I want to give RXO team credit for prompt resolution of my complaint. Within 24 hours after I left 1 star review the representative from Social Media Resolution team has reached out to me to resolve my complaint. The pick-up of the broken appliance was scheduled within 2 days. The representative has provided me his direct contact information and kept me updated on the status of our pick-up until the delivery team left the apartment. As an outcome, the broken refrigerator has been successfully removed. If possible I would give negative rating to bother RXO delivery and Samsung. I purchased​ Samsung refrigerator on 1/22/25. On 1/27 RXO delivered refrigerator to our apartment, BUT it turned to be non-operational. Ever since than I have been trying to return the refrigerator for a refund. The only reply I get is that refrigerator will be removed on April 8 (9 weeks from original date of the claim). I request that the broken refrigerator is removed from our apartment no later than 2/28 before the end of business day and we are issued full refund for the price of the refrigerator.​​​​​​​​ read more

I got my new fridge delivered today. The guys were excellent. They called in advance with ETA and I was able to get home from work. Very kind, professional and thoughtful. There was a narrow space that I failed to measure and they struggled for a while, but were able to get it inside by unscrewing the doors and other parts and lifting it over the rail that was a very difficult task to do, but they managed! They were very calm, positive and respectful, not pissed or anything (like other could have been). I am very grateful to them for getting it done and managing a complex situation in a professional manner. I recommend Samsung and RXO to anyone. Thank you. read more

The driver was clear and articulate in all of his communication and he arrived exactly when he said he would!

They delivered a mattress and an adjustable platform. They had no experience with an adjustable platform and it was very disappointing when this was installed. They were exclusively hired as a shipper for beautyrest mattress. Beautyrest mattress was also very disappointing and chose not to get involved with a problematic delivery. They referred me to the adjustable platform company and they could not be reached on the phone. Basically nobody takes responsibility for anything. read more

If I could give this company "0" stars I would! I don't know why Samsung continues to use them with all the negative reviews. The delivery company RXO is horrible. They never contacted me to schedule a delivery date. They scheduled it on their own and never showed up! I took off work and was home all day and they didn't contact me until an hour after the delivery window passed to tell me that they're not coming. Then they told me I would hear from them in 24hrs to reschedule my delivery and set up but that did not happen either. I had to keep calling until finally I got a real person to schedule a new delivery day. Then the day of my delivery was a mess as well. The delivery team did not bring new hook up connections to connect the dryer like they're supposed to. They used old exits connectors which they are not supposed to do. My dryer was also delivered scratched. I will never order from Samsung direct again. The sale was not worth the hassle! I need compensation and even with that I was told to wait on a ticket. The delivery people admitted that they did not bring the correct connectors for the job and when I told them that they would have to come back, they told me "no, you have to call Samsung" no checking for gas leak or anything. Which is dangerous. Scared to use this dryer. Definitely the worst appliance delivery and order experience I have ever had!!! read more

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Believe the 1* reviews, the rest look like plants. This courier failed to turn up delivery day even though they called me in the afternoon to confirm I would be there, then lost my order and strung me along for 4 days. Everytime I called I'd get 'it's still in transit - 4 days in last mile transit that is! When I would highlight this for them I would be told 'please let me confirm with the depot as to the status and get back to you' and then hear nothing. I eventually had to cancel my order with the original vendor who was using RXO as their courier. What a joke and total customer service disaster. Do better. read more

The office reps are extremely incompetent, disorganized and chaotic. We were only able to finally get our Casper mattress and frame delivered and set up after multiple failed attempts, because my husband jumped in to do physical labor as part of the team. They only sent 2 people knowing it was a big job in a walk-up building. My husband and I even completed the paid disposal service ourselves because we were so desperate to just get this done by any means. I can't blame the delivery team. They were just doing their jobs to the best of their ability and knowledge. Half the RXO office reps I spoke with claimed that they do not deliver above the 3rd floor (we live on the 4th), the other half reassured me that they do and will reschedule the job accordingly by preparing the team with this information and accounting for an adequate number of men to complete it. This has led to multiple, failed attempts and circular conversations with multiple reps. Multiple complaints and claims were filed by both me and Casper, multiple false promises were made by RXO that they would guarantee the job get done, and multiple cancellations happened anyway. They kept lying throughout that they've escalated the issue to management but we'd come to find out it never was. This has been the most stressful and chaotic delivery/assembly experience I've ever had the displeasure of suffering through. After forwarding this feedback to a rep, they unapologetically replied that "some of their staff are overseas and untrained" - that should never be the customer's problem, but unfortunately has been our burden. If you ever have an order that's scheduled to be fulfilled by RXO, I highly recommend you cancel it immediately. read more

My delivery was scheduled for Friday 2:30-6:30pm. I sat and waited then received a call at 6:49 they would not be delivering my mattress. I assumed it would be the first delivery the next day and was informed that the mattress needed to go back to the warehouse to be inspected before I can reschedule the delivery. It turned out I was able to reschedule it for Monday and they came first thing in the morning. The guys were very nice and professional however when carrying in the mattress they knocked a picture of my wall that shattered. They said sorry and walked away. Terrible warehouse and customer service. This company and specifically this location are unhelpful and liars. Twice now, I've had to take days off from work for a refrigerator delivery and twice, they haven't fulfilled the delivery nor shown up in the allotted window. Today, my delivery window was 2P to 6P. I assumed that they may show up earlier or later so I took the day off from work. Apparently, they showed up at noon, didn't call or ring the doorbell, just stepped out of the truck, looked at my driveway and got back in and drove off (I have video proof from my security cameras). I happened to check my delivery status online only to find that they marked my order as "Not at Home_1305_792_T360." After speaking to someone at the 1800 number for RXO, she told me that they noted that the truck had "mechanical issues" which is clearly another lie from them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE At this point, I just want to go and pick up my items myself but nobody will give me any information on how to do that. read more

My delivery was scheduled for Saturday between 9-12. For the few days leading up to the delivery date I received emails and automated calls telling me my delivery is scheduled for Saturday between 9-12. On the Saturday of delivery I received a call at 7:00am (woke my wife and I up) to tell me the delivery was scheduled for between 9-12. At 9:45 on Saturday, I received another automated call telling ne my delivery was rescheduled for Monday. They literally made me waste a Saturday morning and no one cared. I called and all I got was "there was a carrier issue" I asked for a manager to call me and no call. They also told me I could come pick it up at which point I told them they could put in it a truck and deliver it like they said they were going to. Terrible service and terrible company. read more
