They said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. My mom waited all day and around 4pm I finally called XPO, they stated they did not end up making our route that day! No phone call, nothing! Had I not called they never would have called. (Had they called us by 9am to state they would not be making it to our house, I would understand due to communication, however that was not the case, complete disregard for peoples times) And when I tried to reschedule they offered me over a week later for pick up. Though it was completely their fault. I asked to speak supervisor however none were available and said one would call me back. And of course no one did, someone else did call me back just to reschedule a pick up over a week later. We then rescheduled for then, not at any point in time were we told to disconnect the unit, so they guy came and left because we did not disconnect the unit, shortly after a Chante called me to ask what happened, I explained the situation (she was very nice) and said she would try to work something out and would be calling me back in a few short hours. Never heard from her again. I tried calling him in the morning, stayed on hold for over 45 minutes, and then finally pushed the option for them to call me back, figuring they would call me back whenever, but when I left my number for them to call me back, they stated they would call me back when its my turn and I would not lose my place in line..how nice if this was said before!! so I had this option before. But again that's not the case. They never called back. This company is horrible I cannot believe Costco uses this company. Do Not Recommend at all! read more

I told him to place it near the garage his response was I don't do that and backed out of the driveway on his forklift and went down the street and then proceeded to flip me off with his middle finger then crap is crotch area . This is probably the most stressful situation I have EVER been in. March 1 9-12 am was my scheduled delivery from amazon (a 4 piece living room set) , and as I waited home I got an automated call from Xpo saying that the delivery truck left because they were waiting 15 minutes at my apartment and no one was home. I called back and said there was no truck at my apartment I have been home all days. Long story short they sent me a picture of my apartment that the delivery truck driver took showing he was there but it wasn't my apartment complex. So I called and they said they did their job correctly. I rescheduled for the Wednesday March 3 (the earliest option) and it arrived with MISSING LEGS! I was furious because they said they will submit a claim and send it in a few business days. I called amazon and amazon said that I'd have to order a brand new set and return the old one. I was on hold for a total of 2 and a half hours talked to 4 different ppl and ultimately ruined my week. Never ever going to order something if they're the shippers. Beware. This is the worst shipping company I've ever encountered. They have been holding my order hostage for almost 8 weeks and keep having me reschedule delivery and never fulfilling the delivery. I've rescheduled my delivery 15 times. Yes, 15 times! Every time you get on the phone with someone they have no idea what they're talking about, there are no supervisors or managers to escalate the issue so you're given the run around time after time. I even emailed their customer care management email and received no response. It's been two weeks since I reached out. I was finally supposed to get my order today, got a delivery window from 11am-3pm and received a call at 5pm telling me the item never made it on the delivery truck. Unbelievable. No explanation. And no solution for this complete inconvenience when I've been waiting at home all day. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I set up the delivery date on the phone, I was informed that I was going to receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. I never got that call. The delivery people almost knocked my door down and when I opened it, their "hello" was threats about how they were going to leave and not come back. They told me that they came all the way from Florida and that I was wasting their time. They refused to take the old stove as a haul away, despite the fact that this service was included on the delivery. Another SUPER disappointed customer here! I was so elated upon knowing that the order we placed with Samsung was going to be delivered 3 days after my purchase! Great job Samsung but unfortunately, wrong move in partnering with XPO logistics as your delivery agent. Last minute cancellations seem to be a common practice for this company based on all these bad reviews. Refrigerator was suppose to be delivered Feb 23 4 pm to 8 pm. Husband and I took off from work we emptied the old fridge and placed all stuff in 2 huge contractor bags and placed everything on my back porch .Got a call in the evening saying delivery needed to be rescheduled and the next available date was Feb 25 or 26. Had to put all stuff back in the old fridge. We requested Feb26 in the afternoon since we have work class in the morning. Feb 25 I called to verify and they said yes it will be delivered 8 to 12 in the morning. We had to cancel work and my class with paying students took off from work and eve of delivery emptied the old fridge again. Not only that, we've rearranged or furnitures, piano to make way for the hauling in and out of the refrigerators. 8:52 am Feb 26 my phone rang thinking and expecting to here we will be there in 30 minutes! To my dismay, I'm sorry we won't be able to deliver today we need to reschedule due to mechanical failure. Requested f it can be loaded to a different truck after all we are like 8 miles away. Response from 2 reps was No we can't cause we need for the truck to come back unload and rescanned for new delivery. I said I thought it never left your facility and both tongue tied oh sorry I misspoke you are correct it never left the facility. They don't even priotize people who have been cancelled. Today's delivery (Friday, December 27, 2019) was prompt, professional, and courteous. A contractor working for XPO Logistics called 30 min prior to arrival. Two guys showed up on time removed the old stove and installed the new one. Everything went very smoothly. A few hours later I received a phone call from XPO Logistics requesting to know if I was happy with the delivery. Yes, I was! Unfortunately, our original XPO Logistics delivery was scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2019. A day earlier, I received an email from XPO Logistics confirming our upcoming delivery. I took off from work and was waiting for the delivery crew to show up. I disconnected my old stove so everything was ready for the new Samsung stove we purchased through Costco. To my dismay, XPO Logistics never showed up and didn't bother to let us know about it. The next appliance we purchase will be from our local Hardware store. I will gladly pay the extra $75 delivery/removal charge and, in my opinion, it will be well worth it. I will not have to deal with a company like XPO Logistics who doesn't care about me as a customer. How do you schedule a delivery with XPO Logistics if no one at XPO Logistics bother to answer the phone? In addition, if you have a delivery issue there is no way to reach them in the back office to complain. read more

They had to carry an extraordinarily heavy object plus heavy accessories up two flights of stairs in our home and were really careful not to mark the walls and were cheerful the entire time. If I could give this company zero stars I would. We ordered a new refrigerator from Samsung to replace our old Samsung refrigerator which is the exact same size. XPO logistics came with the new refrigerator after delaying the delivery date 3 times. but refused to take the refrigerator up to our second floor apartment and left it in the garage and drove off. Their excuse was that they didn't feel comfortable removing the doors of the fridge. After spending hours on the phone with this company they rescheduled a new team to come take the doors of the fridge, carry it up to the apartment and haul away the old one. This new team showed up and said that the refrigerators were "too heavy" and this was a 4 man job and then drove off. After spending hours again on the phone, XPO obtained approval for 4 man team from Samsung and rescheduled the service date for today. I got calls from 2 teams of 2 men telling me they were on their way. Then only 2 men show up and told me that this is only a 2 man job but because we live on the "third floor" (which is not true, we live on the second floor) they said they would have to cancel the job. They also clearly spoke to the other team and told them not to show. Then the men offered to do the job if we pay them $400- they would take the doors off the refrigerators, install the new one, and haul away the old one (they wanted to know if the fridge was still functional) but would tell the company that they canceled the job using the 3rd floor as an excuse. They told us to call Samsung to get out money back for the delivery so it wouldn't even cost us anything. As soon as I said I would call XPO they drove off. When I called XPO I didn't even get an apology and was told they would have to reschedule with another team. XPO clearly does not care and allows their employees to scam and take advantage of customers who are clearly desperate. A class action law suit is in order. read more

Samsung has sent my fridge to XPO Logistics on time for a scheduled delivery. Three times they made appointment with me for delivery and gave me the delivery window on 10/7, 10/12, and 10/16 and all 3 times they had cancelled my delivery without even notifying me, lie about delivery, give constant run arounds and lame excuses why they didn't bother to deliver my purchase. First, they forgot to load it on a truck, then it was raining. One of the excuses was, the driver was problematic and he just refused to deliver my fridge, as apparently he had a choice and he decided NOT to do his job?! Finally, on the 4th attempt on 10/21, they came to deliver it and, of course, my new fridge was damaged, as they were loading and unloading 3 times on and off the truck, but never completed delivery on previous 3 attempts. To make the matters even worse, they have damaged my old fridge, since I have requested and paid for a haul away of the old appliance. Now, I have a broken old fridge and have to wait for the replacement. I have wasted 4 days waiting for the delivery. The employees are very unprofessional, horrible customer service and delivery personnel. They were only good at constant complaining and making excuses of why they didn't do the job they were paid to do! I would never shop from the company again who use XPO Logistics as their delivery partners. Shame on the XPO for such a terrible service and treating their customers so badly! read more

They called on Monday at 8:30am, to say they were 30 minutes away and came at 9am. Our new Samsung range was delivered on Saturday July 18th, 2020 to my parent's home in Rego Park, New York at 6:00 pm (between the time frame of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm as scheduled by XPO Logistics). The delivery guys, Felix and Keto, removed the old (50 years old!) Magic Chef range and installed the new range within 30 minutes. They were both courteous and performed a good job. Prior to leaving, they set the range on at 350 degrees for 1 hour in order to cleanse the oven of any existing oils. I was very satisfied with the delivery and installation of our range by XPO Logistics. It was great that they disposed of the old stove! read more

The delivery-instal team was great---to a point. They arrived on time, did a fast install, cleaned up, etc. The only problem was that they would not switch the dryer door on my new dryer so that it was hinged on the left instead of the right . Not their responsibility, they said even though it was probably a 5-10 minute job for an experienced person. But when I called XPO they said they don't do this service. It meant I had to connect with Costco to explain the situation. Hopefully, it will eventually get done. I would expect this to be part of the install but XPO said they only did door reversal for a refrigerator delivery. read more

What happened to ringing my bell!????? That would have been the smart thing to do!!! I took off from work and informed management that I was receiving this delivery TODAY. I asked well can it be attempted tomorrow and was told no. I have to reschedule another delivery for NEXT WEEK. This is such an inconvenience. Never had an issue like this before.
