Our initial delivery was missed as they said we were not home however we were and upon realizing they likely were at the wrong address I called and was put on hold for 20 min, After this long wait I was told we needed to reschedule the delivery as we had missed it. Waiting then another week for our delivery they arrived without the necessary parts to install so we now are 3 weeks from purchase and have the units but are waiting on parts for installation. I am knocking stars off on the review because my delivery arrived almost four hours after the end of my delivery window. I tried calling customer service and it was impossible to get through to a human. I tried the customer service live chat twice and they were completely unhelpful and were unable to give me any updated delivery information. I understand that sometimes delivery and installations run later/longer than expected, but an updated estimated time of arrival is the very least one can be provided. read more

I had an LG Refrigerator delivered. It was the worst experience. First they broke my light switch plate on the wall. They did not remove the plastic from inside or outside of the refrigerator. Thirdly and the biggest is that they did not check the ice/water dispenser. I asked if they checked it and was told he did check. I asked how you know when you did not go to the basement to.turn the water back on. He then reluctantly went to the basement turned on the water came back up and pushed a glass into the water dispenser and said it was working. Within a few minutes of them leaving I noticed water coming from under my refrigerator. The water line is leaking. I called the drivers number and he refused to pick up. Now my brand new refrigerator has no water and ice and I must wait 3 days to get someone back. No stars for me but I had to put one or I could not submit the write up read more

Refrigerator delivery scheduled for 01/31: canceled...I am a fair person so will acknowledge we had bad weather. No worries. Now, rescheduled for 02/04. I called the call center and it turns out there was a hard hold on this delivery for the new delivery date for some unfathomable reason. I guess on 02/03, they planned to cancel on it but let's see now they have promised to lift it. Television delivery: 02/03: canceled just now on 02/02. Why? Because they can't locate it within the warehouse! I am not even kidding. This is the second time they have used this excuse. How do you lose a TV in a warehouse?!!!! I finally called LG intending to cancel my order because I had enough! LG says they will try to get both items delivered on Saturday 02/04. I am not holding my breath because I have zero trust in this incompetent company but will give it another day! read more
