RXO was assigned to deliver my peloton bike. I was able to schedule delivery just 5 days after purchase and had zero reschedules. They were on time, gave me a call 15 minutes before arrival, asked where I wanted the bike (prior to arrival) and what entrance of my house would be best. They took great care of the bike, were respectful of my home (of course it was pouring rain) and the tech who set up and explained everything was super thorough. read more

Horrible experience with XPO and I still do not have my appliance. Delivery was scheduled to take place on 9/24/21 between 8:00am and 12:00pm. I took off from work to make sure everything went smooth. By 1:00pm nothing arrived. I received a call. They're running late. New time, 2:15 p.m. Ok fine no problem. @3:00 I look at my txt message from them and can see the truck on the map 10min from my house. 4:00 pm they go in the opposite direction and back to their hub. I call and the agent says "No worries probably about 6:00pm they'll be showing up". hmm ok. 6:00pm nothing. Call at 7:00 the agent tells me they are in route. Look at the txt message again, they are still at the hub. Lied to. The next day, speak with a supervisor who tells me she can't get a hold of the local hub however she is escalating the case and will call me in 24hrs. No call. Lied to again. I called everyday and was told by a different supervisor I would receive a call personally from them to schedule the delivery. LIED TO EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? I have fought tooth and nail this week to get our Peloton delivered. I finally was able to talk to someone from this location. His name was Nick. Nick promised delivery today, October 14th between 1-4 pm. Here we sit at 6:41 pm and still delivery and no call back from the company. I even spoke with Nick this morning and was told my Peloton would be delivered TODAY. I am so frustrated and can't believe that a company owner would let this go on. Brian B. I am about to lose my mind... xpo has rescheduled my delivery about 6 different times. It was supposed to be delivered today 10/20/21 from 6am-6pm and I got an email at 3:15pm saying they are changing my delivery date, mind you without even contacting me to Saturday 10/23/21. The package requires a signature so I had my mother in law go wait because i was working and they cant even email me saying the package isn't coming today until 3:15pm. This company is the most chaotic, unorganized shipping company I have ever worked with. The shipping company is 3 miles away from its delivery point and they cannot even get the shipment to me. They have cancelled one appointment the day before delivery, they did not deliver the following day as scheduled, why? because they lost part of the shipment in their warehouse. No-one called me, I had someone waiting at the delivery address all day and no one showed up and now when I call to reschedule the automated service says it has been delivered! Called before the delivery within the time window with an exact arrival time. The delivery guys were courteous, friendly, wore masks in the house and answered all my questions! This is simply the worst XPO location and the lousiest delivery service I've ever encountered. Their communications are terrible or non existent, their responsiveness is pathetic, and they have yet to successfully complete a delivery. They originally scheduled a delivery of our Peloton Bike and Tread for Feb 8 between 9:30 and 12:30, saying I would get a call a half hour before delivery. After we stayed home till about 2 waiting for them, and called them, they said the delivery had been moved between 3 and 5 pm. for that day. At 5 pm they called and said that the truck was stuck in a ditch.. I expected them to schedule for later in the evening or the next day, but no, they rescheduled the delivery for 2 weeks out on the 22nd! But guess what, on the 22nd, my delivery was scheduled for between 9:30-12:30, and of course they never showed.. and called at exactly 12:30 to tell me that they were at another customer and running a little behind. My wife called at 3 because she needed to pick our kids up from school and was told the time would be 3-5.. after getting no info at 5, she called them and was told they'd be here at 5:35.. It is now the next day and they haven't shown. It's impossible to talk to anyone in real time and after calling a bunch of numbers, and asking to speak to a senior executive officer of the company, and were told that "they don't talk to customers". Pretty ironic for a company that has a bunch of values about service they plaster on their web site but apparently don't actually bother to live by. I would call them terrible, but this XPO location would give a bad name to terrible. read more

I've heard nightmare stories about XPO deliveries. I was hoping they were all wrong but unfortunately they are not. My wife and I ordered our Peloton Bike in March. Our delivery date was suppose to be early May. I received a call two days before the delivery saying that they were not going to be able to deliver the bike because they did not have any in stock!!???? Our new date is now The beginning of June! How can you offer up a delivery date with no product? How is the inventory count that off? I don't get it. We are devastated and completely annoyed on how this was handled. Our remote area was hammered by a snowstorm last month and the Peloton delivery had to be canceled. I enlisted the help of friends to oversee the delivery this month as we were out of state. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Communication via text and phone calls was seamless and within the time frames stated. My friends commented: "Those guys are efficient". Avoid this company at all costs. My delivery for an exercise bike has been rescheduled several times. Finally I was set to get it yesterday, the timeframe was 8-12, awesome. Well 10:38 I get a text that I am next and they will be here in 30 minutes. Nope. The tracking updated and it changed from 11-3. No phone call or anything. Next time I check it was 5-9. We call around 4 and they can't give me any info other than it will "definitely arrive after 6pm". It never arrived. I was home all day, and thankfully I work from home. I call this morning and they can't get a hold of the hub, can't give me any info as to why it didn't arrive, after pushing they said the "driver didn't finish their route" and someone will contact me in 24-48 hours to reschedule. 30 minutes later I get an email from XPO that states "your item has been delivered". No one came to my house, no truck was outside, there is no bike here. We called multiple times, I'm getting zero answers. Now I have an entirely new tracking where it states order placed, back to freaking square one after 6 weeks of waiting. The newest development is that they are saying it was delivered and signed by me at 5:10 yesterday. I have no answers and no bike. read more

Had to reschedule as I work and the item couldnt be delivered last week. Watched constantly the tracking and nothing changed to show anything. I get home said they delivered item but hmmm no item anywhere and no one knows nothing when you call. I got no call, text or email about time frame of delivery now a 30 min curtesy call before deliver yet they say they came to my home and tried to deliver but then it said it was delivered. When you call you talk to someone from who knows where and not from US and they dont know anything. To me if you own a company in US then people should be able to talk to person at that HUB where the item is supposed to be at to be shipped to your home but nope you get someone that is not anywhere near and no idea where item is and they say they will email main HUB. Delivered wrong items and can't get ahold of anyone at the local location!!!! The phone just rings and the voice mail box is full. Instead of delivering a washer and dryer I received TWO dryers. They refused to take away the incorrect dryer so now I'm stuck with it and I'm without a washer. Samsung confirmed the issue is not on their end. After multiple attempts of contacting XPO I'm unable to get in touch with someone local or even in the US for that matter. I will never purchase appliances from a company that uses XPO ever again. This is taking so long to correct I have to dispute the washer and dryer charge with my credit card company because I don't know if I will ever get my items. This company should not be allowed to deliver high priced items as there is no accountability. To top it off I just had a very rude driver show up here that refused to pick up the incorrect dryer. read more

Wow. Anyone interested in a class action law suit against this "company"? I've had the same experience as so many of these other reviews. They schedule you, you wait all day, they don't show up, you get an automated call scheduling a delivery date later that evening for another date. You call to ask why, (After always at least 20 min on hold) they tell you that they'll "contact the hub" to see why it hasn't been delivered. They are never able to get in contact with anyone at this "hub" no matter what time of day you call. Then you are told they will email this company and receive a response. You never will. The same cycle keeps going. After being rescheduled countless times for the last 3 weeks, I'm now just trying to get a refund for my product. What a SCAM! read more

FINAL UPDATE. I went on XPO's FB page Friday to complain, and a most helpful person named Tiffany PM'd me for details. She told me the product would be delivered Monday, and finally, it actually was. She is the very first person in this long saga to actually do what she said she would. I consider her a very valuable asset to XPO and only hope I will never need their "services" again. Had they called right off the bat to say they had the product but couldn't deliver for three weeks, it would have been one thing. This company is the WORST shipping company I have ever done business with. The delivery warehouse 15 miles away from my home and they refuse to reschedule the shipment for me. I had a delivery scheduled yesterday for a washer and dryer from LG Electronics. I was notified by XPO Logistics that the delivery would be between 9am -1pm. I also received a text message with a link to track it, and it showed the item was coming from XPO in Cheektowaga NY. By 2:00pm, I had not been contacted by anyone for the delivery, so I called XPO logistics phone number for tracking information. A recorded voice said that there were ZERO people in front of me and that a customer service person would be right with me. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I went to the XPO website and called several numbers, and each number I called gave me a different number to call. I was put on hold again and again and no one ever came to the phone. I took the day off from work for this delivery and was waiting the entire day, and no one ever showed for delivery. No call or notification that my washer and dryer would not be delivered. For "white glove delivery service" I expected at the very LEAST the courtesy of a call to tell me it was delayed, and I NEVER got it. I finally reached an actual person at XPO customer service and was told I was the next in line for delivery. I called every hour and got the same answer. Nothing ever came. Now the XPO customer service is giving me the runaround and won't schedule a re-delivery or give me a telephone number to speak to a Supervisor or the number for the delivery facility so that I can directly inquire about my delivery. read more

I've seen these trucks around forever and just ordered a Costco bed which was delivered by this company. Not sure if it was Costco or this company but it took 10 weeks to get to bed. So if you don't mind waiting 10 weeks to get something when you order it then you can give us a four star review. It originally said it would be 2 to 3 weeks which was a really long time. Buy local people... this is another example of you get what you pay for! Also the company sent you overseas for most discussions and it is hard to understand what the people are saying. If I could avoid this company I would but I will probably have to use again and will survive but still complain! read more
