I am shocked to see other positive reviews. I am curious of how they manage partnerships with big companies like Samsung. I ordered an appliance, was rescheduled 3 times, cancelled delivery 3 times at the very last minute. Of course I contacted customer service everytime when the delivery was rescheduled, they only confirmed that it will be delivered, but NOPE, never happened. Unreliable, really a waste of my energy and time. Oh and sending email to them is a joke- won't get problem solved because it will be another hopeless message that they will "deliver it". The whole customer care experience is a joke. So done with this, I have filed a claim with the retail store to stay away from this kind of company. Losing customers. This company is HORRIBLE! We ordered well over 10k in appliances from Samsung and this is the carrier handling our delivery and it has been rescheduled 3x because they keep dropping the ball. On Monday 10/5 our delivery was supposed to come and when we see that's it's 5pm and no one has came in we call turns out their driver had "flu like symptoms" and was sent home (no one called us to tell us about this) - at that point they say the next available date is Wednesday and come Wednesday we see no phone calls or follow ups from them, so we call them and we are informed that who ever took care of us Monday never actually rescheduled our delivery, keep in mind each time the deliveries are rescheduled my husband has to take off from work to be home when they come. And not to mention I had gone food shopping Monday because that's when our delivery was scheduled, and it's now Wednesday and we have no fridge. On Wednesday we ask for a supervisor and she tells us our next delivery option is for Friday. Friday we get a phone call our delivery is being rescheduled for Saturday!!!!! 6 days of nonsense! And to all this the employees are so rude and their customer service is Horrible!!!!! They get super defensive, and they're not trained well at all. No one knows what they're doing. They keep dropping the ball. They're extremely nonchalant and unapologetic and it's very unacceptable. I will neverrrrrrrrrrr work with this company again! read more

I bought appliances from LG.com and they used xpo logistics, the 2nd time I ordered an appliance xpo screw up the delivery we waited all day and they cancelled on us at night. Had to rescheduled the delivery, the day of the delivery instead of calling us 30mins before the arrival they just show up in our front door. Had to return the dryer because it was dented in the back and LG won't give any compensation so I decided to return it. And Of course it took forever to scheduled a pickup with xpo. Today 08.23.2022 eta was from 1230n to 430pm, I got a phone call 458pm is the updated eta but never happened called many times and 8pm they cancelled on us again! I had to work from home, I wasn't able to pickup my baby and I had to remove the back door so they have easy access going to the basement, did all of that for nothing! I have been waiting for a delivery that has been sitting in their wharehouse since October 6, 2021. I have now scheduled the delivery and every morning on that delivery date around 7:10am I receive an email requesting me to again, schedule my delivery along with a generic, automated call with the same request. When I finally reach customer service ( they don't open the lines until 7:30am), I am told there are truck mechanical issues, yes each time on the day of delivery. By the 3rd and 4th time I requested to speak to someone at that local branch as their customer service is an off shore call center and limited in the ability to resolve any logistical issues. I cannot be provided any direct, local contact information and am told they've emailed people, had an internal chat and guaranteed a local response. Nothing. EVER. They can never get a hold of their internal resolution team, no one who can help. I will spare you the logistical nightmare every delivery day created for me as like most people I work full time and cannot be sitting and waiting at home for nothing. I've even tried mixing the delivery days, 2 work week days and 2 Saturdays- no luck! I've been calm and patient but I'm Desperate. So now I have a few thousand dollars worth of couches delayed, sitting in their warehouse in who knows what condition. **UPDATE** The Monday following this review they scheduled my delivery between 1-5pm. At 3:30pm someone called letting me know they will be between 8-16 minutes after that scheduled window . Annoying but I've waited this long so I'll take it. At 5:35pm the driver called letting me know they were 20 minutes out. Again, annoying but I'll take it. They arrive and I find out one of the pieces of furniture is damaged and each piece has multiple stickers. Come to find out, each tag/sticker represented every time they loaded my furniture onto a delivery truck, did not attempt delivery, reloaded it back into the wharehouse. This happened 5 TIMES with the final outcome being one of the items damaged and undeliverable. So now, I'm still without a furnished living room and wasting more time and money trying to get a refund to purchase from another retailer to ensure I never have to deal with this carrier again. Good luck finding your item for delivery! They promised to call me back but they never did. I called the customer service every single day, but they don't have any update. They still can't find my item for an entire week. It's a 60 inch bath tub, wondering how difficult it's to find that. I'm very struggling here as I cannot find one single person that can be held accountable to the situation I am in right now. The phone line doesn't seem to help at all, because they are totally blind to what's going on in the warehouse, except making blank promises that they will call back. The men delivering were friendly and helpful and good at handling their arrival at a huge mid city apartment building with rules for deliveries. Was told they need to do a 24 search that turned into a 48 hour search and is now a 72 hour search. Places like this should never be in business. Here's one to watch out for. I recently placed an order with Amazon. Near the delivery date, XPO contacted me with only 48 hours' notice of the delivery date without being able to give a time window. I was told that I would have to be there to sign for the package. At 81, I already had medical appointments for most of that day made several months earlier. I did not see on my Amazon order that it would be "Shipped with XPO." In 20 years, I have never had a delivery by any other means but FedEx, UPS or USPS. The item was large but not the largest I have ordered from Amazon. XPO was very difficult to contact by phone. When I did reach someone, they were located "off shore" with a virtually unintelligible accent. One of the reasons I order from Amazon is their easy return policy. When I spoke to Amazon they doubted it would apply to this item. If it was indeed defective, return would have been, like delivery very complicated. Amazon Customer Service was very helpful in getting the item delivery cancelled and the item returned. However, they had the same issues with contacting XPO that I had. Suggestion: Watch for "Shipped by XPO" on your Amazon order and cancel immediately. I got the same item on Ebay for less with 2-day delivery. read more

I am not one to write reviews but I feel I needed to say this in regards to my experience with RXO. They are the WORST!!! I ordered an expensive refrigerator that was supposed to be here on Dec. 29, 2022 and I still did not receive it, they haven't updated me and I have called them numerous times with no resolution. I'm so upset about this!! I lost money from calling out of work on the scheduled delivery date. They reassured me that I was going to get my delivery between 4pm-8pm and they cancelled the delivery at 7:30pm. I don understand how they're still operating. There has to be a better way because this has given me so much anxiety and I've lost a lot of sleep because of this. My toddler has not had milk because we took out our old refrigerator to prepare for them and make their lives easier. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I do hope that this helps some of you out there. Update 1/12/23 - I still have NO refrigerator and I have been calling every single day with NO resolution. All they keep saying is "we escalated it to the hub" "we sent an email" "you'll get an update in 24-48hrs"... I have gotten NOTHING!!!!!! I am so truly frustrated regarding this. All I want is my refrigerator and I don't understand why it's taking so long to give me my product and better yet respond to me with some type of resolution. Purchased a washer directly from Samsung they contracted XPO Logistics to deliver the machine. The first delivery was scheduled for Saturday 9/2/2022. They confirmed the night before and the morning of 9/2/2022 I called to get a delivery window to find out that my delivery was canceled for the day due to fuel surcharges but they could deliver on Wednesday I asked to speak to a supervisor because I couldn't understand the person on the phone over the dogs barking and a child crying in the background. Was put on hold for over 20 minutes to be told the supervisor was unavailable and I would receive a call back - as if today 9/9 still haven't received a callback. Contacted Samsung they spoke to XPO Logistics and confirmed delivery for 9/10/2022. This evening around 6pm I received a text to schedule my delivery??? I called and yet again was informed that my CONFIRMED delivery was canceled. Agent on the phone told me that the supervisor was unavailable but would call me tomorrow. I explained that wasn't acceptable because by then the trucks would have left. He transferred me to a resolution specialist. Again dogs barking in the background this time they person on the phone was extremely rude told me the item was left off the truck so I was out of luck after questioning her she indicated that there wasn't a driver available for my route. She was rude uninterested and continuously spoke over me. So here I am have taken two day off from work and no delivery date. When I asked when she would confirm delivery o was told sept 28 which is 19 days from now. This is completely unacceptable and I will be filling a complaint with Samsung directly tomorrow morning! I'm extremely disappointed with the complete lack of empathy XPO has demonstrated for their customers not to mention the total lack of professionalism. Just got my new Samsung oven NX60T8311 and they were excellent. They were careful not to damage my wall. Since the entrance is a little tight. The old didn't matter but the new one didn't want a scratch on it. They new that and were patient and understanding. Took the old one set the new and thats all. the customer service department leaves so much to be desired! i had to contact them about 7 times in a week to try and figure out delivery time snd none of the reps recorded the conversations so every time i spoke to someone there was no notes as to what was going on. i even reached out to the CEO of the company because i was having such a hard time and he didnt even reach back out! the actual guys that delivered my order were fantastic! they didnt leave until everything was properly installed and maade sure everything was working. they were super nice and made sure to take care not to damage the unit or my home while delivering! read more

My new driveway was ruined by RXO delivery guys as they came with a truck which has extension rods at the back and it scrapped through my new driveway damaging asphalt on many places. First I called samsung customer care, they directed me to RXO customer service. Then RXO customer service directed me to last mile claims departments. Then claims department is playing ping pong and trying to transfer me to some contractor company who will probably then direct me to some insurance company. What a terrible terrible company. Ordered a GhostBed and the delivery was organized via XPO. Included the white glove service so it could be properly delivered as well as setup. After about a week I called GhostBed to find out where the bed and frame were at. I was told it was delivered to XPO already. When I contacted XPO I was told they didn't have everything in the order, which was wrong to begin with. After several transfers to different representatives I was able to get a delivery date. The evening before delivery they usually call you with a time of delivery but that wasn't the phone call I received. It was more like "Sorry something came up with logos OCS and we can't deliver tomorrow ". I'm now baffled by so much confusion and delays. Today (March 19, 2022) I was able to speak with Sasha who saw the problem immediately and expedited my delivery for Monday. Sasha gets 5 stars but XPO, I was let down. After posting my original review, I was very promptly reached out to by a member of RXO's Social Media Resolutions team, who helped guide me step by step through a process that solved all of my previous issues. We worked out a better delivery time within my availability as they closely monitored their availability for the best possible time for me, and kept me in the loop through this whole process, as well as kept this process documented on email. The delivery ended up being 3 days earlier than was initially planned thanks to the efforts of senior specialist Tom, and the delivery was very quick, on time, and handled with care.
