I would give zero stars if possible for this experience; but let's continue to see how the story ends. I bought an appliance package from Home Depot two weeks ago. Our refrigerator was "delivered" yesterday to our outside side patio. The company employees said, they could not move the fridge in because they could not take off the door frame. My partner and I said no problem we will do it since we are remodeling anyways. They then told us to "just buy a different fridge." That was out of the question seeing we have three boys to feed and we are not in the market for a smaller fridge. They said, fine we will come back and install it after you remove the door frame. Needless to say no one ever came back, management said they would be here at 7p that day, no one showed. They also said they could not come and pick it up until 6/28.... thats 9 days outside for a 2K dollar refrigerator to sit-outside. Oh and it rained last night. lol. Poor communication and if you miss the delivery, you will wait 9 days before they will attempt to redeliver.

I was supposed to receive my deliver on Feb 22, 2022. Apparently one of the tread pieces was not loaded onto the truck so they did not complete the delivery. After calling peloton and XPO I was informed that the delivery would have to be rescheduled for 3 weeks later. They said that if an earlier spot opens they will bring it out then, which is unlikely to happen. XPO made a mistake and chose to not make it right. read more

Update 1/6- our treadmill finally arrived tonight four weeks after it was first supposed to be delivered. See photos for the condition in which it was delivered. XPO better hope there is no damage to the machine inside the box or we WILL pursue litigation. Customer service put me on hold and told me they would call the Indianapolis Hub. After 5 minutes, Customer service came online, and told me that they tried three times to reach the hub, but no one answered. I am retired and home 24/7. I need this delivery. My experience with them was the best experience that I have received in a long time. The delivery was on time and the delivery team was very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure my items were placed where I wanted them. They weren't in a rush to just dump my stuff and move on to the next customer. I ultimately cancelled my order for a Samsung dryer (that was a really really good deal) because of XPO Logistics. My order arrived at their site 2/28/22 and was supposed to be delivered 3/8/22. No call/no show. When you call XPO's customer service it goes to an off-site location that claims the local team will contact you within 48 hours... which apparently means never. After escalating my problem to Samsung, on 3/15/22 I received a delivery date of 3/24/22. Okay, cool. Pretty crappy that Samsung had to force them to schedule it, but fine. Lo and behold, at 1:30pm the day prior to delivery I got the robot call saying I can schedule delivery as early as 4/6/22. Assuming it actually showed up on that date (when I'd take a third day off work to sit at home) that's an entire month of my order sitting just a few hours away, with not a single human interaction with someone local. I cancelled my order with Samsung, as this is their only delivery service in the area, and I will never again order anything online without ensuring that it WON'T be shipped through XPO Logistics. This is the company that delivered our Sam's Club mattress we ordered online. The company made sure they stayed with us so we can all plan on a delivery. We were constantly updated and if something comes up, such as an ill person with Covid, we could change our plans. The men were masked, on time, polite, and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. I have been waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered since yesterday evening. I took the evening off to ensure I was home in time for the selected delivery time that they provided me with. Well the 4 hour window passes. I finally call the customer care number and I get the run around oh they are just behind 3 stops in front of you. Your appliances will be delivered tonight between 9-11:30 pm. Wow that's late but okay are you sure it will be tonight. The rep replied yes! No it was not delivered and I have been on the phone all day getting answers from supervisors, I have called Samsung everyone. It is supposed to be delivered today. I have yet to get a call saying it's not coming and it has not been delivered today. I am beyond frustrated and I just want a refund and I will never ever go through XPO. read more

Worst experience ever! Delivery changes 4/29 to 5/3 to 5/5 to 5/18 to 5/19 and now again to 5/20 and at this point I doubt we'll ever get our order. We'll be contacting our credit card company for fraud, item was ordered on Amazon who also have been no help! XPO uses a call center who has obviously been trained to continuously apologize for their lousy service, they just read from a script and actually do nothing at all to assist you. Also they won't give us a phone number to contact the local delivery warehouse where our item has been for almost a month. Horrible service and terrible reflection on Amazon too!!! When you look at tracking updates on Amazon it says it was rescheduled because customer requested it to be rescheduled, 100% complete lie on the part of XPO. I was under the impression that the drivers are supposed to call you 30 min in advance. Not 30 minutes from the time they call you! I told him my husband would be there within 30 minutes. My husband showed up at 1:42 (which was 30 minutes exactly from when he called and my husband arrived at home) and the driver had already left. Driver was extremely rude to me on the phone. He didn't have time and didn't want to wait even though his team leader called and said that he would wait for 30 minutes from the time 1:19. My delivery won't come for another week and now I am extremely inconvenienced. Driver is not following your company rules and has coursed problem in my husband's job and our relationship.. I don't believe this company has accountability for their employees. If they did they would've made that gentleman do what he needed to do based on the company policies. I believe he needs to be fired!!! I reached out to the team leader and still have had no response. I believe Home-depot did reach out to them as well and they still have not called me back. I received a call and an email asking me to schedule on the website, but there was nowhere to do that. I emailed using the help function and included my name, phone number and XPO order number. I got a message back saying they couldn't locate my order with the info I provided. However, after calling (multiple times due to long hold times and no return call when pressing that option), I did get scheduled and all was smooth from there. read more

I never write negative reviews for a business, but if you can avoid using XPO for shipping I 100% would. We've had our delivery rescheduled twice - both times no call, no show. I've tried getting ahold of them for some insight into why we were cancelled. The only number available was HQ, and they couldn't even get ahold of someone. So I went out to the address listed on their business to try and talk to someone or even just pick up our appliances, and it looks like an abandoned warehouse. Absolutely no one was there. I have no insight into when our appliances will be delivered, but we are going on week 3-4 past the scheduled delivery date. read more

I finally got my Peloton bike on the 4th try. However, the 3rd party delivery company called me when they were 15 minutes away. I told them that I was told via phone call and text that they would give me 30 minutes notice before they arrive. We argued for 5 minutes about that, then he said he would make a pitstop 1st. As I was driving home, he called 8 minutes later and said he was at my house. Both things he told me before were lies. He said if I am not there shortly they will leave and go to the next stop. He said over and over the 30 minutes is just a courtesy, but if they arrive earlier I need to be there. HUH??? I had a neighbor come over and let them in and I arrived at my house 25 minutes after their initial call but they were leaving as I arrived. They told me they put the bike in and attached the screen and cupholders and that is all they were supposed to do. No instruction for setup of wifi, did not put the shoes together I received in the mail, or any other setup instruction that Peloton drivers give their customers as told to me by a friend who bought one previously in another city with a Peloton delivery service. This 3rd party delivery truck (can't remember the name) and XPO Logistics are the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with and I hope I never have to deal with them again. read more

I was home when they stopped by (April 19th) but it was raining so they did not come to the door, instead they left and called my wife to say no one was home and we had to reschedule the delivery. These people are the MOST incompetent people I have ever dealt with! My delivery time frame was 2-3weeks AFTER placing my order. It will now be 7weeks next week for the next rescheduled delivery day, and now I have to miss work.
