I'm going on my third rescheduled delivery of a pedestal for a LG dryer. Originally scheduled for 10/26 then rescheduled for 11/ 1, And now that's been changed to 11/07 And I'm doubtful that that will happen after reading the dreadful reviews of this lousy horrible company I cannot understand why Best buy and these electronics companies use these jerks instead of just sending things UPS, I understand you can't send a refrigerator washer or dryer but I'm just waiting for a pedestal for my LG dryer That could be shipped UPS. Had my washer & dryer delivered and installed. First, they installed the appliances on the wrong sides. They told me that they can't install on the correct sides because the water drain hose isn't long enough. The appliances' doors are next to each other and it's not comfortable to transfer the clothes from a washer to a dryer. After few washing cycles, me and my wife ourselves restocked the appliances to the correct side, and what do you know, the water drain hose has more than enough length. Secondly, they used the water hoses from the old washer machine. Why? Why not install the water hoses that came with the new washer machine? I didn't check after they finished installation, I only noticed when we were moving the appliances. And lastly, the installation guys stole things from my house. I have a small construction project going on in the basement, want to build a bathroom, so they stole some plumbing material that was in the box. I contacted RXO so they could open an investigation, still waiting for anyone to contact me. read more

WORST Delivery company ever! Like other customers have said, they lie constantly about the status of your order. You are told one thing when they "reschedule" the first delivery date. Then you are told another reason the 2nd time they "reschedule". And the third time it's a totally different story. Now they are saying they have to ask for replacement items because they have been lost. Why would SAMSUNG want to partner with a company like this? Also, the customer service agents are rude and do not have any regard for the customers. They have no interest in resolving your issue and basically provide a scripted response. It's too bad that RXO doesn't put money into making their systems work better and forget about outsourcing their call center to a foreign country. read more

Original delivery was scheduled on a Friday between 3pm and 7pm. Waited but just before 6pm I received a text saying delivery is rescheduled for Saturday between 6am and 7pm. On Saturday I received a text saying XPO had just received the item and I needed to schedule a date and time for delivery. No explanation for why? Finally item was delivered on Tuesday. The two guys who delivered and setup the item were great, but overall my experience was lousy. I have 3 stars for the guys who finally delivered my item. read more

They called me over ten times throughout the week to remind me of my scheduled delivery date between the hours of 4-8pm. Then on the day of, they call me literally at 7:45pm to tell me that it won't be delivered due to "mechanical failure". Splendid customer service indeed. read more

i would give 0 stars if that was an option. how many times can you possibly reschedule someone's delivery!!!!????? literally have been rescheduled for two weeks almost daily after being told my package was lost in transit. customer service has no supervisors available to talk to, noone calls you back to follow up, and i am told i cannot pick up my own package that i paid for at the warehouse since xpo cant seem to make a simple f* delivery. so my package is being held hostage in a warehouse because they cant seem to get a "carrier" to deliver to my area. its f* new jersey. not bumblef*. my advice? cancel all orders being shipped with xpo and do not use them. stay far away. read more

I have been waiting for now over a month to return a refrigerator I purchased from Amazon that is not working. Amazon won't refund me until they get the item back. XPO has rescheduled my delivery now 15x ! Every time they are supposed to come, I get a new phone call of the "new date" they will be coming. XPO delivered and installed my Tonal (a strength training machine). Scheduling the installation was easy via their web portal, and I got an appointment relatively quickly (considering Covid) and a reasonable delivery window. My only complaint? The installer showed up about 1.5 hours after the end of the delivery window, and wasn't terribly communicative about his status. Once he arrived, he was quite professional, friendly and efficient. The machine was installed quickly, and to my satisfaction. Definitely quality work. I think he had too many jobs to complete within the allotted time, which is what caused the delay. Otherwise - very happy with service received. read more

It's been almost a month since our Amazon order was placed on 7/23 and delivery was a no show on 8/2, 8/13, and 8/15, all dates XPO provided. Today 8/17, XPO says that they dont have our item and once received delivery will be scheduled. After giving XPO multiple opportunities to rectify their errors in delivery or lack of delivery we canceled our order with Amazon. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering using XPO to please reconsider. read more

I bought a new range and XPO Logistics was the scheduler and delivery service. I was told to expect delivery between 2pm-6pm. A little ambiguous, but was told they would text me updates as to when they would be here. However, after waiting for 3 hrs and 40 mins, I finally called the 800 number and was told that they would be here soon. While on phone with service, I got a call from delivery man that they were 10 minutes away! I wasted almost 4 hours waiting without any updates! Five stars for the delivery guys, 4 stars for the logistics. Delivery day was confirmed, but waited forever to see "in transit" message. Didn't see that until we called wondering if delivery was still happening. They said it might not happen today, but after calling the needle moved. But a between 12:30 and 4:30 delivery turned out to be a 6:30 delivery, which meant I really didn't have to take the day off from work. read more

I had a delivery scheduled for last week. After multiple text/email/phone confirmations, XPO cancelled 1 hour before the delivery window. The person who called me couldn't have cared less and offered me a delivery slot 3 weeks later. Fortunately, I got ahold of a manager (Jason), who got me a time slot for this week and the delivery guys who came today were very good. That said, their online tracking is lame - when the guys were 5 minutes from my apartment, the XPO tracking said that they were still at the warehouse, 45 minutes away. read more

My delivery was scheduled for July 7th and it was never routed. Then I was told I would have to wait until the 20th to get my delivery. I had to raise hell to get my order delivered 3 days after. Waisted 3 days of my vacation. XPO Sucks but their cheap and manufacturers will stick will them and push the headaches on to their customers. (talking about you Samsung) read more

Although it was a bit frustrating not to be able to determine a time window for delivery (that was necessary for my building), it worked out in the end because the delivery was earlier than expected. This delivery from XPO has been the biggest nightmare. I understand delays due to COVID, but XPO has now lost my couch TWICE at TWO different hubs. Was scheduled for delivery today after waiting 3+ weeks, and they call me this morning to let me know they cannot locate the package and will "be in touch". I have tried getting on the phone with multiple people from XPO and no one can give me a decent answer, nor connect me with the actual hub. read more

I was very impressed with this first experience with XPO. They contacted me in every possible to let me know that I could get my package a day early. I wasn't available at my home to accept this (a tub) and worked with them to drop it off. The main office confirmed the arrangement with me. The driver called me when he was at the house and took a photo and sent it to me, immediately. My friend brought the tub inside. I texted the driver to thank him and asked if there was a follow-up customer service review. They contacted me and I left a great report for the service and the driver.
