RXO was hired to deliver my refrigerator ordered from LG. After taking the day off and missing on a day's pay with my husband in order to receive the delivery, we were lied to by the facility falling out of Edison, NJ. We received a voicemail claiming that the driver was on site and would "wait 15 minutes" if no one was there to receive him the delivery would be rescheduled. The driver AND the facility blatantly lied. We have cameras all around our home and no one ever showed up to deliver our refrigerator. We have small children that need milk and other essentials that we can't keep due to not having a working refrigerator. RXO not only lied about the driver being on site, they were unwilling to actually send the driver out the same day to actually deliver the item. I have placed a grievance with the BBB and I will be contacting LG to make them aware of RXO's shady practices. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!! read more

On Oct 9, I had an XPO delivery of my Beautyrest Simmons mattress. It was maximally easy from the beginning, the manufacturer's email with link to XPO's tracking which had all shipment, tracking status, and contact. I was very eager to give XPO all info to minimize delays, but they already had it all, even proactively texting and calling(yes, by a real human) to update scheduling. All subsequent scheduling actions were automatically done without my prompting and painless and perfect. They delivered in the very first beginning time slot of delivery ETA, even before the 8a start of the 8a-12p estinate. Both delivery men were in uniform with visible identification and called beforehand which added confidence to their trustworthy selves. Only downside is they had no booties before trekking in. My Peloton Tread was just delivered. RXO did an amazing job. I was kept updated on delivery time, and completely informed throughout the whole process. The guys that delivered it were awesome, checking everything and placing it perfectly in the room. They not only set it up but made sure I was able to sign in. They explained everything about the Tread, double checked that everything was good, cleaned up all the packing and were gone in about 20 minutes. The best thing about this experience was its lack of surprises. After I received an email that explained the process for delivery and assembly, every step happened as anticipated: 1. I received a call 30 minutes before arrival. 2. Two representatives followed my instructions for delivery. 3. Upon delivery, both quickly assembled the exercise machine/CLMBR and put everything back into its original place after asking for my preference. RXO is a terrible delivery service! I am surprised that Peloton would use such a low grade delivery service to delivery such a high quality product! I had a nightmare time, from beginning October 2022 to the end of November 2022 trying to get RXO to pick up a recall machine, delivery a new machine and also put together the new machine. On TWO occasions i waited at home ALL day only to have to call them because NO one showed up at my house and when I got someone was told that the delivery guys WERE at my house and NO one was at home!!!! Seriously, the delivery team o these two occasions OUT and OUT lied about being at my house AND i can positively prove it! My house has NOT 1 BUT 2 Ring cameras when you walk up to the front of my house and NOT one of them went off!!! I even gave them the benefit of the doubt because cameras an fail..... RIGHT?!?!? Well the delivery guy then told the rep that he RANG the bell.... Seriously????!!! !! That sent me over the edge because anyone who has a ring doorbell knows that when you press the button the camera WILL start to record.... AND of course there were no such recordings .... and lets just add to the story, my FRONT door was open the entire time I was waiting for this delivery!!!! On the other 6 occasion, I got 2 guys that came to my house, neither spoke English (which I wouldn't have a problem with) HOWEVER, when you are entering into a customer's house and have to interact with them (AND I LIVE IN NY, not like I live in Mexico where I should know how to speak a second language) they should be able to interact with that customer i order to get the job done... To add to matters, where i was left fuming I got on 4 occasions that because they only had two guys they were not able to take the recall machine!!!!!!! really, then why the heck did you even both to come???? why didn't the company RXO send automatically 3 guys to complete the job then have this really pissed off customer sitting waiting around for guys to come and be able to do a job????? AND then was told we will make it a "HOT" call and get 3 guys to show up and then only have 2 guys show up yet again!!!!!!! Then on another occasion, I had the new machine and the old machine in my house at the same time, AND the delivery guys then refused to put together the new machine???????? AND on another occasion, when they finally did bring my new machine, instead of using straps to bring the new machine into the house, this delivery team (GOD I wish i knew their names because they were the WORSE! team of all!!) They decided to slide a BRAND NEW Machine down basement stairs!!! Thankfully the machine wasn't damaged, BUT my stairs sure were!!! AND now I am trying to get my stairs repaired or replaced, which is becoming an issue. RXO says hey get an estimate... BUT then says that they only use private contractors to actually do the repairs...... MY suggestion on my last email was MAYBE you should supply your customers with a list of contractors that are approved with their company to save time, be efficient...... then having a customer grasping at straws in the dark hoping they pick some random approved contractor that this company will use. Oh and did I add that I have 7 days to complete this!!! We're going into January and the damage was done on 10/18/22 NOW their in a rush!!!!! I can't make this shit up! I will end with, my very last delivery date 11/18/22 I had TEAM ANDY show up! WOW What a change, ANDY spoke both English and Spanish so that made for interacting with him and his partner much more easily. A sign of relief for me. ANDY assessed the circumstances of getting the recall machine out of my house and setting up the new machine! This team was polite, professional and did the job correctly!!! ANDY and his partner deserve a raise, if RXO had more teams like this, their company would excel!!!! Honestly, I told ANDY he should start his own delivery business! Sure hope, I get my stairs fixed...... But this process is all about drained the life out of me along with my patience!!!! Wish me luck, I'm going to seriously need it!!! read more

XPO delivered our Casper bed frame today. It was scheduled to be 9AM-1PM but they came around 8, called me to ask if it was okay (8AM was actually better!) The headboard didn't fit in the elevator, the XPO gentleman carried it up the stairs to the 4th floor. They assembled the bed and put our new mattress on, all within an hour. I love the feature of the delivery person calling me 30min prior to delivery. Better experience that with UPS or FedEx for sure! Due to a family emergency I had to move the location of the delivery to a location about 7 minutes away from the original destination. They easily were able to accommodate me within half an hour of the initial call. It was very difficult to get the old fridge out and new fridge in with no door and Luis made it possible with no hesitation. The worst delivery company I have ever worked with, and now I will need my lawyer to ensure I get my Samsung Washer and Dryer are delivered in new condition or I am dully compensated. The first delivery wad set for Dec 5. I called that day and am told my delivery window, and that everything is on track. While speaking to the representative, I pull up their tracking page to see that it does not say out for delivery, odd. He then says my items can't be located at the warehouse, and they'll need to schedule me for Dec 10. I ask to speak to a manager -- she tells me she is escalating my delivery once the items are found, which will hopefully get me a date before Dec 10. She informs me I should receive a notification once my items are found and a notification on whether or not an earlier date becomes available. I received neither. A few days before Dec 10, I call to find out if the items are found and if we're on track for delivery. I am told yes, all items are found and your delivery will be on Dec 10. On Dec 10, I receive an email saying my delivery is delayed and will need to be rescheduled. Now ny delivery is supposedly set for Dec 14. I am not confident that my items will be delivered then and this all seems like I scam that I have invested thousands in. I am reaching out to Samsung, the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer will be in touch to get this resolved. I've done my best as a customer to triple confirm, check with RXO, message customer service, et al -- I'm done. And maybe Samsung needs a new delivery partner. This one is seemingly not up to the task. read more

On 7/13/2024, we received a LG washer and Dryer which was delivered by RXO. The two men who delivered these products were very courteous. They arrived at the house exactly at the time they would be there. The products were placed in my home without any mishaps. Worst shipping logistics company with people who blatantly tell lies and blame the customers. I ordered a few appliances from Samsung. Samsung website states it is on way for delivery, XPO send me emails with 2 different delivery days and times as have a duplicate tracking order. On day of delivery, no one came here and instead they put the status on their website that owner declined the order. Tracking event from XPO shows order delivered, Samsung shows order delivered. I called and chatted with XPO customer service a few times and everyone gives contradictory information. One said order is not received in warehouse, other said, truck had mechanical failure and hence truck returned, third said I was not home. Worst company and bad reputation and people! I am now without any appliances and no one is ready to help me and are putting the blame on others. read more
