The delivery team was amazing. They delivered a vary large and heavy nordictrack treadmill at 730am on a sat and I am not a morning person but they was light hearted and polite and made my morning great. They was on time and called 30 mins before and all safety precautions was taken due to covid19. They placed the box as close to the front door as possible which I very happy for, because there would have been no way my husband and I could have made it up the 3 steps onto the porch (heavy&huge) It took us 30mins to get it over a tiny threshold and into the front room. The full delivery experience was better than expected. We go constant updates via emails on the status and then on delivery day the drivers called to let us know when to expect them. Not only did they showed up on time, but they came in the morning which freed up the rest of my day. They drop the washer and dryer exactly where i asked them too and gave us all the hook up supplies needed to install them like hoses and vents and whips at no charge, that was totally unexpected and awesome. they were courteous, friendly and very helpful. 5 star service! read more
