Promised install of Samsung appliance by May 24th when I purchased my product then changed the date to the 28th without any explanation or ability to change back to original date. Would not use them by choice. Update: I reached out to Customer service as instructed on another review. Was told there was nothing they could do. Delivery and install was scheduled for today, but imagine my delight when I got a text message last night at 630pm that my appointment had to be rescheduled yet again. And the soonest they could do it? June 7th! Needless to say, I have cancelled my order and will be going elsewhere with my business. I do not even know why Samsung has partnered with them. read more

Disclaimer: My delivery was delayed but I understand (life happens, people quit, traffic accidents, longer than usual setups at prior appt, etc.). It was my day off anyways and I called customer service after my time-window expired and rescheduled easily. The deliveries are based on your location. Paid $104, for the truck delivery, almost double what I paid for the drywall itself because I'm a 100% disabled veteran and everything said they would bring it into a covered area. Truck shows up with one guy and a forklift. Says he can only leave it outside, when it's about to rain... So now I had to move the six pieces of large, heavy drywall inside by my disabled self before it rained. Stuff I can't really be doing. This defeated the whole purpose of paying for the delivery. I call the delivery company and the lady barely speaks English and it's very difficult to hear over their kids in the background I assume. They just say sorry, can't do anything. Even stating that they don't carry things inside when I read they will when checking out as well as the automated call the night before confirming delivery, saying they will put it in a garage or covered area. I have spent thousands at this Lowe's in the past year, I've been extremely loyal, but now I'm getting a Home Depot card. Talk about low, Lowe's. You are pathetic... I will be reporting the delivery company to the better business bureau as well as Lowe's if this is not resolved by the end of the day. Even the lady who called on the day I ordered truck delivery said nothing when I told her the reason I was paying double for delivery of items half the cost is because I'm disabled and not able to carry them. Did a good job, fast friendly and considerate. My only complaint is the delivery window. Its 4 hours. They seemed to be running late so they moved their window back 1 hour. Terrible service! I was supposed to get a dryer today, the delivery person showed up but did not knock on the door. Instead, decided to wait by the cul-de-sac. He called my wife who could not pick up the phone but I was at home and could have received the dryer. Apparently the driver was too lazy (maybe because it is Friday) to get off the truck, walk few steps and knock on the door. So lazy that after a few minutes he drives the truck in front of the house, parks in the middle the street to take pictures and leaves. All caught in camera. Then I called him and then decides to pick up, and says he left and that he didn't pick up my calls because they were from an unknown number (?). He said he could not wait because my work order shows only a delivery, and basically it is not worth the wait, that if it was an installation he could have waited. Samsung (and others) should really take care of the companies they partner with to deliver their products. This is a very bad experience, now I have to wait 24 hours until RXO decides when it is a good time to deliver my dryer again. read more

this company has "attempted" to install my dryer on 2 occasions, the 1st time they said the installation kit was incomplete, and were to return the next day., no show no call. I called XPO, and a new date was set, they never showed up, yet advised their office we were not home. We were home, car in the driveway, garage door open. Now to be rescheduled for another week of waiting. This is through Samsung, I would not use this company for anything. Their customer service simply responds with "sorry". RXO needs to get their act together. I ordered a Peloton Tread and was scheduled to have it delivered and assembled on December 3rd. Received a confirmation email and text the night before stating that our deliver window was 3-6 pm the next day. Waited around all day with no communication. At 6 pm, I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that the Tread was on its way back to the warehouse because "no one was there to receive it". Lies. Rescheduled for Dec 10. Two delivery guys showed up on time on the 10th (yay!), brought the three boxes inside, told me a second "more knowledgeable" assembly team would be coming between 2-3 pm that same day to put it together. Then they bailed. Shocker...no one ever showed. Spent the next day on the phone with XPO and Peloton trying to figure out what was going on. Peloton said there was nothing on my account showing a second team was scheduled. So, more lies on behalf of XPO. Get a service call scheduled for Dec 20. Now, these two guys arrived on time, put it together in under 30 mins, and were great! However, one asked me if I could remember the guys' names or what they looked like that originally dropped it off be issue they've been having trouble with a particular team pulling that nonsense. He asked me what their story was, and he said it's been happening to lots of deliveries because those guys dont want to have to assemble it, so they lie and tell customers there's another team coming later. He also said that the first delivery was likely cancelled by the team because they didn't want to have to make a delivery so late on a Saturday. What a trash company. read more

They started my washer and dryer and ensured my refrigerator was working prior to leaving. After everything was set up they took waste materials and disposed of them in their truck. HORRIBLE!!!! Purchased our microwave from Sam's Club a month and a half ago and have had nothing but problems with RXO installation. They cancelled and changed delivery schedule once and installation twice. Promised us multiple times to call back and reschedule. Never called back. Never. Ever. Not once. Received 2 emails verifying installation today between 12:30-4:00pm and they came at 10:00AM. Since we were running errands at the time, they cancelled the delivery and require us to reschedule for the 3rd time. TWO E-MAILS SAID THE INSTALLATION WAS TO BE TODAY BETWEEN 12:30PM AND 4:00PM. Two emails!!!! At this point, we've been without a microwave for a month-and-half going on two months. All because RXO can't figure out how to adhere to a schedule, call people back, update database instructions, and perform the services they were contracted to perform. I WILL NEVER EVER KNOWINGLY PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM THAT CONTRACTS WITH RXO. There is a reason their feedback is so low.
