I am sympathetic with driver shortages, but what happened to me seems pretty bizarre in light of the solution. I was first told that January 5th was the soonest available date, but, after complaining, all of a sudden the local hub offers me next week Tuesday or any day after that. Strange. I appreciate the solution, but I don't think that a "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" mindset is optimal. It shouldn't take a yelp review for something like this to happen. These folks are an incarnation of incompetence. Stay away if possible. I am waiting for my furniture for two weeks, two out of two no shows, no calls, they have rescheduled delivery several times. No reasons provided once. Online support and hotline are both wasted time, no one knows anything why the delivery failed, what happened. Day after the "attempts" no one knows where the packages are, can't reschedule until they find them. So far they have wasted two days of my life, hours on the phone and chat. XPO is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've had a package in limbo there for weeks, and nobody has been able to help. We scheduled an original delivery date. No one ever contacted us beforehand and our package was never delivered. We've called all the numbers associated with XPO dozens of times and have been led nowhere. When we call +1 (800) 883-4593 or 1 (844) 742-5976 it acknowledges that there is a package under our phone number, but when it attempts to connect me to a human the phone hangs up. We've called this number 20 times so far. When we call (833) 502-9780, and speak to a person, they run through the same script every time, acknowledging that our package was not delivered and putting us on a brief hold as they try to contact our hub. They come back every time saying they were unable to contact our hub and offer to send them an email asking to call me back. We've gone through this process 15 times or so. We've rescheduled our delivery three more times and no one has contacted us or delivered our package. I am confident nobody will ever respond to us or deliver our package, and I can't get a refund from the company I bought the product from. If you buy a product that will be delivered by XPO, I suggest you find somewhere else to purchase it. read more

worst experience ever! paid for a Samsung TV TO BE DELIVERED AND SETUP. I was told by Samsung it would be done December 19. it was scheduled for December 26 between 8:30 and 12:30 at 9:15 after taking off work got sorry, reschedule. Availability was only on Tuesdays so January 2 between 11:00 and 3:30 they will call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Didn't happen truck pulled 2 guys brought tv in. we don't have the right tools to mount this is just what they gave us. Call back to reschedule. Our delivery was originally scheduled for 5/19/22 and was promptly cancelled a day prior... We were told no drivers came to work.. I then saw recent reviews and quickly became discouraged.. We quickly rescheduled and got the next available date--5/28/22.. Then the delivery gods smiled down upon us and we actually got our delivery a few days earlier than the 28th!! RXO failed last week. After notifying me my merchandise was "out for delivery with a delivery window of 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM" and advising "we will contact you immediately should any events impact your delivery time," RXO failed to deliver at all that day and never even attempted to contact me. Delivery finally was completed today, one week later. The driver and his helper did a great job with delivery and installation, but if I never deal with RXO again, it will be too soon. read more

Legitimately horrible experience. Have spent multiple times on the phone for 30+ minutes trying to get my order. Ordered through LG and was told delivery (with installation which I paid for) would be November 15th. Found out just before that that I had to schedule delivery and there were only 3 dates, all of which are in December. It's a stove top and I need it so obviously I asked if I could pick up, had to jump through hoops including being transferred to LG without notice. Seemingly got pick up request submitted but kept getting delivery and service schedule requests which didnt actually allow to me schedule anything. Talked to chat to confirm pick up request was in process and was told I'd need to wait until LG and RXO went back and forth seemingly half a dozen times. Today I called to see when I can in fact pick up and after another 30 minutes on the phone was told I can't pick up today, that I have to wait until Friday (when there's a storm expected.) I really wish companies would tell you who they are shipping through bc I would NEVER order anything shipping through RXO again. They've basically been holding my stovetop hostage for a week plus at this point. read more

I purchased a TV from Samsung and they have chosen to use RXO to deliver to me. Timeline: 1. Original delivery given at the time of ordering in December was set for the January 12th. 2. Received updated delivery after the 1st to the 10th. 3. Received a call and updated delivery due to "systematic overbooking error" on the 9th from RXO. New delivery date was set to the 22nd and I was told by RXO that they would try and get my TV delivered sooner. Shortly after this call had ended I received an email from Samsung that stated my TV was delayed due to the weather, which is not what RXO had relayed to me (I have these voicemails saved from RXO stating as such). 4. I called them on the 17th as I had not heard from RXO. I was told my order was actually on hold and that it wasn't really scheduled for the 22nd. Hold was pending on the order due to them trying to find time to deliver. 5. Contacted Samsung (same day, 17th) and relayed this information, requested to avoid RXO and just have my TV delivered. I was assured that I would get my TV on the 22nd by Samsung rep. 6. Received a call today (01/18/24) from RXO, another "systematic overbooking error" and that my delivery has now been bumped to the 29th. I very simply want my TV delivered to me. My living room has been in shambles since I moved a lot of furniture in order to accommodate the installers. I need real help in getting this issue escalated and resolved! EDIT 01/23/24: Thomas from RXO assisted in expediting this delivery and install and was incredibly helpful in finding a resolution for me. Installers delivered the TV and had it mounted fairly quickly. My family greatly appreciates the time and effort that was put into getting our TV installed within a more reasonable timeline. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever gone through. Two failed washer and dyer deliveries, no phone call, and no arrival with the item. They continue to get returned to warehouse and then schedule out weeks later and repeat the same non-delivery process. We are still without a washer and dryer and cannot get in touch with a single person at the company who can properly service the request and advise as to what is going on. read more

I was having a replacement of an adjustable bed frame delivered from Casper. For some reason I still don't understand (I can only assume worker shortages like everywhere else), my XPO delivery was scheduled and canceled three times before I got my delivery. This required me to rearrange my own schedule several times, sometimes at the last minute. On the day it finally came, I knew things were different this time as I did receive a four-hour time window the day before as promised. I also got a call from the driver on the day of delivery about a half hour before arrival as promised, which doesn't always happen and I very much appreciate so I can situate my dogs safely in another room while the front door is going to be opening and closing. The driver and his helper were incredibly polite and efficient, setting up my new frame and taking away the old one in just under an hour. They explained and got approval for everything they were going to do, including differences noted on the new frame which was a newer model and required removing a module that I had previously bolted onto my wall. They cleaned up all debris and removed their shoes each time they left and reentered the house without me asking. Respectful and did a great job, enough so that the delivery experience itself made me forget the several reschedules and I am giving five stars. read more

Ordered a Peloton Tread. It was delivered 09/05/2024 and remains in boxes in my garage. The delivery personnel stated on arrival they didn't know there were stairs in the home and that I would need to reschedule when there were 3 people able to lift the boxes up roughly 5 steps. No one had called the day before to even ask if there were stairs in the home (as I was informed should have happened, by RXO delivery personnel). Now it is just shy of a month later and our date for getting this assembled has now been rescheduled FOUR times. Most recently was scheduled for yesterday, 10/3/2024 when we were called by the delivery personnel who informed us they would be there soon. Then this got pushed back by 3 hours. Then we received another call stating that had to be canceled. I honestly don't know why Peloton uses RXO given the poor reliability. I actually looked up what RXO stands for, which is Reliability multiplied by outperformance. Wholeheartedly disagree based on what I have experienced to date. If you are a working individual, I don't know how this is at all acceptable when you take time off during a workday for an item to be delivered, only to have these appointments canceled numerous times, and last minute at that. I understand things happen, but this many times? Horrible business practice and after hearing from others who live in my area with similar experiences, I don't understand why Peloton uses them. read more

They delivered my Peloton Tread. I recieved a delivery window the night before and a call when they were 40 minutes out on day of delivery. They were almost exactly on time. The men were very friendly and professional and were very careful on my property and in my house. Overall a great experience and attention to detail. read more

Wish I could give them a zero. Most incompetent, uncaring, organization I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs if you can. Had to reschedule 3 times because as my CONFIRMED delivery date approached, they randomly rescheduled for the day before. My wife and I burned 3 PTO days because of these clowns. Abysmal service would be an improvement. And don't try to contact anyone when your delivery goes belly up, (and it will). There's no one to help you. It's like someone at XPO said, let's list all the traits of failed businesses and build our business around those ideas. You've been warned. read more

The 2 gentlemen were here first thing in the morning. For being so early, you would expect maybe a bit of a groggy interaction, that was nowhere near the case. If I could make it 0 stars I would. Was scheduled for delivery June 3rd since May 13th. Received a message at 630pm on June 2nd saying my order would no longer be delivered on time. Called to find out what was going on and was told they would be delivering on June 5th. I then received another message to reschedule my delivery and it showed it was rescheduled for June 14th. I don't know how anyone would think that is acceptable. Tried to have the items available for pickup but the international customer support gave me the run around. I showed up at the hub and no one was there. This may be both the worst customer experience and support I have ever received. read more

XPO was TERRIBLE and I so wish Samsung would do something about it. short story: Ordered a fridge from samsung.com. Delivery crew was not capable and only got new fridge into garage after damaging home and new fridge. 2nd attempt got new fridge installed, with more damage, but didn't know how to install the bespoke stainless panels. 3rd attempt - crew didn't come when they said they would, reschedule. 4th attempt - crew got panels installed... 7 weeks after initial delivery. now we wait on the repair work on the home and for the claim for the damage to be resolved. read more

Hesitant at first when I learned the in-home bike we ordered was using a third party delivery service and set up. But XPO had constant communication - any method you choose -email, text, phone- for tracking updates. The drivers were very courteous, professional and quick with the set up. No issues at all.
