When I heard "critters" moving around in my attic, I contacted Xpert Pest Solutions based on their excellent Yelp reviews. Juan came out the next day and was professional and polite. He explained that he found evidence of rats and showed me three places where they had gained entrance into the walls. He sealed up those entrances and set traps in the attic. They came out, gave an estimate and were very prompt to schedule the service upon our decision to use them. Not only was the rodent removal fast, painless and effective but we will now use them for our regular pest control. He immediately began investigating our rodent issue that we had been having for months (we were using a different undisclosed pest company). Eber immediately found our problems. I've been using Xpert Pest Solutions for a few years now. Their service has been great. They come when they say they will and they are flexible if your own schedule changes. I recently had rats in my attic, they closed all the access points, set up a one-way exit for any pests, and then set traps. They will keep coming out to check the traps until there are no more rats. When my house began to smell of dead rats during the summer, I called them up and they came right out, emptied the traps and sprayed the attic so it wouldn't smell anymore. As for bugs, I rarely see any inside my house, and when I do, if it's been 90-days since my last service, they come right out at no extra charge. Eber is one of the nicest and most professional exterminators I have had the pleasure to meet. He was clean, efficient, and courteous. He even had shoe covers! Eber arrived exactly on time and was done in about 35 min after treating the whole house including the garage and patio. He also did a couple things that most places don't do: 1) he mentioned that the place needed quarterly treatments for full extermination only after I asked about it meaning he didn't want to force future appointments 2) reduced the price based on house size 3) gave tips on how to buy some of the poison he used. My girlfriend and I live at a one bedroom apartment with our dog, and unfortunately had a case of bed bugs. After a bad experience with another exterminator company, we decided to give this one a try. We had to go through quite a process, as the apartment office needed a bit of information from them before they would approve for them to exterminate our place. These guys were very patient the entire time and followed through, and after our apartment approved, they were able to come out the same day and perform the treatment process. This is how pest control should work! I had a rodent problem and within a week, it was all done. "Eber" is the owner and he personally saw to it that I was taken care of. He came in and removed the droppings, replaced a portion of the insulation, put down a repellant, layed down traps and sealed up the entryway. Last summer there is a heavy roast infestation in my kitchen and Eber took care of it on the same day I called. He placed many sticky pads before he left too and since then no roach problem anymore. This year a couple weeks ago I started to find some roaches in the garage and I immoderately called Eber, unfortunately he was super busy but still he sent his tech here in the weekend and the tech did the normal pest control spray and placed some sticky pads. Days later there were like 20+ roaches on the pad and I freaked out so I contacted Eber again and he did a free follow up visit right away. We called because our bathroom was infested with ants. We put out some traps but still wanted to have a professional exterminator come out and give us an opinion. These folks gave us a free consultation and were honest enough to tell us that the traps we were already using would very likely do the trick. We also had Orkin come out and look. They gave us a fee quote of $750. After a week, we are ant free and are not out $750. It's nice to know that there are people out there running honest businesses. i had my gutters and roof replaced and have been plagued with rats for a long time. I used numerous pest control services to no avail.
