The delivery was timely and professional. However, according to Amazon, our delivery was scheduled for Saturday. This company does not delier on Saturdays. Additionally, the deliver company uses a foreign call service, which is totally out of sinc with the delivery service. They calked us 5 times on Wednesday and Thursday prior to delivery for he same info. ANSWERING SERVICE NEEDS WORK! Our delivery came on Friday, one day early which was great. RXO does a terrific job. They have been to our home almost a dozen times delivering furniture. They call to let you know that you are receiving a delivery and you can schedule the delivery for a date that is convenient for you. They arrive on time, put the furniture together and place it where you want it. They have put together beds as well as many other pieces of furniture. Second time was the charm. First delivery, zero stars. Second, five stars. We bought a Casper hybrid wave bed, which includes installation services provided by XPO. First delivery arrived as scheduled, but the delivery person refused to install or even wait for us to get Casper on the phone to clarify the order instructions. The guy put the mattress back in his truck and drove off. Second delivery, one week later, was a very good experience. The crew arrived on time, did the installation in just a few minutes, and took away the boxes, as per the order instructions. read more

The delivery guys were very nice and efficient when assembling my treadmill together. They communicated when they were 15 minutes out and they organized with clean up. They also had to carry it up a flight of stairs and they didn't flinch when I mentioned it had to go upstairs or when I asked them to make a small adjustment on placement. read more

My peloton bike was delivered today. This company was very prompt and good at communication. I was always aware of what was going on with the delivery of my bike through email, phone calls and text messages. I was given a 30 minute heads up phone call on the day of delivery. They showed up on time. They came right in and set up my bike and removed all of the cardboard trash that came from it. The three delivery guys were very nice and professional and they showed me how to set up my bike before they left. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. read more

The staff who delivered to us were friendly, efficient, and professional. They came from far away, and it was a well-done delivery. Only reason not 5 stars is because on the originally scheduled delivery date, we weren't made aware that the delivery had to be rescheduled for five days later. The website still showed the item would be delivered that day, and we waited at home for it all day since someone had to be present for the delivery. We only found out by calling the next day that it was being rescheduled. The phone support staff were kind though, and the automated notifications from that point forward were good. read more

They were nice and called this morning and scheduled the drop-off time which they did. but as the person was bringing the dishwasher into my house and I was dying him to the kitchen he dropped the dishwasher off in my living room which is right outside my kitchen and told me that he was there just to deliver it and not hook it up. I then called Costco like he told me to to schedule the hook up and was surprised when the gentleman on the phone told me that I had paid for White glove service which meant the person that dropped off the dishwasher was supposed to hook up the dishwasher and haul away my old dishwasher. I now have two dishwashers sitting in my house one that needs to be hauled away and another one that needs to be hooked up all because XPO didn't want to do what they got paid for. read more
