If I ever have another "last mile" delivery scheduled with RXO, I will immediately cancel the order and save myself hours of wasted time and untold aggravation. I've had an awful experience getting a microwave delivered. The first day they were scheduled to deliver, they never called and never showed up. I tried to reschedule by phone, but was only able to email with CS agents who have no ability to schedule. But I was put on for a day when I would be at work, unable to change. I let them know I wouldn't be available, and could someone *PLEASE* call me to schedule a time when I'm available. The answer is no, apparently, since they *AGAIN* scheduled me for a day I need to be at work. This time, though, they assured my my stop was first and the microwave would be delivered and installed 7-7:30 a.m. They didn't show and didn't call until 8:40 a.m. to tell me they were 30 minutes away! To save myself the headache, I had them drop it off in my garage and I'll install it myself. I don't know what's going on at RXO between their call center staff and delivery/installation teams, but apparently it doesn't rhyme with communication. I paid an extra $130 to have the above-range microwave installed. RXO got off only dropping off a box. read more

I ordered a washing machine and dryer through LG that was delivered and installed by Rxo. They were professional and courteous, and were very efficient with the removal of old and installation of new. Very pleased with the service. read more

After I posted a negative review on Aug 29, I was contacted by someone in Atlanta, apologizing profusely for their delivery people leaving my new washer in the front yard, without even notifying us they were here. He said he would send them back, I said no thank you, we'll do it ourselves, if they are that incompetent, I don't want them in the house. He then said something about providing some compensation for our trouble. Here we are almost a month later and nothing from these people. While I definitely appreciate their quick response, seems they were just words trying to gloss over the issue. Again....I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from anyone that uses this company to deliver your item. I've learned my lesson and will only buy local with local delivery. read more

Delivery has been canceled twice: first time on 3/24 because the truck broke down on the loading dock. Second time on 3/27 because. . .the truck broke down. C'mon, at least lie creatively. I have called customer service and was told someone would be in touch to discuss how they could make it right (i.e. compensation) but that must have been a lie as well. Pure radio silence. Delivery is for four appliances without takeaway service or any extras. Literally just putting stuff in my house on the main floor. Good Delivery services are like good baseball umpires: you just don't notice them if they do their job right. RXO is pure umpshow. The star rating should be 0 because they can't even get the order out of the loading center but yelp makes the rating be at least one star.​ read more

can I give 0 stars? delivery rescheduled once already, we were ready for next date got a call confirming they were coming and even laid out the red carpet for the delivery. the trucked pulled up and left (we have them on camera doing this) and then claimed they "were there for 15 minutes.(they also said ten minutes another time) and claimed the site wasn't ready. it couldn't of been more ready. calling in for assistance got us overseas call center staff who were very unhelpful and hung on me once. I was scheduled to receive a Serta Mattress I purchaed on Friday, September 6, 2024 between 4pm and 7pm. I received a text confirming the time window the day before. I received a text the morning of saying my delivery would arrive that day between 4 and 7pm. 7PM came and went. I called where I purchased the item and they learned there had been a breakdown of the delivery truck. It might be there that night. If not, the next day. So, we slept on the floor since we'd moved the old mattress out near the door to clean the floor and get things ready. Saturday morning, I got a text to reschedule. The earliest date was Tuesday. I called where I purchased the mattress and they were wonderful and connected me to RXO (Subsidiary of TXO). It was a call center in China. They couldn't connect me to Cleveland, tell me if the truck was repaired, or why a rental truck had not been secured. I scheduled for Tuesday. Monday 9/8 I got a text with a window of 12:30 - 4:30. I made arrangents to be home again. At 11:20am, I got a text that my delivery was confirmed for Thursday, 9/12. Not today, Tuesday 9/10/2024. I tried the live chat and got timed out twice. I'm now waiting online at their call center. High call volume - 15 people in front of me. Gee, I wonder why. Sounds like they can't handle the orders they have and need to stop taking more last mile delivery orders until they can clear out the backlog. At this point, I'm calling the seller to see what can be done to find an alternative carrier so their reputation isn't damaged by future incompetency of this company. The place I ordered the mattress gave me $150 off due to the run around on Friday. And it wasn't there fault. They thought they contracted with a reliable, honest company. But, I need to call them and either cancel my order or see if they can have another carrier pick up my mattress. I'm getting too cranky sleeping on the old mattress that we dragged back on the floor in the bedroom. The frame for the new one is setup and waiting. The next time something I buy needs to be delivered and the local place uses a carrier, I will make sure it is NOT RXO. This is not worth the agrivation. read more

I was supposed to receive the delivery of a new fridge bought directly from Samsung, with RXO handling the delivery in a 4 hour window they decided and scheduled themselves for the delivery. After waiting the entire time in my living room to ensure I didn't miss them I called their customer service line to find out what the delay was. I was told that the truck had shown up 1.5 HOURS earlier than noted and then decided to go back to the "warehouse" before knocking on the door. The support person tried calling the local RXO warehouse directly and didn't even get anyone to pick up the phone...So instead of a fridge all I have are unfulfilled promises at the moment. Is this really the currently accepted level of service that I should expect when ordering directly from Samsung? RXO are you there? Do you care? Can you make this right today so that I can have a refrigerator to put my kids lunches into? UPDATE 1: -Added a star. I was contacted by Thomas from RXO, he was very understanding and effective at communicating. They noted that they are going to work with the local facility to try to get the delivery rescheduled for today. This is a drastic increase in good customer service, and after speaking with him I am hopeful they will make things right. I will update again if RXO is able to fulfill their new promise to me. UPDATE 2: - Added a star, reluctantly. I received a follow up call from Joseph in RXO customer service, he had a very short update and made it sound like it was my fault that I wasn't available outside of the 4 hour delivery window that RXO defined themselves, 8am-12pm and that the truck is "in another area" and wont be delivering it today. (He must not be aware that the entire reason for a delivery WINDOW is to give the delivery the flexibility required by in-person customer service that a strict appointment time does not. The following isn't on RXO but, I imagine that for some specific delivery drivers, apparently half of an entire work days worth of hours (4) as leeway for delivery is too little time for accuracy.) Then received a call from Todd, we chatted and he confirmed the truck with our new Samsung Bespoke fridge is now in another city. But he was very helpful, and was able to schedule another delivery for tomorrow morning at 730am. He seemed to very genuine in his effort to help, which was refreshing and appreciated. I will be waiting by the front door starting at 630am with my fingers crossed. I will update again tomorrow morning and increase the rating if they can follow through with the new service promise. UPDATE 3: -Added a star. (General Note: There were some errors on the order by Samsung, which were out of the control of RXO completely, and not considered in the following:) The Delivery drivers were here around 630am a solid hour ahead of the newly scheduled window (called it didn't I?). But, they made up for A LOT of the previous stress and error noted above. They courteous, personable, professional and knowledgeable; solid customer facing representation for RXO. I bought an over the range microwave from Sam's Club which included installation. Got a message from RXO that it was ready for delivery but when I contacted them they said it was not. Two days later they contacted me to schedule delivery on February 3. I contacted them for installation and they said two weeks. My son came over in snow storm the evening before they were to come to take fien the old one which worked but I wanted a better one. Next morning, I get a call from them asking what they were to do and I was told that they could not do that. After several phone calls they said they needed to send a certified installer. We made do for a week. The microwave box had been sitting near the entrance to our house for three weeks because we have no where else to put it. Next week I get a call saying the truck broke down and because they are in this area only one day a week that I have to wait another week. The next week I get a call that I had been rescheduled for the next week. Three cancelations. No apologies. No attempt to get here sooner. Just a woman with an accent that was very difficult to understand telling me that I had to wait another week. The absolute worse company I have ever encountered. LG is the actual customer because they have the arrangement with RXO. I do not recommend any company use RXO to provide services. read more

XPO has the WORST customer service. They changed my delivery date several times without my knowledge. I had a Saturday delivery date, they switched to Friday and No call no show and after several calls - no response. They said the truck broke down but no one called & then when I asked they had Full capacity on Saturday (my original delivery date) and pushed me off until Tuesday. Not professional at all. I get everone is working short but they had NO regard for my time, me missing work as a nurse! and no f/unto my calls. Only good thing was Daniel and D the delivery guys that delivered my mattress today. Very prompt and friendly. Did a great job. Thank you guys! read more

I am profoundly disappointed in the subpar delivery and installation services from RXO Cleveland on both 7/9/24 and 7/11/24. [Note: the two delivery drivers on 7/9/24 were very nice people, if they would be looking for side jobs, 100% recommend their services. Very polite and careful with the appliances. Largest issue was significant lack of support from their management who after they first escalated the issues were not able to get ahold of anyone.] On 7/9/24 I was scheduled to receive delivery of a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with installation on the dishwasher (paid an additional $159), stove, and refrigerator (purchased direct through LG and free installation was part of their promo for 4th of July). Upon arrival the delivery drivers reported that while they have the service order for dishwasher installation, they are unable to install the dishwasher because they are not certified. In follow-up they said that they also would need to leave the refrigerator at the curbside and could not bring it in the house because it was too large and would require removal of the refrigerator doors; a step they are only approved to perform when the customer has installation service orders. I opened the dialogue in regards to the LG promo for free installation included on the stove and refrigerator and even showed them the receipt for $0.00 charge for installation. The free installation was showinf for the stove. At this time they reached out to their manager, Bryan, who in more words or less words said "tough sh*t, call LG we're not doing anything unless prompted by LG". I play the telephone game between LG and RXO and was at the point where I was more concerned with getting the refrigerator in the house than I cared about the free installation and asked Bryan if he could please add installation service onto my order and I would process payment on the invoice; RXO refused the business. I ended up paying $100 to get my refrigerator in my house and installed. Following back up with LG, they recognized the issue where the free installation did not carry over to the refrigerator like it was supposed to but unfortunately I did not have a receipt for the $100. On a positive note, all the appliances look great at the over the range microwave was easy to install myself. Fast forward to 7/10/24 the only follow-up communication I received from RXO was a text message that stated "Your LG Electronics installation is CONFIRMED for THU Jul 11 3-7P. We'll notify you about 30 minutes before arrival...". Okay, the date/time didn't actual work for me but I was really looking forward to get my old leaking dishwasher uninstalled and the new dishwasher installed, especially since this large box containing the dishwasher has been sitting in my kitchen since Tuesday morning of the original 7/9/24 delivery. I rearrange a few things on my schedule to ensure I'm present for the delivery window. 3P starts and the excitement builds, thinking "alright, sweet, they'll be here shortly and I can get dinner by 730!". Time goes on where 7P comes and passes. At 7:20P I place a call to their call center where the customer service agent reaches out to the installation team to request a call back for an update on expected time frame. I was hoping to get an idea of their arrival so I could run a grab food quick. I'm told they are still on their way and to keep the line open for a call back. At 8:10P I place another call to see if I can get an update; same script, customer service agent said "I've reached out to the delivery team and they will call you as soon as they can". At 9:00P I call once more. This time the customer service agent said that they are actively on their way to my location. At 10:00P I call back, at this time I'm fully realistic that the only way this dishwasher is getting installed tonight is if I do it myself. When the customer service agent answers, he doesn't need to ask my number, name, and delivery address, he immediately say's "ohh, Matthew, they still haven't arrived or called after this excessive amount of time?". He states that the installation is still active and in progress for an estimated completion between 3-7P and states that the local location has been unresponsive and he wanted me to escalate this issue to his supervisor. I wait on hold for about 13 more minutes and the line cuts over to the LG customer support line and they are closed for business... GREAT. I call RXO back and similar warm first name welcome from the customer service agent without the need to identify myself. I told him what happened (being routed to LG) and he seemed as confused as I was because the call was expected to go to his supervisor. This time I was successfully connected with his supervisor and he was very reasonable. Reported the same that the local facility has been unresponsive and (spoiler)... he does not think the dishwasher installer was going to make it this evening... read more

Bought dishwasher from Samsung, requested their certified installed to install it. Almost 4 weeks ago our dishwasher started smoking and stopped working called Samsung to have them come out and look at it they tell us it's an RXO problem but yet we had no idea who installed this dishwasher because it was through Samsungs website now RXO cut our plug and hardwired it without us knowing and that's something on their website they're not supposed to do I have been transferred 50,000 times between Samsung and RXO nobody will help me are so telling me it's Cleveland's responsibility at thats hub nobody there will call me back, so now we are driving 55 minutes es out of our way to the hub in Cleveland and see if there's someone we can talk to because basically our house could have burned down and nobody seems to give a crap about it and now Samsung's telling me even if my dishwasher isn't working they won't replace it because it wasn't installer issue even though Samsung hired RXO as their certified installer to install it read more

Don't depend on this company, We ordered a new Microwave and Range from LG.com. We were told that the microwave would be delivered on Friday 12/06/2024 and the Range would be delivered on Saturday 12/07/2024. Which neither showed up on those dates. My wife spent hours on the phone with LG and RXO on Friday 12/07/2024 about getting these items delivered. So then they told us that the range would be delivered on Sunday 12/08/2024 and the microwave would be delivered on Wednesday 12/11/2024. But instead of the microwave showed up on Sunday 12/08/2024 instead of the range. So we figured ok then the range would be delivered on Wednesday 12/11/2024. But then we heard nothing about the range being delivered so my wife called again about when our range would be delivered. Now they tell us the range won't be delivered until Saturday 12/28/2024. So we really don't know when we will recieve our new range, because they keep giving us different delivery dates. We accually are not sure if this is an LG problem or RXO problem all we know is that we paid for this item but we don't have it. read more

RXO was supposed to deliver my Peloton Treadmill yesterday between 1 and 4 pm. I took the day off work to make sure I was here. At 3:55 pm, I received a text that I was the next one and that they were 30 minutes away. So, it was already later than I expected. 4:45 rolled around and I still hadn't seen them or heard anything so I clicked the tracking link in the text and discovered it was CANCELED without any explanation and being sent back to the warehouse! It chose the online chat and was told that the reason was that it was outside of the time window. How is that my fault??? It shouldn't affect the customer. It sounds to me like someone just wanted to start their weekend early since it was 4:45 on a Friday. Now I am being told that I have to wait for it to be re-scanned and re-scheduled. They are open on Saturdays, so the least they could do is drop it off first thing today. read more

I will admit I was very nervous about XPO delivering because I've heard horror stories in regards to peloton deliveries, but this definitely was not my experience. I was originally scheduled for December 19th after purchasing my Peloton Tread on October 14th. Monday the 17th XPO cashed and said they could deliver on Thursday the 20th. I was given a time window at 11:30 the previous day for 1-4. My delivery guys called at 12:40 saying they were 30 minutes out and arrived promptly a little after 1. Delivery guys were excellent and my Tread is all set up and ready to go. read more

If I can rate them a ZERO would. Their customer service is about the worst I have ever dealt with. We occasionally purchase IKA items to be used in tradeshow booth. Needless to say this is time sensitive. They did not call prior to making the first delivery attempt. It went downhill after that. Between IKEA and RXO, neither one understood my situation nor did they care. I needed top get this pieces delivered so I can get them custom painted and packed to ship to a tradeshow. Every time they promised a new delivery date, they failed to deliver. And every time I called them to see where my packages were, I kept getting pushed back and forth to IKEA and then back to RXO and then back to IKEA! This was not the first time I had to deal with this type of service between the two. RXO absolutely SUCKS! I even offered to pick my stuff up from the RXO terminal which is only 10 minutes away from my business. They won't allow it! If you can't pick up your order from IKEA in person, don't bother having it delivered...because they don't know how to do that. read more

Scheduled weeks ago for our Peloton Tread+ pickup as a result of the recall and was cancelled on last minute. Next available dates are two months out and we won't live in Ohio then! I expect and need better service. We are concerned about the health and safety of new family members around a recalled machine and can't seem to get it out of our house in a timely manner. read more

THEY DID IT AGAIN! RXO rescheduled the delivery, and then once again LIED and said that they could not deliver because no one was home. It is interesting that they LIE about an hour into the delivery window, rather than wait until the end when one would think they were falling behind. Both times they LIED on the front end - which shows FRAUD and that they never intended to even try to deliver. What do you have to say about that AI "Bryan"? I recieved a text reminder that my delivery window was between 7 and 11am. I got a call at 7:31am that the delivery truck was pulling up at my home momentarily and they would wait a maximum of 15 minutes for entry to my home. They do park on the street so I went to the porch and told them the easiest way into our home. Two gentlemen arrived to deliver a king bed frame & mattress. They were on time, quick and very polite. They even helped me reposition the rug to make sure the hardwood floors were protected before they completed assembly. Thanks for the professional job! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery of my mattress was scheduled for yesterday 12/8/24 between 11a-2p and they never showed up. I received a text message at 12:30 that we were the next stop however nobody ever came and they updated their status at 12:27 that delivery was attempted. We were home all day waiting the delivery. It appears they decided they did not want to come to my location and decided not to even try. Very disappointing and needs looked into because the driver was not honest about their attempt to deliver. I called yesterday and was told I would receive a call back which never happened. I have been on the phone today for over 30 minutes, had to request a manager multiple times before finally even being transferred to one because the representative was not able to help at all and was trying to argue with me about the delivery, first stating that RXO did not even have the item and then tried to say the house was not accessible which is not true (home is accessible and driveway was empty). read more

Attempting to coordinate with XPO for my peloton bike delivery has been an absolute nightmare. They left me hanging all day waiting for their arrival and never came. Not only that, they can't re-deliver for almost an entire month. I feel like my equipment is held hostage and it's entirely too expensive to have a fulfillment experience like this. read more

Terrible. The whole process has been poor communication on their part. I was told I'd receive a call the day before to confirm, and 30 minutes before my delivery. I did not receive a single call and then they cancelled because they claimed I wasn't home (I was). Based on my current situation and previous reviews, I am considering cancelling the delivery because I honestly don't trust that I will ever receive it. Update: They finally delivered it and the women who dropped it off were great. However, the order did not include a TV for some reason so I am still unable to use it and have to wait until next week to receive the TV and have it installed. All in all, the people I've spoken to are nice but the company itself is not organized in the slightest. read more

Ordered a refrigerator from Samsung direct on Feb. 25 was given a Mar. 16 delivery. Received an email once a week telling me it was on time. Two days prior they it has been delayed called Samsung was told indeed it would be on time, RXO would have product for delivery. Night before scheduled delivery they send me a rescheduling email with the earliest date of April 4th. Which of course is unacceptable, multiple phone calls later and the only resolution offered was they emailed local who they would not give me a way to call directly, to request earlier delivery date. I was asked not to keep calling, they would call or email me. They then proceed to pretend they couldn't hear me on the phone and hung up. Will update. They got one star cause it wouldn't let me give less. read more

Literally worst service I have ever received. Took off work to receive delivery but was notified that truck broke down so it had to be rescheduled. Asked that it be rescheduled in the evening as I was unable to take another day off and I had no one else to sign for it or be there for set up. Was assured that would be in the delivery instructions. Was scheduled for 10am so unable to receive that delivery and they were unable to accommodate a later time that day. Rescheduled delivery for tomorrow (a week later) with multiple calls specifying that I am unavailable until after 4:30. Was scheduled again for morning. Spoke with resolution specialist who said delivery driver may be able to accommodate a later time that day and he would reach out to them, but to expect a call. Received no call. Received text that my delivery is cancelled and when I called to see why, it was due to no inventory/low stock. How is my bike suddenly not in stock when it was on the delivery truck last week on its way to my house? Literally almost ready to cancel my order. I feel like I'm going in circles with them and my bike will never be delivered. Horrible service. Horrible communication. Wanted to rate them no stars. read more

My mattress and box spring were delivered by two of the rudest men. They tracked mud into the bedroom on the brand new light gray carpet. The drivers response to the mud was. and I quote, "Soap and water will take it out." To say I'm upset is putting it mildly. My daughter got on her hands and knees to clean it up. Then placing a call to the company that made the delivery, they want pictures. Who thinks to take pictures as we wanted to try and get as much mud out as possible. So this was a lousy delivery by two disrespectful men of my property and also being so rude!! read more

Great delivery service! XPO kept in touch with us from the time they were told the item was on the way to their warehouse (from the website where I purchased) to the time it was delivered to their warehouse. Delivery was set up for the exact day we needed it. The delivery men were very prompt and polite, and took the sofa right up and into my daughter's apartment. The only thing I wish is that the wait time on the phone to talk to an XPO agent was a little shorter. One time I had to wait 30 minutes for an agent to pick up.
