XPO delivered a fitness bike and set it up for us. They were early but they called first to make sure we were ready for them. The two delivery men were the most professional delivery people we ever accounted. They were on time, extremely neat, wore masks, and managed to carry the bike down a narrow staircase to our basement without scratching walls or banging into anything. My delivery of an LG dryer was a disaster. Aside from very poor communication about the delivery time, and giving me a window of "7am to 7pm", once they arrived, they were not only incompetent, but dangerous. The dryer was supposed to be installed in working order, but the delivery man, who was working with the building handyman could not get it to work. The building handyman was also the service elevator operator. While he was helping with the installation, the second delivery man took it upon himself, without telling the handyman, to place the old dryer on the service elevator and operate it himself. in so doing he broke the service elevator!!! I suggest that good appliance companies like LG should no longer use XPO, which has now changed its name to RXO. This delivery company is not only incompetent, but it has the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. read more

XPO delivered and assembled my dining set. They were highly communicative over their automated email system, and then the delivery drivers let me know 30'min before their arrival as well. When they arrived, they were courteous, fast, careful with my items, and had everything assembled and cleaned the area in 20 minutes. They took all the trash with them, and left the area spotless. They were on time, communicated with me as expected to confirm delivery, removed old mattress, delivered new mattress (unpacked it and placed it on box spring), explained how mattress needs to expand/settle prior to making bed, removed all packaging, reminded me of Casper return policy and said if not satisfied they would simply return and remove it. Knowing how simple the return process is with them has given some peace of mind as we assess the new mattress to determine if in fact we are satisfied with it - really key given the cost and importance of mattress in daily life (anything to help improve sleeping!). The technicians who installed my washer were good and knowledgeable but they could have done better. they installed my washer but they did not install the water supply pipes that comes with the washer , the pipes which has its one end attached to the water supply in wall and the other end to the washer, they did not changed the water supply pipes and fixed the old pipes from my old washer to the new washer though they know that the old water supply pipes were leaked. now I have to call the plumber or supper to install the new water supply pipes. they were over all good but would be great if they changed the water supply pipes too which was a part of the washer. read more

I order a washer and dryer from Samsung on November 9 and it was suppose to be delivery on November 26 and first the deli guys damage my product and they have to cancel my order because of it , second I have to call Samsung to know what was going on because they couldn't tell me, than I have to pay Samsung again for them to send me another washer and dryer on December 3 and they same day the send me a message saying that I have to schedule again for the December 10 because they couldn't find my product again the want me to wait for them and I can't because this is insane this is the worst company to send your product they don't help you and if you have to work you are going to lose it because of them another thing I just call you costumer services and they hand up on me I going to have to talk to my lawyer because this is a joke read more

The worst delivery install experience. After 6 scheduled visits, still not completed.. First visit they delivered a broken dryer, 2nd visit they didn't show up, 3rd visit they forgot to bring wire for installation, 4th visit they didn't show up, 5th visit they showed up with a wrong order not for me and have no wire for install. I ordered a new bed and frame from Casper, and they organized the pickup of my old bed and frame via XPO. The process was incredibly seamless. I got the email last night that they are picking up the next day. I checked the tracker to confirm their time of arrival. They provided a 4-hour window and being the "experienced/jaded" New Yorker that I am, I was convinced they'd arrive during the latter part of the schedule. Nope - they got to my apartment EARLY! That part alone was amazing. Johann (I hope I got his name right) and his partner were such professionals. They were courteous and friendly. They picked up my bed and took it away in a jiffy. I had to do a return for all of my Samsung appliances after they lied and didn't deliver my items twice (I had to take off work each time to be home) and delay my kitchen Reno because of them. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a bed frame back in AUGUST of 2021. The bed frame was delivered to the XPO warehouse in October of 2021. After MONTHS of not hearing anything, I finally call in December asking what the problem is with the delivery. Their answer is "oh, we were waiting for the second half of your package and it just arrived in the warehouse." (this is likely a LIE because I was told the whole package had arrived in October. Seems a little too convenient that it would just arrive the day I decided to call.....). Anyway, the delivery was then scheduled for Dec 23. On the SAME DAY of that scheduled delivery, it is canceled. I call back and reschedule the delivery for Jan 5th. Again, same day, it is canceled. On Jan 5th I called XPO, and supposedly had this issue "escalated to upper management" for the second time. And again, I am told I will get a call back (a lie! because every single time I call and ask for a call back, I never get one!!!) I am now told the next delivery date available is Jan 18th. And who knows if it will even come!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE AUGUST!!! Not to mention the inconvenience of needing the package to be signed for and having to rearrange my life in order to make sure I am available to sign for the scheduled day. These people have no respect for anyones time AT ALL. For reference, I have spoken to an "Ashley" a "Raquel" and the supervisor "Rick", in addition to many others. NONE OF WHOM HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IN ANY CAPACITY. They cannot give out any local warehouse numbers or else "they will get fired." I literally plead and beg with them to call me back the next day and they never do. I am now truthfully scared of the condition my package will come in after reading other's reviews. I URGE YOU TO NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED. THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU WANT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE.
