Eber is always quick to respond and backs up his guarantee. We had squirrels in our walls. He sealed off all potential entry points around our house - not just the one the squirrels were actively using. He found and removed the squirrel nest that was apparently in a remote and difficult to reach part of our attic. A couple of weeks later, we notice that we had an unusual amount of wasps in and around our eaves. He came, took a look, solved the problem. No more wasps - and no charge. He said it was covered under the prior service. We've since called him for indoor ants and carpet beetles (I know what you must be thinking - what is the deal with these people!?! I swear we are clean/neat freaks!). He came, treated a few weeks ago. The ants are gone but the carpet beetles are back. I expect he will treat the follow up similar to how he responded with the wasps. If for any reason, I am disappointed, I will report back. However, so far, he is effective (carpet beetles can be hard to rid of - I don't hold those against him), affordable, doesn't require a year long contract, and is pleasant to work with. Called these guys this morning with a Squirrel and Rat issue, within an hour they were out here assessing the situation. Gus showed-up. He was quick to investigate. Found some entry points the other companies missed. Wrote up a quote. Prices were reasonable. and we were off and running. in all just a few hours they showed-up, explained, went and got all necessary materials. Replaced the three broken turbine vents on the roof, sealed up the 5 or 6 entry points around the house, put a screen on the chimney and set animal traps. And it is only barely 2:00pm now. I talked to several companies before them, and had a few out for inspection and quote. these guys were faster, more cost effective, and easier to deal with quite frankly. Called and Iris answered. She quickly scheduled me for an appointment at my desired day and time. It was not easy to find someone who's both professional, recommended and reasonably priced. Juan showed up, he was very nice, kept on wearing his shoe protectors when doing the interior. You could tell he cares about servicing his customers. Very knowledgeable. Gave few recommendations. Believe it or not, but I had an issue with the laser that reads the garage door so couldn't close it and he helped resolve issue! After a recent stay in a hotel, we picked up pretty significant bed bug bites. Of course, we were concerned that we had just infested our entire apartment. I called Xpert and the inspector was there within a few hours. He did a thorough check and answered all of my paranoid questions. He was really patient with me through the whole process. He didn't try to sell me any unecessary procedures, but did offer a preventative treatment, so in case we run across the bed bugs again in our travels, our apartment is protected from infestation. I called a bunch of places after having found some rats in my house and they were all so expensive that I would need to take out a loan on my house to afford them. They came to my house for a quote (which was much cheaper than a national brand), The owner was professional, punctual, and experienced. He gave me a quote and said I can call him to let him know if we would like to go ahead. I love the no pressure sales technique. We had three squirrels that came into our attic and ate our electrical wires after making a big hole (first picture) through the wood. Xpert Pest Solutions came out the same day to analyze the problem. They made several outdoor protective improvements.
