My schedule delivery for a stove was Monday 30th of September it never showed never got a phone call never got a text only because I called to find out where it was that I find out that the driver took the unit back to the warehouse then it had to be rescanned and another appointment made The warehouse is 9 minutes for my house so I figured I would get it the next day no such thing now we have to wait till Saturday to have it delivered hopefully delivered. If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I have been waiting on a delivery for THREE weeks now. The first week, I was 32 weeks pregnant. Second week, 33 weeks. And this week I'm 34 weeks pregnant waiting on an ESSENTIAL item for my baby's room. Somehow, nobody is ever available to answer the phone. Somehow, each week an "email reaching out to supervisors" is sent with NO response. And somehow, my chair has been sitting in an ambiguous warehouse FIVE MILES FROM MY HOUSE. I have requested since the first week to simply pick it up on my own. This business is truly a joke and everyone in leadership should be embarrassed. And no, my chair is STILL not at my house, nor is ANYONE communicating with me in any way. I ordered a BeautyRest mattress and because of Black Friday prices saved a lot of money compared to buying it at Pottery Barn. I could not be happier with the delivery. I have two beagle puppies and slept through my alarm and the delivery men could not have been more nice and patient while I got the dogs into another room...which is a difficult task lol. They arrived perfectly on time and even moved my current mattress into the guest room. I felt safe with them in my home and wish every delivery could be as easy and perfect as they made this one. The delivery process was very good. They notified me ahead of time with a phone call and told me they would be there in about 45 minutes. They arrived a little early and I hadn't arrived home from the walk I had been on when they called. They called after they arrived and I told them I was two minutes away. They waited until I showed up. They also took directions from the first 45 minute early call and parked where I requested and loaded up the old mattress that I had pulled outside before they arrived. If I could like many it would be -10 stars. This company located in Buffalo, NY is the worst to work with, via phone, text or chat. I like so many others (check out BBB you will be floored ).....RXO received items from Appliance Store, in like 2 days, then it started, will deliver, won't deliver, will deliver, won't deliver.....I saw the pattern start to immerge. Just like everyone else's experience. So instead of hanging on like alot of you do, hoping it will get better, and it won't.... time to canel everything and move on to plan b, which I did pronto quick. I suggest you do the same. After all has been cancelled, believe it or not, now they want to pickup items that were never delivered....lol what a joke. read more

Communication was excellent both before and on the day of delivery. Drop off of our order was also done perfectly. They skillfully backed the large truck up our long, curvy dirt driveway and unloaded our things with care even in the snow. We offered to help them, and they cheerfully said that there was no need. Yelp should really have a 0 star option. Originally my package was expected to be delivered on 01Jul22. Apparently samsung messed up and didn't send the right part number to go with the whole package for a refrigerator. No biggie. They said they'd reach back to Samsung and have them send a new part. I called Samsung a few days later and they were not aware of new parts needing to be shipped. Cool. So I tell Samsung to ship the new part. Package arrives on 06Jul22. XPO schedules a new delivery date of 08Jul22. I got an email confirmation of the delivery window from 11a-3p. Got a text from them. And to top it off, I called XPO to make sure this was in-fact, accurate so that I can take time to be available for the package to arrive. 3p rolls around, not a peep. I called XPO and they informed me that the package was "rescheduled enroute". Sure - unexpected stuff happens. Samsung could've recalled the package, the truck driver could have a heart attack, the package could tip over and get damaged. NOPE. None of those issues. It is simply "rescheduled enroute" without any further explanation. Many phone calls later, someone at XPO indicates that they contacted the local hub and someone SHOULD attempt delivery on 08Jul22 as expected. For the rest of the day, I heard NOTHING. No packages delivered. On 10Jul22, I get a call from XPO indicating that a package was attempted to be delivered at 2p on 08Jul22 and no one was home. Let's put that bs aside for a moment because that is absolutely false information they retained on their records to protect their metrics. Now to reschedule - they CANNOT guarantee any specific date for delivery of the fridge with expert install (fancy fridge with some complicated parts to it). XPO service staff further indicates if I verbally refuse expert install, they're able to deliver the package on 19Jul22. That's right folks - less service and 10 additional days to get a package that is sitting literally 10 miles away from my house. Obviously I was not happy with such an extended delay in delivering the package. The customer service rep just hung up on me. Called back again, a new person picked up, they iterated that they cannot commit to any delivery prior to 19Jul22. I looked at samsung's website and if I order a new fridge, it is expected to arrive on 15Jul22.  So i've spent many hours writing emails/reviews and calling samsung and XPO. To be fair, this is not Samsung's fault other than the fact that they're doing business with such a sh***y company. Finally customer support emails me stating they're able to deliver the package on 15Jul22. It's not great but what choice do I have? Well...today is 15Jul22 and the website states ONLY one of the PANEL is out for delivery and the actual fridge and all the remaining panels are still at the local hub and has not been scheduled for delivery. What in the actual f is this company doing? Do they not look at all outstanding tickets/orders for a given address/person/phone number? Seriously? I would punch a wall right now.   So that's where I'm at right now. No package has been delivered yet. BUT on samsung's website, it shows up as delivered because SURLY XPO updated the delivery status to samsung to keep good metrics. Waiting to hear back from customer support from XPO and Samsung. I'm not holding out any hope for this sh**TY company to do the ONLY job they have - DELIVER A FKING PACKAGE. I've dealt with plenty of freight shipment companies before. Never have I dealt with a company with such garbage policies that absolutely does not align with actually doing their damn job of delivering the package. They're happy to mince words, create gaps in communication, fail to deliver on packages after providing confirmations, and WASTE YOUR TIME while not giving a single f about actually prioritizing corrective measures on matters they've messed up. Since the package on samsung's tracker states delivered, yet, XPO has not delivered the package. I'm just about ready to claim this as fraudulent activity with my credit card company because how the fk am I supposed to deal with idiots of this nature?  Oh and the BRIAN dude who will invariably respond to this in an effort to publicly look like they're trying to help. Ya, I followed those instructions BRIAN and you guys STILL FKED UP. I still don't have my package. It has been 2 weeks of my time trying to get you to do your darn job. read more

I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher directly from the manufacturer to be delivered and installed on Dec 10th. That morning I received a text and an email from RXO stating my delivery was delayed. I called the only number I was given and it took me to a call center that sounded as if it was in China. The rep who answered just gave me scripted answers and said they were waiting on parts and they'd get back to me. By Dec 16th I still had no response so I called Frigidaire. They contacted RXO to advise they'd resend the parts to me this time, which arrived the next day. Today I get a text saying my delivery scheduled for tomorrow 12/20- which I knew nothing about- was delayed. And no explanation why. I called RXO again, got the same call centers and demanded I speak to a supervisor. She couldn't get anyone to answer. The local warehouse is 20 min from my home. Next delivery date?? Jan 2 she says. Ordered a peloton bike and RXO was the last mile delivery service. The drivers went to the wrong address, did not send any communications that they were on their way, tracking information did no update to communicate the timing of delivery and once they did arrive they ran over our flower beds and destroyed landscaping and left a mess. read more

My dishwasher was not correctly installed by RXO when it was delivered - I contacted them on the same day as install to report the issue, RXO tells me to call Samsung. Cool. RXO never updated my order status to delivered, so I couldn't begin the process of getting a working dishwasher for over a week. It's still showing as shipping in process. I even tipped the installers $50 each despite their crap attitudes (they gave me an Venmo to send them more $$??? I wasn't demanding, the delivery was easy, they even borrowed my tools!) and clearly shoddy workmanship (they left before I could verify the dishwasher worked). Not updating my delivery status feels deliberate because I called them about the dishwasher, I know I can't prove that it is but it feels that way. Always verify anything XPO installs works before they leave. Still tip them, but make sure they did their freaking job first. read more

This has been a nightmare process and my delivery is not complete. I have been rescheduled multiple times with no call no shows over the past 2+ months. Many calls and emails later my washer-dryer is still not installed. I have missed time from work to be here for multiple deliveries and the issue is still not fixed. LG needs to pick a different supplier. Specifically Nick in the Buffalo office has been extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a terrible way to run a business and if my issue is not addressed soon I will be escalating to local news. read more
