review with my carpal tunnel syndrome probably too much information but it is what it is.
