I personally do not use YELP reviews for anything. I do not find them to be very current or accurate and for that reason alone- I am doing this review. RXO delivered my new LG washer and dryer I ordered from Sam's club in November of 2023. On the Sam's website- it said I could expect a freight delivery on the 26th or 27th of December at the time I ordered them. RXO called me and emailed me about scheduling delivery. They actually did twice as much as was needed to stay in contact and get the job done. When they initially contacted me to schedule delivery- they said they had no available delivery dates left for this year. The man I talked to said he would get it resolved within a day and a half. AND HE DID! The very next day a lady called and said that they deliver to my area on Tuesdays and that the schedules for Tuesday December 12th and 19 had not been set yet. She said she would put me on and asked which one I wanted. As I had no washer and dryer at our new home and we were driving once a week to our old house to do laundry- I picked yesterday- December 12th. When they were 30 minutes away- I received an automated call. This was at 12:12. They weren't here in 30 minutes but as it was during the lunch hours- I was not concerned. The driver did call after that 30 minute period and told me he was 14 minutes away. The two gentlemen that delivered and hooked up my appliances did a fantastic job. The dryer was sticking out farther than I would have liked and in the pathway of the rear entry door opening fully because of how the builder installed the exterior dryer vent. The installer redid all of the venting and got me a couple extra inches- which is all that was needed. They went above and beyond- installing everything properly (and twice for the dryer), cleaned up after themselves, took care not to scratch up my appliances and removed the shipping bolts from my washer. I have heard delivery horror stories. And purposed not to order anything from Home Depot for that fact alone. If I can ever use RXO again for any delivery- I will in a heart beat :) THANK YOU RXO! :) read more

The delivery happened in the end. The big issue is communication. The time slot "morning/afternoon" is not provided when making an appointment online, This is contrary to many other delivery companies. So, you select Saturday and no clue when on Saturday it will arrive. The window was given on Saturday morning 3pm-7pm. I could not be available at that time. Had to call the company 4 times. Every time it was said "we will add notes to deliver early, but there is no guarantee". Also "we do not know if the mattress can be left at your door". In the end it was delivered and left in the backyard, but 4 phone calls were needed, lots of time wasted. All could be avoided by allowing to select morning/afternoon delivery. read more

I was super impressed with this service. We ordered a king sized bed from Costco which said it will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. 1 week after ordering I received an automated courtesy call to let me know that XPO had the bed, and I could schedule a delivery. The day before the delivery date that I chose, I was given a window for them to show up. Something went wrong with their truck that morning, and the delivery person gave me a call asking if they could change the delivery time to be earlier, which was fine by me. They brought it straight up to my apartment, masks and all. Minimal effort needed from me and delivered in 12 days instead of 3-4 weeks. read more

Bought a new TV through Amazon and this, company did the shipping. I was called several times to remind me of covid precautions (fully vaccinated household) and a confirmation call a couple days before delivery. There was some slight confusion due to some internal warehouse stuff but a quick call to support told me everything was A-okay and my delivery was confirmed and on schedule. Day of they got here much earlier around 2 hours earlier than the scheduled window, 12 to 3, which is fine and called 30 minutes before to make sure someone was available . I had a rocky start with Peloton delivering on schedule. But after a good conversation with the warehouse manager we got everything lined up for a good delivery date and they kept the date, as promised. The delivery guys Devon and Stacy were excellent. They were both professional and knowledgeable and thorough in their set up routine as well as instruction of the bikes features. They helped me with figuring out my shoes and adjusting the seat and handle bars. They walked me through the profile setup and I peddled in a class to ensure all was well with the bike. Mr. Monges Reynaldo called me 30 minutes prior, it was not 30 minutes before they called me again and said they were out front, wasn't a problem. The 2 young men were pleasant, friendly and respectful, they brought my items in and set the mattress and boxspring up (didn't expect that) and they also took my old mattress away. Washing machine was delivered in time-window provided. The delivery team was very communicative throughout the entire process. Was able to track via updates thru email & phone the location of the delivery truck. The 2 men that showed up were prompt, courteous and thorough. I received a notice when they were close by and got a call when they were on spot. The 2 men delivered/installed my new washer to a 3rd floor condo (no elevator) using the body straps & hauled away my old one in under 20 mins. Excellent service! read more

This was the easiest oven purchase/delivery/install I've ever done! After purchasing a range directly from Samsung, XPO Logistics contacted me exactly when I expected them to and kept me updated on the pending delivery exactly as they said they would (within the week, a day ahead, within 30 minute of arrival). The two gentlemen delivered a refrigerator and stove today. My front door was too narrow, and he asked if he could remove my front door. I said as long as you put it back...he smiled. My husband remarked how they expertly, took the appliances off the truck and moved the heavy appliances effortlessly. Had a stackable washer dryer combo installed and great care was taken to make sure there were no leaks and that both the washer and dryer were properly functioning before I signed off on the delivery. It was a fantastic job. Phillip initiated contact early and maintained contact until he was literally around the corner. After assessing the room and placement, they brought the bike into my home. The removed the packing material and took it. Phillip adjusted my seat and handlebar and showed me how to do it. He got me logged in to my wifi and reviewed the controls. The refrigerator was to large to get into the kitchen. The gentlemen from XPO came up with a very unique way to get it in instead of telling me it was my problem. They accomplished this without damage to the refrigerator or house! I have had many companies deliver large appliances and furniture but XPO set the standard of excellence. With an open path through the house, the guys brought it in, settled into its new home in our basement, and removed the box and took that and all trash with them. The delivery guys were amazing! This was not an easy installation. I measured the doorway ahead and knew it was gonna be a tight squeeze. They managed to get it in with a quarter of an inch to spare. They set the machines exactly where i wanted them and gave a tutorial on the features. They even started a load of laundry!I had no idea how sophisticated system is. read more

I was very pleased with the delivery and set up of my product. The employees were gracious and efficient. They were punctual to the time they alerted me to of their arrival.
